My name is Kane Anderson. I've been involved with Heroic since November. When I downloaded the app and started going through the practices, my consistency really built up, and that made a big difference. I was losing weight. I was getting healthier. My wife started saying, you're acting weird. You know, you're acting grateful towards me. What's that all about? I've been here since Tuesday doing the workshop instructor training that has been super helpful. Really built a lot of confidence. And the energy this weekend is just electric. Like, everybody here is fired up. But it's not just about being fired up, because you can go to a weekend retreat and get fired up and then go home and just get back on the couch and watch some more tv. But that's not what Heroic is about. Heroic is about putting it into practice. That's what I love about it. And I know that the people in here are not just going to go home and forget about it. I came here with three intentions. Number one was to bake a new hero bar, and another one was just coming back with more wisdom. You can't listen to Brian talk without absorbing something. It's contagious. It's magnetic. And then the third thing was just to build some community. It's one thing to watch some videos on your phone or listen to somebody speaking when you're driving to work, but it's another thing to feel like there are actual people on the other side of it. People like me who are all in on Heroic and who just want to get more, want to observe, want to grow, and want to make connections. Community makes it real, makes it feel more alive, and makes me feel inspired to go out and build more community where I'm from. With Heroic's goal of making 51% of humanity flourish by 2,051, that starts with me.
