Celebrate what's working so you don't start with the criticism of what needs work. You celebrate what's working always. It's important that you lead with positivity so that they feel safe and trusted and know that they're seeing how you're winning. One, what's working? Awesome. We have high standards. We're working hard. We push that thing out or whatever. 2. What needs work? So what could we have done a little bit differently in that situation or what? What specifically needs work? You want to attack the idea, not the person's then identify what specifically can be done and we are committed to doing differently. Next. And then we get excited. Then there's a mistake. Learners high where we know that glitches are the pathway to growth. We win or we learn and learning is winning. So we won. So I'm not going to sit here and berate you and call you an idiot or think you're an idiot and think that we're screwed at all this. It's no no, no. Win or learn.
