Hey, guys, what's up? This is Bry I am hanging out with. Who am I hanging out with? Eleanor. Eleanor. Are we having a micro moment of awesome? Yes. Yeah, we are. You just brought me some yummy food. You want to target swipe micro moment of awesome with Eleanor right there. Eleanor is doing it. She's doing it. Oh, you missed it. Let's try it again. Let's try it again. Okay. Micro moment of awesome with Eleanor. This one right here. That one right there. Well, bam. Let's see how many we've hit. We've hit 500 of them. That was 501. Yeah. That's awesome. All right, well, thanks for the treat. Can I have a kiss? All right. All right. I had a busy weekend here, folks. Let me catch you up on the goodness. We launched Heroic Mastery. I'll tell you about that in a moment. Going from theory to practice to mastery, all in. Do you know how long it takes for the average American to give up on their New Year's resolutions? 32 days. 32 days. The average American gives up on their New Year's resolutions. Not us. Not this year. I say we launch Heroic Mastery on February 1st. You can learn more at Heroic. Heroic. US Mastery. Aura says we're at an 88 this morning. 96 sleep score. A little generous, but take it. 90. 96 again. Wow. All right, thanks, Aura. Yesterday, the day before, 85.95. It's up a little bit there, but still got a 95 sleep score. I'll take it. And then I think, I don't know if I shared Friday. 86.92. Kind of on a roll there. Feeling good, working the protocol and not a lot to report on that, but you know what I want to share. One of my targets is, as you know, if you've been following along, but I got this feedback from one of our Heroic members who said that they got diagnosed with COVID and then four days later, they were in the 90s. And they said that one of the reasons was, well, they hit over 100 targets. Just discipline themselves, train their recovery. But they had their last meal at whatever time it was for them, but four hours before they went to bed. I think they said maybe it was 3:30 or 4:30 or something. Inspired by me saying last meal at 3. So it was awesome to get the feedback. That one little. He said one little 30 second clip, boom, changed my life, helped me in this way. So I'm hoping that you're finding little nuggets of wisdom here throughout our discussions. Anything else interesting? Lots of other interesting things, but the plus ones have been cool lately. Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness concerning all acts of initiative and creation. I've memorized that quote. We've been talking about it in our plus one. I repeat that to myself at night, when and if I get up, which is, you know, often I'll get up middle of the night thinking about things. And I may choose to think about things sometimes, but when I want to turn my mind off, what I do is I repeat a set of quotes in my head. It's a plus one we have coming out soon. But that's part of my target practice. Sleep in the Citadel again, Marcus Aurelius idea Citadel. Nothing gets into my mind. But that which I allow to get into my mind is the aspirational target. Obviously not perfect with that, but have fun with it. Here's another fun one. Today's quote from George Leonard. It's instructive to watch the immediate surge of clarity and energy during training that comes from the simplest act of writing one's name on a notice. So Leonard was an Aikido master, as we discuss in the philosopher's note on his great book Mastery, not to be confused with Robert Greene's great book Mastery, which we also feature. We have great big ideas in there. And he just makes the point that when you commit to going to the next level in something, boom, your intensity level goes up. And we experienced this as a team when we launched Mastery on Friday. So we're launching on Friday, and boom, the moment you launch, the moment you. As we talk about in the plus one over the last couple days, put your name on a, you know, board to sign up for a next level in Aikido or jiu jitsu or whatever training or a tournament or whatever, or wh Murray said it was all about. He just bought a boat ticket to Bombay. That was his commitment he made. When we committed to you to show up and launch our Mastery program, everything changed. Boom. All of a sudden, we're just in. I reached out to, I don't know, another, like 10, 15 of my favorite teachers and leaders that I'm going to have heroic chats with. So I literally reached out to William Damon, the professor from Stanford, who replied with a gracious note back, he's joining us. Where was that little list of people that are joining us? Oh, here we go. We've got, you know, I'm going to do these chats called heroic chats with masters, where I'm going to ask some of my favorite friends and teachers like Phil Stutz. John Phil Stutz, you know, obviously featured in Stutz. John Mackey, who started Whole Foods, Gretchen Rubin, Cal Newport, Gabrielle Uttingen. We actually need to update it because there's a lot more people that have signed up or said they joined. Steven Pressfield, another favorite teacher, William Damon. Some extraordinary teachers. I can't wait to learn from them what they do to go from theory to practice to mastery today, what their AM PM bookends look like, what the biggest life changing distinctions are that they have made in their energy, their work and their love. Stuff like that. It's going to be fun. All right. That's all I got. Heroic US Mastery. And of course, we still have the greatest year ever that you can check out. Heroic US Gye for that aura. Appreciate you. Let's go. Day one.
