One person walks through how they run a seven-figure business in 30 hours a week by dividing their time into specific focus areas: business management, content creation, and connection. The strategy prioritizes intentional work over doing more.
Yes, I run a seven figure business working an average of 30 hours a week. But it didn't happen by accident. I split my week into three focus areas. Business management, which the cool kids are calling CEO time right now. Content creation and connection. Monday is for content, podcasts, videos, writing. Tuesday is my people day. All of the calls, coaching and team. Wednesday is for big projects, courses, improvements, creating masterclasses, organizing events, things like that. And then Thursday and Friday is either rest or catch up, depending on the week. Sometimes just a whole lot of admin. But it's intentional, it's focused time. Now, I don't want you to think, how can she stick to that all the time? Because I don't. I get it about 75% of the time and it goes out of the window if I'm in launch or if I'm traveling. But it's not about doing more, it's about doing what actually moves the needle. So steal the rhythm if it helps, or tweak it to make your own. Because you deserve a business that fits your life.
