🔥 The #1 Platform for Network Marketers Who Want Real Duplication — RankUp.io Revealed

Holton Buggs breaks down a repeatable network marketing pipeline designed to hit $5,000 a month, built on two core metrics: five qualified prospects per presentation and 1,000 contacts needed across a leg. RankUp.io tracks invites, answers, show-ups, and conversions to make duplication and coaching predictable.

What's up guys? Hope you're doing well today. I'm pretty excited because I'm with the one and only Mr. Holton.
Bugs.
How are you my friend?
Fantastic, Fantastic. How we doing? People all over the world, I hope you are ready to rank up.
Hey, we are, we are. I mean before we even get started here because today the video is going to be about how you can reach your goals and in a way that is you can track and is predictable. But before we even get there, I want to introduce you Houlton Buggs. For the people that don't know him a lot. Holton, would you say probably in the last 10 years you're probably the one who made the most money in the old industry of network marketing?
No, I would say I'm close to it. But if you take the people that I've helped and we combine it, I don't think there's any team of people who's made more money than the people that I've, that I've mentored, including myself.
Which is the most important thing. Right? So guys, Holton has been one of the first to get over a million dollar a month in the industry of network marketing since then. You would say how many of your students now have done the same thing?
You know, I, I started counting and I've got maybe between seven and eight students who've gone over a million dollars a month. I've got at least four students that, at least three to three students that have gone over two million dollars per month. And I've got one student that have gone to at least three million dollars a month. Not consistently but they've had a three million dollar month in income. So to me that's amazing to see that they've taken what I, what I've taught and conditions are much better. The opportunities are bigger and better and they've gone and actually done what, what I taught them to do.
Exactly. So guys, what we're about to go over here is the exact method that Holton have used to be able to do that. And it's probably something so crazy for some of you, you're hearing over a million dollar a month. The only reason we're even talking about it is so you guys understand that when you know the plan to hit over a million dollars a month, we should be able to give you the plan to it. Maybe you know, your first 5,000amonth, 10,000amonth or whatever your goal here is. We're going to be able to do that in a predictable way because one of the first Questions that I've asked Alton when I first met him was, hey, how. How are you able to even get there? What's the secret? And so many people, one are probably asking you this question, HB all the time, right? What's the secret? And I don't know if that's the secret, but it's probably one of those secrets that we're probably about to reveal right now, right?
You know, one of the things I tell people is this. Most people in the industry, to get there, they think that, okay, it's about how hard you work. And people ask me, hey, listen, did you see your. Were you on the road all the time? How many zooms were you doing? How many times are you giving a presentation and things of that nature? It wasn't really about all of that. My quest to five earning a million dollars a month was a great journey, but it was about the planning. It was about knowing my numbers. Why, if you don't know your numbers, you can't grow your numbers. And so I positioned myself as a business person before I positioned myself as a network marketer. And a business person knows their numbers, right? Now, I can tell you this. If we took a look at ExxonMobil, who's a billion dollar corporation, they know exactly how many gallons of gas is being pumped at each gas station around the world. And they can tell you that with specific precision in just a matter of moments. Why, it lets them know what preparations that they need to make in order to hit their goals for the entire year. And if ExxonMobil, as a publicly traded company, misses their goal with 1% inaccuracy, do you know the stock just takes a big dive?
Why?
Because they're expecting them to know their numbers. And I took the same approach in network marketing, made it simple so that I know my numbers. And when I knew the numbers, I just reverse engineered the numbers and didn't have to become emotional about the result, didn't have to use what I call the hope, pray and wish that I could make the money. I had a system, and all I had to do was plug people in the system. I knew what the expected results were going to be. I was able to monitor results a little better than most. And so when I got there, this is why when I set the goal for on my 40th birthday, I missed it on my birthday. I hit $979,000 that month of my birthday. And then two months later, I was over $1.1 million per month in income because I knew specifically exactly where things were supposed to be at all times.
