Hey, guys, this is Bry with a quick afternoon installment. Monday afternoon, 449. Just got a step there. Moving my suunto. Another one. There we go. It's pretty accurate. 17,779 steps. Let's start there. Because I told you I was committing to 20,000 steps a day, I'd like to honor my commitments. The average. Now, I had predicted it would take four days. It took about three, I think. 20,236 steps per day. Go. Me also doing those 200 burpees. You feel it? 200 burpees. 20,000 steps. Go slow. It says aura. Sorry, sir, I can't. I'm gonna need a little bit of time to kind of get through a bit of overtraining right now, which is deliberate. My sleep was actually pretty good, although interrupted by Robey the robot vacuum, who decided to get up and do some cleaning at 3:30 in the morning or 4:30 in the morning. Thank you. Robey messed up my REM sleep. Little brief there. No big deal. Seven and a half hours of sleep. We'll take it. Readiness is fine. Resting heart rate. Came down a little late. It's so funny, I get dinged on a 43. Resting heart rate. All right, fine. That's good. Anyway, that's Aura. I'm. Like I said in the last couple videos, you know, right now I'm kind of establishing a new baseline, training a bit harder pushing, etc. And as I said in our last note, really excited about next steps on the handbook. Appreciate you and all of your support. We sent out that email I mentioned to our coaches again, 2,000 coaches. We said, hey, look, if you're interested in the handbook and you know you're going to want to buy some copies, we'd really appreciate it if you'd let us know. Why? How many copies do you think you might buy? Why you are. I'm excited to buy the book because. And anything else you'd like to share with our prospective agent and publisher. If you know, you'd like to buy a copy or 3 or 5 or 10 or whatever of the Optimize Handbook, I'll put a link in the YouTube, you know, little information thing below and you can actually submit via this form as well. I excited to read this. Super inspiring from our coaches and health practitioners who've gone through our program to university professors who are contemplating having the book as required reading for their students. Just super humbling inspiring to see 100 and, I don't know, 30 of our coaches already committed to buying like 1600 books or verbally express their interest in doing that. Super inspiring and humbling. Thank you all. I can't wait to read that. Continue to fall in love with the Virtue Compass. We've got a new version coming I'll be holding soon with italics rather than this font. We're kind of playing around with the fonts right now, but this is the basic idea. We're probably going to put Optimize on the top in cursive and then inside we're going to put Optimize around the edge here Optimize equals Optimist equals best equals udema equals here Then the middle probably put arete. So still playing with it iterating. And then this book, 10 arguments for deleting your social media accounts is pretty compelling. Super compelling actually. I'll be doing a note on that. That's all I got. I gotta shut down completely so I can get into deep love More tomorrow. Have a great day. See you.
