Highs and lows. And I used to be the kind of guy that would be super, super on and excited and super, super not on and not excited. And I kind of got to a point where that wasn't working for me. And again, I hit the depths of despair, wanted it in my life. I very much know what that feels like. Again, you get to a point, you're like, okay, cool. At some point, I'm either going to need to make that decision or I'm going to make a series of different decisions. And for me, there then became the process of creating a life in which I can endure without having to go like this. Now, it doesn't mean that we're going to have a constant on high state, but it does mean from my and from the number of people we've worked with, you'll have highs and lows, but your highs will get higher and they'll be more authentically high. They'll be true and they'll be real, and they'll be grounded. And you know how you created them so you know you can get back to them. And I have goosebumps. And then your lows will literally go higher. So you will not be able to go as low. I will never, ever, ever in my life go as low as I did before.
