It's a whole other thing to keep people inside your membership. It is much easier and much, much cheaper to keep current clients than it is to buy new ones. So the acquisition cost of a new client is so much higher than if you can treat people well and give a lot of customer love and keep people inside your membership. So the last stat that I read was it costs up to 25 times more to recruit a new member than it does to keep an existing one. And I would 100% agree with that. And this is where I think live events come into play is even if they cost money, it's a worthwhile spend because it is something that is going to enrich those relationships in there as well.
