Hi, this is Brian. Welcome back to another Heroic plus one. In the last couple plus ones we talked about your mitochondria. Quick check in. Have you been nice to your quadrillions of micro energy engines inside your trillions of cells? Awesome. Now, as you may recall, we started with Robert Lustig telling us chronic disease is mitochondrial dysfunction and mitochondrial dysfunction is chronic disease. They are one and the same. Then we invited Casey Means to the party who invited us to consider this When a kid drinks one bottle of Coke, they ingest as much added sugar as they might have had in an entire year if they were living 150 years ago. What's one thing you can do today to reduce the amount of refined added sugar and or refined industrial vegetable and seed oils and or refined grains from your diet and your kids diets and your team's diets.
