Brian Johnson (with Alexandra) unboxes and shows the hardcover proof of his forthcoming book, "A Philosopher's Notes on Optimal Living." He describes the book's concept (short, accessible mini-chapters summarizing philosophical/positive-psychology lessons), physical format (hardcover), approximate length/structure (around 100 one-to-three-page mini-chapters), and publication plans (final corrections, estimated early–mid December release, pre-orders on Amazon). Tone is enthusiastic and informal.
