Today's book Making Hope Happen by Shane Lopez. A science backed, heart filled guide that shows how to create a hopeful life on purpose through belief, action and connection. Here's your one minute summary. Hope equals belief plus strategy and action. Hopeful people believe the future can be better and they know how to work toward it. Hope fuels well being.