So I'm excited guys because a lot of you and if you've heard Olten speak, you know a secret always comes down to exactly what he just said there. But I know if you're probably like me the first time you hear about that you're like, okay, but what is it, what do you mean exactly by those numbers and how does it work? So today this training is going to be exactly about that and we've prepared you something here where I know right now we're probably like, what is that? So we're going to let Holton get over exactly what that is and what he means by tracking your numbers and being able to be predictable in getting to a certain goal that you have. So hb, are you ready?
Absolutely man, I'm ready to rock and roll. First thing, first thing I want to share with you is this ladies and gentlemen. I want to give you a visual here. I want to give you a visual of a pilot. I want you to imagine A pilot is 30,000ft in the air, it's nightt and it's a red eye flight that you've been on for three or four hours. The next thing you know there's, there's a huge storm that takes place and you start feeling a little bit of turbulence. Kind of how we experience network marketing, right? A little bit of turbulence and sometimes you don't know what's happening. A little fearful, you want to hit your goal destination but you don't know how and where to get there. And what happens is this here at nighttime, midnight, middle of in the evening, if a pilot was trying to land the plane by sight, it would be a, it would be devastating. Why? Because the sky and flying over the Pacific Ocean, they look exactly the same. So if a pilot was trying to fly by feel or hope or just by sight, they wouldn't know what to do. And this is why a pilot always have some instrumentation and gauges on their dashboard or in the, in the flight plan so that they know exactly what's going on. Why if they, they've got something that shares with them altitude. They know exactly how high they are. They have something that tells them how far they are from the destination. They tells them how much fuel that they have. It tells everything that they need to have a safe take, take off and a safe landing. It's all there. So a pilot never has to look outside the window. They can look at the gauges and they can tell exactly where they're going to be. They know when they're going to hit the run road, the Runway because of these particular gauges. And I'm going to show you how I do the exact same thing. It is so simple. This is not science, this is not something that's going to make your brain crash. This is simple things that I do that anybody can do. Man. Never forget I taught a person, this lady here, she was 70 something years old, lived in Dallas, didn't even speak English at all. But I never forget teaching her this. And when I taught her this and she started using this, here's a 70 something year old lady who got up to $50,000 a month in income because all she did was follow this simple system. And so what I want to share with you right now is how to build your business the way, give you a different mindset of becoming a professional and building a business based off of data and making decisions on data versus making it off of emotion. In this example, this is you here. What I'm going to show you right now is I'm going to show you what I call the fast track to $5,000 a month. Now typically in most companies, the income that you'll earn in the very beginning before you start getting down to very deep levels, normally your income is going to be somewhere, can be somewhere in a great compensation plan, be somewhere between 8 to 12% of your volume with bonuses. So let's just take an average and say 10%. So 10%, that means that a 10% is what my commission is going to be. Let's back it up. So how much volume must I do in order to earn $5,000? Well, you guessed it, $50,000 in volume. Now in some companies there's what we call transactional. They're what I call transactional companies. All right, so if you sell a service and you're looking to get a customer on a service, they may not be spending volume or if you're selling some type of license or something of that nature. But the majority of companies who sell products, there's volume, PV and BV that are attached to that. So I'm going to use that as an example. But don't rule it out if your company doesn't operate this way. I just want to kind of give you a, a way to measure. There's always a way that we can break it down for you as well. So in a volume based business here, 50,000 in volume, that means that 10 on the average means that I can make $5,000 a month provided I have the right structure in my business. Typically, when a person's doing about $50,000 a month in sales volume, the number of what I call building legs or growing legs, they're going to have anywhere between four to six growing legs of business. In this example here, we're going to give you five, between four to six growing legs of business. Now, what is a growing leg of business? Growing leg of business is what we're going to be monitoring here. And a growing leg of business is a business that has new distributors and new customers that are coming in without your participation. The key is how many growing legs of business. An active leg of business is a leg of business that have auto ships that are reoccurring. It might not have growth, it just has auto ships going through. So what we're going to do is