Coach Spo chose THIS book to help the Miami heat strive for excellence

It is time now for our door dash delivery. This is what SPO delivered to his players this year. It is a book. In fact he has been doing this for the last 10 years gifting his players motivational books during the holiday season. It's something that he says they can carry around with them that have teaching points. He always encourages guys to spend a little more time on self reflection and self improvement. He wants them to replace the mind numbing activities like Netflix and Social Story with reading and podcasts. As for this particular book, It's Art Day by Brian Johnson, he said that before the season started he was using the phrase striving for excellence. It's something he really harped on in the first six weeks of the season. He found this book. What does areute mean in Greek? It means excellent. The perfect fit. They have short chapters, easy for the players to jump around and really resonate. Guys, you guys.
