What's your favorite book behind you? Of all those books behind you, let me tell you my new favorite book. All right. Jump on it. Yep. All right. There's a lot of them behind me. This is my new favorite book. This is by Brian Johnson. Okay. This is going to be released in seven days. Okay. And Brandon Geier talks about Arete. Yes. This is, this is a must have. Okay. Not only the book, Brian Johnson has an app, okay. That's called Heroic. And I cannot promote this enough. I've never met Brian Johnson. I've done my research on him and who he influences. But there is an app out there called Heroic that is the best app as a coach that I have ever seen. I wish Brian would start, had started this app 20 years ago. Okay. But it is amazing. I would encourage any coach to check out Heroic Brian Johnson. This is an awesome book. It's, you know, there's, there's short stories, lessons that are either 1, 2, 4 pages long in it. And the app is amazing. I mean, this Guy has read 650 books about, you know, leadership, team development, motivation, sleep, nutrition, whatever it is that we deal with as coaches, and has essentially written cliff notes for each book. So you can go in and read his cliff notes. Those cliff notes are anywhere from 6 to 12 pages long about the lessons within the book. And I've had the app on my phone for about three weeks and I just absolutely love it. And I impress upon anybody that's a coach, that's a leader to get dialed into this thing.