we're going to base this goal on growing legs of business. Why? Growing legs of business is a result of duplication. So if we want $50,000 in volume, what I always teach is line your business up. When you draw your group, you would draw it out in descending order of stream. In this example, Olivia is your biggest leg of business. Her goal this month is 20,000 in volume. Or that's what the goal is for you, what you believe you can get out of Olivia's business. All right, Joe's volume goal is 12,000, Mary's is 8,000, male is 6,000, and Nate is 4,000 in volume. Representative here is not their entire organization. These are just the people who are what I call the players. These are the people who are actively showing the plan, doing presentations, and are in control of bringing in volume within their organization. Some of them have three to four people sponsor. Some of them may be wider, and some of them, you know, have two people sponsored. But this is just the organization of people that I know we can count on. So let's look at it. There's two components that I always look for. Two numbers. If you can master these two numbers, you can earn as much money in any compensation plan as you want. I've mastered two numbers. People ask me, hp, how did you get to a million dollars a month? Two numbers. The numbers five and the number 1,000. Five and 1,000. You say, well, what do you mean, master those two numbers? What does five mean? What are you talking about, H.B. well, we know in order to grow a business, we've got to have new people coming into the organization. So what I did is this. I looked at my organization over years of experience that I had, and I knew that I. I knew that if I had a person, I can teach them how to have five qualified prospects, QPs at each presentation, whether that was a zoom presentation, whether that was at the home, whether that was an executive luncheon, wherever it was that five qualified prospects. Now that's the number five. Now where's the number 1,000 come from? It's the, it's the amount of volume that I knew that I could get on an average in terms of enrollment volume. Okay. Enrollment volume. Now let me break it down for you so that you understand the five. And how do we get to the number five? And I'm going to break down the volume and, and the number of, of, of, of prospects. So the number five. In order to have five people to show up at a, five qualified prospects to show up at a meeting, zoom, whatever it may be, I love to build with home meetings or live presentations. Okay? But you can do it however you choose to. In order to have five, here's what needs to happen. In order to have five, you're going to need somewhere between eight to 10 people to confirm eight to 10 people to give you a confirmation that's going to give you somewhere in the neighborhood of about a 50 to 60% confirmation show up ratio. Okay? 60% show up ratio. All right? Now in order to have eight to 10 people that have confirmed. Confirmed to be there, you're going to need to have spoken to somewhere in a neighborhood of 15 to 20 people. 15 to 20. All right? Why? Because everybody that you call are not going to be at home. Everybody that you call won't be available. Some people are going to tell you, no, I can't be there, I won't be there, or I'm not interested. Okay? So in order to have 8 to 10 to confirm, you're going to need 15 to 20 people that you have actually talked to, which means that you've actually talked to. Now, in order to talk to 15 to 20 people, how many people do I need to have on the list so that I can get 15 to 20 to pick up and be available for conversation? 50. This is why in the beginning, when we tell you to build a list of 150 opportunity seekers and 50 product consumers, this is where the 50 opportunity seekers come from. So I'm letting you know that everything has a purpose. There's a method to the madness. So now let's look down here at the bottom here at Anna's business here. I'm going to start at the bottom.
50 people on your list. So that way you can get, you can get 15 to 20 people to pick up. Right?
Right. Yeah. You're gonna have 15, 20 to people. 15 to 20 people to pick up. Out of 15 to 20 people to pick up that you talk to, you're gonna need a list of 50. Yeah, yeah. So this is why. This is so that people will know exactly why this works. Because most uplines. You know what they do, Thomas, they tell people what to do, but they don't explain to them why it works. Yeah, so that's why they don't have duplication. Because the people are just running around doing things that have no clue as to why am I doing this.
Got it.
Eight to ten confirmations are going to get you what, five show. Five shows should get you an average of a thousand volume and it should get you at least two people personally enrolled.
Here we go.
Now.
Works with any company. It's just numbers, right?
This is just numbers. Now. This is just numbers. Now there's two things that I want, that I want to share with you real quick. What makes these numbers actually work? Here's what makes these numbers actually work. The very. The most important thing is the skill level of the person understanding how to make a connection on the invite. If you don't. Listen, guys, I've been doing this for three decades. There's so many of you right now that six figures and seven figures, your six figure and seven figure income is sitting somewhere in the trash can.
Why?
