So let's get you excited about going to sleep. What's your intrinsic self directed concordant goal? When you think of your kind of ideal life and the role that sleep plays in that loss aversion. So not losing certain things, you know, is like actually one of the best motivators. So you actually can see that perhaps if you got better sleep, you would be not only less moody and less than this and that, but you'd be more heroically energized. You'd have more joy, you'd have more productivity, you'd have more deep connections with your loved ones. The three year old that we all have in us that just doesn't want to go to bed. Okay, cool. Well, at some, well, let's have the wisdom and the self mastery to discipline that version of ourselves. We've all got that. Seven, eight, nine hours of sleep is what I have come to believe to be what we need. And the data seems to support that. And once you get that, then you start making decisions. But what's most important for all of us with everything we do is you've got to want to actually do it. It has to be what scientists call self concordant.
