Ben Pakulski on the Heroic community.

Science says the fastest and most powerful way to change your life is actually to join a community of individuals with high standards who inspire and encourage you to be your best, most heroic self.

Being in the community for me, or being aware of the community and seeing how you guys interact is just a constant reminder of the willingness or the ability to be vulnerable enough as. As a, you know, someone who embodies the strong masculine in this world to also have the balance of the vulnerable, loving, caring man. I don't often let that slide through. And. And that's kind of my work right now, is like balancing the hardness sometimes that society inflicts on us and the love that is in my heart. And so this community allows me to see so many people living from that place, and I'm very grateful for it.
