Today we are talking all about the truth about running live events. Maybe you want to run a live event. Maybe you're thinking about it. Maybe you run live events all the time. I have been running live events every year for the past 13 years. I have ran many, many, like over 40 live events, ranging from conferences to retreats to one day conferences, workshops, all of the things in between. There is the good, the and the ugly. So today I want to share with you the truth about running live events so that you can see behind the scenes and you know what you're getting yourself into. Because I do think that live events are fantastic, obviously, when you keep doing them, but they're not for the faint of heart. And so I want you to be really prepared and really ready for that as well.
