This is a YouTube video titled "My favourite rituals for staying sane while scaling" featuring Tina Tower sharing personal strategies and rituals she uses to maintain balance and focus while scaling a business. The content is a monologue where Tina discusses practices like phone-free walks, weekly planning, dedicated CEO time, and celebrating progress to avoid burnout and stay motivated.
Scaling a business can be exciting, but it can also be overwhelming if you're not careful. So here are a few of the rituals that I swear by to keep me grounded while everything's growing. First, walks without my phone. When my brain feels fried, I take 20 minutes outside. No screen, no noise. It clears my head more than any productivity hat ever could. Second, planning the next week. The week before. So on a Thursday afternoon, I spend 30 minutes just looking ahead at next week, checking in with my goals, making sure that what's on my calend actually matches my priorities so that I can go into the weekend with a clear head. And I know that I can start the next week with full clarity. Third is Monday morning CEO time. So on Monday mornings, no meetings, no emails. Just space to think, review, and focus on building, not reacting. And last, celebrating progress, not just milestones. Because when you're scaling, it's easy to just rush into the next thing. I take pause. I acknowledge the wins, big or small. That's what keeps it meaningful and keeps me motivated. Because no one's gonna congratulate us, but our scaling doesn't have to mean spiraling. With all the right rituals, you can grow without losing yourself in the process. If you have a ritual that keeps you sane while scaling, I'd love to hear it. Let us know in the comments. And if not, just steal one of mine. They've saved me more times than I can count.