Because you never mastered one skill called the invite. So that you can make the connection and make sure that you're tuning into what's important to the person on the other phone so that they can have the curiosity to say, yes, I'll show up. Right? And Thomas, we're going to share something with you that's going to help you increase your invite ratio and show up ratio by 60%. We solved that problem too. Okay? So that's number one. So if you're making a bad invite, it doesn't matter what the numbers are. People are not going to show up. And I'm sure many of you have experienced that. Where you're sitting there, you're like, hp, man. I would love to work these numbers, but I can't get people to show up on Zooms. I can't get people to come to meetings. And you think in your mind that it's the way you sound. You, you're kind of like me when I'm in the shower singing. I think I sound like I deserve a Grammy. Okay. I do. I'm like, I'm going along and it's coming out so Perfectly right. I'm hitting all the notes. But in actuality, if I had a concert, most people will walk out, okay? And, and honestly, that's how most of us are right now. But what if you had the ability for me to sit, listen to your invite and let you know the truth? And not only let you know the truth, within seven to 10 minutes, have you to be 60% better, more efficient and more confident on your invites? So now you're saying all the right things to all the right people instead of all the wrong things to all the right people and wasting your list. Okay, that's important. So now here's this. Here's what we do. When we take a look at this information here, you're like, hb, this sounds good, I can do this. But now we've got to duplicate it. Because what I'm going to do, see if you look at it, Anna in here is four levels deep in your organization. Here's my question for you. What if Anna joined the business? You live in Houston. Anna lives in Chicago. How are you going to get this information? My question is, did you even know Anna joined the business today? Probably not. See, Johnny sponsored Anna and Johnny just got in three days ago. You don't know that. Anna just got involved in the business. And Anna's ready to now start building. You have no idea. You have no clue. More importantly, if Anna got involved, do you know if Anna built the list of names? Now remember, we're talking about duplication. What happens when this get 15 levels in depth? Unless you're going to be what I call a manager, picking up the phone, calling each person, which means you don't have time to develop and lead the business. Now you're a manager, you won't know whatsoever. I can tell you, ladies and gentlemen, I use a manual system of accountability for my leaders that we will have to write it down. They create what's called a war report. And they would either have to take a snapshot or picture or fill out the war report and they'd have to send me pictures of the war report so that I would know. And I'm sitting there going through all of these pieces of paper and these pictures on my phone, making sure all of the information was there. But the million dollars a month was so important I had to do it. So now what we're going to show you is you don't have to do it the old way that I did it. It's kind of like me listening to my mom, you know, when she talks about, oh, I had to walk 15 miles to go to school. And now we look up and we see Uber and so many different advances in technology to make it easier. What we've done is made it easier for you so that you don't have to do it the old fashioned way that I did. That took up a lot of time and intention, but I was so, I was strict about it. If you were going to work with me, here's what I needed to make sure that you were going to do. Number one, you had to have your list of people in 24 hours if you were going to be working directly with me. And people was honored to put together a list of I created that culture and I want you to be able to create that culture as well. And so now here's what we're going to do. We're going to back it in. So here's what I know. I know that if Anna builds her list of 150 opportunity seekers. What does that mean? That means that I know that when Anna starts working this month, that means that I have the ability to get two people sponsored for her $1,000 in volume from that one meeting. Why? Because I've worked these numbers for the last 20 something years and I know that these numbers work in any business. So what about when I get Anna, her two people sponsored, they're going to build their list and guess what? I'm going to do the exact same thing out of her organization, those two people going to build their list. Now I've got four people sponsored. What happened with Johnny? See, it's the same thing. Now. Duplication becomes intentional. But hp, how do I know? And how do I keep up with this list? What happens over here when George, who's sponsored by Thomas comes in and George is lacking? How do I know? Do I even know what George has done? Because see, Olivia's goal of 20,000 in volume is going to be based on what it's going to be based on 20 different meetings taking place. That averages five people and $1,000 in volume. And how will Olivia know at the end except waiting till the end of the month? Let me show you how Olivia. Now she can know the number and she can make adjustments along the way and not wait till the end of the month only to come up short and be like, wow, I thought Anna and Johnny were really bringing people on and building the list and I really found out that they really didn't do anything. So Thomas, what I want you to do right now is kind of let's, let's show them how we know numbers are and how we can actually monitor this. And hopefully this makes sense to you guys in terms of how I see the business. This right here, these things right here, the invite the number of people that I send to a meeting or call, give a message to the number of people that I connect with, the number of people that I invite. Once I invite them, how many of them going to show up at the meeting from show up, how many of them I have to follow up with, going to become a customer or refer or say I am not interested. I now do no longer have to be tied to their emotional decision. I'm now only tied to the process. Thomas, let's show them exactly why rankup IO is so powerful that they no longer have to be emotionally tied to a person's decision, only the process.
