Brian Johnson delivers a short motivational message arguing that one’s consciousness or "soul force" is their greatest asset. He urges listeners to cultivate moral charisma — becoming a radiant, energizing presence who models antifragility — so others want to work with them and so they become more productive, energized, and successful.

Who you are, Your consciousness, your soul force is your greatest asset. With whom do you want to work or do business? Someone whose energy sucks, you kind of don't want to be around them? Or somebody who just lights you up every single time you interact with them? You're like, that is just a cool human being. I want to spend more time with that person. And you can make it really extreme and have the most annoying person you know that you just don't want to do anything with. My God. You have to because of these reasons and the person you wish you could spend all of your time with and you wish you can clone and make them your business partner and everything you need. What I want you to be is this person, that soulful force. That's moral charisma. We want you to be the most radiant exemplar. We want you to be more heroically energized, heroically productive, and heroically awesome. You simply modeling what antifragility looks like, even if you never say it out loud, will lead to more success.
