This is a YouTube video titled "What I wish someone told me before starting my business" containing a motivational monologue or personal reflection about the challenges and mindset needed for business success. The speaker shares lessons learned and encouragement for new entrepreneurs. There is only one speaker and no indication of a conversation involving Tina Tower.
There is a lot I've learned the hard way in business, but if I could go back and tell my younger self one thing before it all started, it would be this. I wish someone told me that success is not a straight line. That there are seasons, some fast, some slow. We're going up, down, around and around. Somewhere everything clicks, and others where it feels like you're just running through the mud. I wish someone told me that mindset matters more than any strategy, that rest is part of the process, that you can build a business without sacrificing your whole life to do it. I wish someone told me that the goal isn't to do everything. It's to do the right things in a way that works for you. And most of all, I wish someone looked at me in the eye and said, you're gonna mess things up. You'll doubt yourself more than once, but you're also going to build something really special. So keep going. Business is hard, but it's also really magic. And it's so, so worth it. It has given me a life beyond every dream that I could possibly imagine. So if you're just starting out, take this as your reminder. You don't have to do it, per. You just have to keep showing up.
