Trust Fund Babies Although I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth or with a sweet trust fund waiting for me, I was blessed to have parents who taught me the virtue of showing up, working hard, and serving. But I kinda always wished I was born into a blissful load of wealth. One day I came up with the idea that the universe or world or whatever is a sort of uber parent with infinite wealth and a huge trust fund for me and all of us. Now the cool thing about this trust fund is that it provides all we need with one nice little caveat. The cash comes flowing out only to the extent we show up to diligently, patiently, persistently and playfully giving ourselves to the world. Makes me feel great to know I have such a nice little trust fund and such a reliable way to tap into it.