Yes. And guys, I want you to understand this. The first time that Holton explained this to me, it was for me one of those haha moments. And what he did is, Thomas, take a sheet of paper and I want you to do the same thing. You know, press pause on this video, go take a sheet of paper because this is really going to change your way of building your business. So press pause, go take your piece of paper and come back. Okay, so now you should be in front of your piece of paper. So hb, just to make sure everybody understand, they take even if it's a binary, they only have two legs. The way we draw this here is first of all, it's all their active legs of business, right?
We call it the pet. Put that down. Write that in there. Pet P E T which stands for personal enrollment tree. So even if you have a binary, you may have sponsored eight people. You're just positioning them in the binary on the right and the left. But how many did you personally enroll? You may have enrolled eight and you have to place them below. But this is your pet, your personal enrollment tree.
Okay, so now they go and they put all their personals that they have, that's their on their first level, right? And then this, the 20k here, just to make sure they all understand. Because I remember first time you did it with me, you said, Thomas, you know, write down how much volume this legs of business is actually producing right now, right? And so let's say Olivia here can be 12k, but now it's okay. And what do you think she can really produce next month, right? 20k. So that this is for everybody to understand where that 20k is coming from. It's not just a random number because if they don't believe Olivia can do 20K. Important they don't write 20K. Right.
Correct.
Okay. And so what the next thing you did with me that was really mind blowing was like you break it down to how many meetings I need to make sure it was getting done on each of those legs every night. And, and so here with Olivia, we believe she can do her own leg, can do 20k. Right. So that means that if we, if we think it's going to be 1000 of volume per meeting. So here for everybody to understand, that means we need 20 meetings done basically in that leg for the whole month. Right.
And as you, and as you do this and as you game plan with each person, maybe you get with Olivia and find out how many meetings Olivia is going to do. So between Olivia, Annie, Johnny and Anna, in this example, we have already gotten to an agreement that they're going to do a minimum of 20 meetings and they'll probably have more because we know some meetings get canceled. So let's just say that we have 25 meetings set up for that for that organization that month. I now can predict that I'm going to have 20 meetings that get, get done. And I know that they can average $1,000 in volume per meeting, which gives me the certainty that I can achieve 20,000 in revenue or volume from that particular leg. And you do the same thing with the other ones.
So 25, 20 meetings done. So that for that 25 meetings set up. To get 25 meetings set up, we said that we need how many?
5 people on the average showing up, 5 qualified prospects on the average. Some are going to have 10, some are going to have 12, some are going to have two, some have one. But five on the average is what we're looking for.
Okay, so that means that, so to get our 25 people, that means we're going to show the plan 20 times. Five that are going to show up. So we're going to show the plan to 100 people. We're going to show the plan to 100 people. Plan to 100 people. That means that we need to confirm 8 to 10. Let's take 10.
Right.
So that means that we need to have 200 people confirm, right?
Correct.
And then to get 200 people confirmed, okay, that means that we're going to need to have how many people to pick up the phone? Let's say we do 20, we say 15 to 20. So that's we to get 10 to confirm, we need 20 to pick up. So let's say double that again, right? So it's 400. 400, 400 that pick up. And for that we said we need 50 on the list to get 15 to 20. Right. So let's just double it again. So really we need the 800 people on the list, right?
Correct. Actually it's going to be a thousand in that example.
A thousand? Yeah, yeah.
Okay.
So what I really like from that and what because we got.
