My journey from tutoring centre to online courses

A founder shares how they grew a small tutoring center into a national franchise, then shifted to online courses for more freedom and impact. The video traces their business evolution and what drove each transition.
People see my online business now, but it started way, way back in a tiny tutoring center I opened when I was 20. My very first official business. I built that tutoring center from scratch. No funding. Tiny, tiny team, big dreams, and a whole lot of late nights. Over the years, I grew it into a national franchise with over 30 locations. But eventually, I knew I wanted more freedom out of my business. I didn't want to be tied to this one location. I didn't want the weight of managing so many moving parts. I wanted to work from anywhere, raise my K, and still make a big impact. And that is when I discovered online courses. I realized I could take everything I'd learned about education systems growth and teach it online to women around the world. It was a huge shift, but it gave me everything I was craving. Time, freedom, creativity, flexibility, and ability to scale in a way that fit my life. The business model changed, but the mission stayed the same. Helping people grow and believe in what's possible. So if you've ever felt like you've outgrown your business model, trust that there is always a next step. You're allowed to evolve and completely change the direction of your life at any moment in time. It's not always easy, but it's always worth it to chase your dreams.
