Brian Johnson shares two questions from Brian Tracy to refocus when stressed: what's one thing you could start doing consistently with the biggest positive impact, and what's one thing you could stop doing right now that would help most.
You're listening to Optimize with Bryan Johnson More Wisdom in Less Time this is a mini chapter from Brian's book A Philosopher's Notes. You can find it on Amazon.
Your Number Ones Speaking of spiritual farts, if you're stinking up the room, the easiest way to get everything back in order is is by asking yourself two questions. Number one what's the number one thing I could start doing today? That if I did it consistently, would have the most positive impact in my life? Then do it. And number two, what's the number one thing I could stop doing right now? That if I stop doing it, would have the greatest positive impact to my life? Then quit doing it. Seriously though, whenever I find myself a little stressed or overwhelmed or whatever, I ask myself these two questions. It's a really powerful way to get the mojo back. Quick footnote here. Shout out to Brian Tracy for first introducing me to these questions. Check out the Philosopher's Note on Focal Point and learn more about brian@www.briantracy.com.
