What it's like working with Tina Tower as a business coach and mentor from Melissa Amore - Scale UP

Hi, my name is Melissa and my business is Divine Creative Agency and Heretic Creative Agency. I have been working with Tina Tao for the past six months and I have known her for a very long time though. She's one of the most charismatic, engaging, intelligent, thoughtful, funny and talented women that I know. That is why she's been mentoring me for the past six months. My business has undergone some incredible growth, not just financially, but also mentally. I have in a whole new space now in my business. I had a lot of disjointed ideas and ideas for growth, but was like running in all directions. Tina really helped me rein, truly helped me rein that in and create plans and strategies around how to actually do it strategically over a period of time. So I have like 120 day plan, a one year plan, a two year plan, five year and 10 year plan, which is always. I feel like it's nimble. I don't feel like I'm locked in. I feel like I can. It moves with me as my life moves. You know, being a female, we're incredibly busy and we have a lot of demands on ourselves. Tina gets this because she lives this herself and her life and she's just the most wonderful coach. If you really sincerely want to make an impact with your business, you really want to sincerely grow and you want to change on every level, not just professionally, personally as well. We have a fantastic relationship. She just brings that out in people and I highly recommend her if you're looking for something a lot more special from a business mentor, not just somebody that looks at the facts and the figures, but somebody who looks is like a life architect of what you can do with your life and your brand.
