Hi, this is Brian. Welcome back to Heroic Wisdom Daily. Today's book Getting Things Done by David Allen. A proven system to clear mental clutter, stay organized and take action with confidence. Classic in the subject of productivity. Here's your one minute summary. Your mind is for thinking, not for storing tasks. So get everything out of your head and into a trusted system. To do that, you want to capture everything. Write down every task, idea or commitment so nothing gets lost. Then you need to clarify what needs to get done. Break tasks into actionable steps and very importantly, if it takes less than two minutes, do it now. You want to organize by context group tasks based on where and how you'll do them, calls, emails, errands and deep work, etc. Then you got to review and reflect weekly check ins. Keep your system sharp and and ensure you're focused on what truly matters. Know this. A clear mind leads to better decisions and less stress. So what's one thing you can capture and clarify right now? Productivity is one of my favorite subjects. We got energy, work and love our Big three in Heroic.
