A solo talk on pricing strategy for memberships. The speaker critiques a $49/month offer with extensive access, arguing that price must align with what you actually deliver and how customers perceive the value, or the business won't survive.
So when you are looking at your offers, what you want to look at is choosing one of these blocks to sit in. Now, the biggest mistake that I see people make is not matching the price to the delivery with it. I know this is a ridiculous price, but I'm doing this membership, and it's $49 a month, and it has one day, a week of one on one access to me, where I'll open my calendar, unlimited voxer access, all of our templates, three live masterclasses, one Q&A session. I'm like, that girl is gonna die. Like, that is not sustainable. But also from a perception point of view, if I was looking for a business membership, I would look at that. And I go, that doesn't track. So either way, the perception of that is not good. And so we really want to match those things together.
