This is a short YouTube testimonial by Kristin describing how a program called "Optimize" (presented in a Heroic Coach context) transformed her life and her relationship with her three daughters. Kristin says she shows up differently—internally and externally—and urges others who feel a yearning or lack of full connection to enroll, calling the experience "life changing."

My daughters and I, our relationship has changed. I don't know if they would put their finger on saying that I was different, except that I know that that's what's happening. As the mother of three daughters, it is really, really important to me to show up as the best person that I can be, both in my internally, externally, how I live. So that show my daughters what it's like to live a full life and to be also the best that they can be. If you were thinking about doing optimize, if you feel a yearning inside of you, if you know that life isn't everything yet, that you want it to be, that you're not connecting fully, then do it 100% because it will teach you. What does it take to change some of those bigger habits that get in your way to how can you be a light and share it with the world? It's life changing. Sam.
