my 3 step filter for saying yes

Let's talk about decision making in business. Because if you're anything like me, opportunities come in hot. And saying yes to everything, that is a fast track to burnout. So here is what I use for my three step filter for when to say yes. 1. Is it aligned? Does it move me closer to the business and the life that I actually want? And is it helpful for my clients? 2. Is it profitable? Time is money. If it's not profitable now, will it be later? 3. Is it joyful? Because if it drains me, I'm not showing up at my best. And that energy shows. If it's not a yes to at least two of those three things, it's a no and a guilt free. 1. You don't owe anyone your time. You owe yourself clarity and good decision making.
