Being in the optimized coach program this year felt like a new life for me. I was just kind of existing, and now I've got a lot of the philosophies with the energy, work, and love components all dialed in, and now everything just has taken care of itself. I've gotten in the best shape of my life ever. I identify as an athlete, which I never have since I was in elementary school. My work is through the roof. I have such great connections with the kids, and I'm pushing them so much further than I have before. And the love component, the relationships that I have with my kids and my friends and my husband, it's a game changer.
