What were some of the best qualities of the seals you've worked with? Jack? First of all, hi, nice to connect with you. There are a lot, but some of the best qualities are really the determination and the drive in order to get things done. Like I said before, it's just not a question of if, it's just a question of how and how much work does it take. So that's one set of attributes. Another is I joke around that the L and seal stands for lazy. And let me describe how to reconcile these two statements, the one that I just made and what I'm saying now. The thing that's beautiful about the seals is that we figure out how much work does it take to get something done and we don't do more than that. We get the job done with the most efficient path possible because then you have more energy to go do more things. If you go back again, I said the word economics before, but if you study economics, life is just one of two things. It's work or leisure, right? And so if you can work more efficiently, then you have a choice. You can either work more or you can have leisure, but you've got an option that has value. And so that most efficient path to the goal attribute is another one, Jack, that I would draw out. The third one is really, so that's connected very much to innovation and creativity and saying, how do you think out of the box? How do you not just become, you know, if the world was full of rule followers, all we would do, we would never change any rules, we would never improve any laws, we would never, we would never improve anything. So the world needs a combination of just enough rule following with just enough rule breaking and rule improvement. And so having. So that leads me to the third attribute, which is really judgment. How do you know what rules to follow and what rules to kind of push on and break or bend? And that's a really important characteristic. And ultimately it ties to being able to assess that downside risk of, oh my gosh, if we break this rule, what's going to happen to us? Oh, we're going to go to jail. Okay, obviously we're not breaking, you know, ethics, morals, you know. No, we're not. We're not crossing any of those lines. We're talking about like process or policy or thinking and better ways to do things. And that's that constant reinvention and that agility and that, that making things better, Jack. That I think is another one of those attributes.
