This short Heroic +1 podcast episode (Brian Johnson) shares a personal anecdote about responding to small bids for connection—painting toenails and fingernails—as "acts of love" and turning chores into playful micro-moments. The episode encourages listeners to set daily targets for connection and savor fleeting moments with loved ones, and includes brief promotional CTAs for the Heroic platform.

Hi, this is Brian. Welcome back to another heroic plus one. This morning I was trading text with one of our heroic Coach 1 graduates who's become a dear friend and text buddy. Hi Heather. We were chatting about some exciting stuff going on with heroic and other potential longer term exciting stuff when she sent a picture of her adorable daughter Sophia and said that she just did an act of love painting Sophia's nails. Target swipe. And I might have replied to that note by sending her a picture of my foot and letting her know that just the day before I had performed my own act of love. Target swipe. By letting Eleanor paint my toenails. And that's today's plus one. Here's to setting our targets for the day and finding all the little ways we can respond to bids and create micro moments of awesome with our loved ones today. All in day one. Toenails polished. Let's go hero. Little PS Here. The best part of that picture. Heather shared to see how big Sophia has gotten since she and Emerson got to hang out and at our Coach 1 graduation years ago. It goes fast, folks. Let's savor every moment and respond to as many bids as we can. Check out the pictures in the plus one as well.