Because we have 20 meetings times 50. Times 50. So it's going to be a thousand.
Yeah, yeah, exactly. So and when we say pick up here, that could be also messages that people are sending a text message. Right. So what I really liked when I first met Olten was that, okay, well the first thing that I like here is, okay, I don't even have a list of a thousand people between all the people that I have in this leg here. So hb do you agree that if that leg doesn't even have a thousand people on the list altogether, we're setting up ourselves for failure?
You're not going to hit your goal.
And do you agree that this right there is the biggest problem? Most people have their expectation versus the actual plan. And the numbers, they just don't match.
Here's the thing. But you know what, you're right. But here's the thing, it works in reverse as well, Thomas. Because I've seen some people that they've actually put together an idea, just a idea. They put a plan together just out of an idea. And even if they hit 100% of their goal, if they hit 100% of their numbers, they still wouldn't have reached their goal because they didn't have a real plan. They didn't even have a real plan. So this is why, ladies and gentlemen, what this is going to give you is it allows you to see your business from a higher level.
Exactly. And I just replace people on the list by reach out. Because you need to reach out to 50 people to get 20. Right. So you see what we just did here, guys, is we just reverse engineered exactly how to get there. So that means that this month this leg of business needs to have a thousand reach out. That is done, which is either sending him a text message or calling them. So that way 400 are going to pick up, 200 are going to, are going to confirm, 100 are going to actually show up to the zoom to the in person meeting or to the video. On that, on that 100 people that do show up. Well, we're going to be able to close for 20,000 of volume. Right? So that's the way that this is done. And actually to be able to work with you, when I work with you personally, we have to report those numbers twice a week.
Absolutely.
What would you do with people that wouldn't reverse, you know, bring. Bring their numbers in?
What I do is I feed them to the system. I wouldn't be mean to them. I wouldn't, you know, yell at them or anything. I'd feed them to the system. My time is conditional. My love for my group is unconditional. But my time is conditional. And I only give my time to those who are going to be doing the things that I know that produces growth. But if you weren't going to do these things and put the list together and let me know what your numbers were, then I take, listen, I love you, Thomas, but there's a system that our company has and you can work with the system. And the system takes people a little slower. I take people fast. And so that's what I do is feed them back to the system.
Exactly. So when I first started working with ultimate to report my numbers, my. My biggest challenge when I started working online and with Zooms and all was to be able to report those numbers to Alton. I was like, alton, it's really hard to be able to track that, like how many invites have been done today because these numbers, they look big, right. But how many people you think total that leg of business would have in amount of people Olivia's group on average for 20k. How many people do you think she has total on her legs?
Yeah, if we're talking about doing about 20k, she. She's going to have somewhere in the neighborhood of about. If she did 12k the previous month, she's going to have somewhere in the neighborhood of about 30 to 35 active distributors in her organization.
So a thousand reach out for a month maybe look big when you look at it that way. But if you do 1000 reach out, you divide it by 30 days as 33 reach out a day. And then if you have a team of 30, so divided by 30 people.
It'S only one person per day reach.
Out per day per person.
That's it.
Now here's the problem. If I ask any of you how many reach out Olivia's leg, let's say Olivia was on her team. And if I was your upline, I was asking you how many reach out Olivia's leg did yesterday, Holton, what would be the answer of 100% of the people in the industry?
I don't know.
I don't know. Right. And this is where I decided to push this. And Holton and I decided to create something called Rankup IO. And this introduction was really important because now you will understand the whole goal of Rankup IO. Right? So, Alton, are we ready?
Hey, listen, I'm ready, guys. Not only do you understand the whole point of Rankup IO, this now should give you a visual of what network marketing was designed for. Most of you are not leveraging the power of network marketing. You're only leveraging the compensation plan. That's it. But if you leverage each per the assets that each person have, which is their sphere of influence, their list of people that they have, but you don't know it, so you can't grow it, we're going to show you how to do it.
Exactly. So here's what we've done, guys. Okay? Let's say that if we were doing that for the whole group, okay, you understand that we'll be able to know for each leg, but also as a group, how many reach out we have to do every day so we can get to our goal. Right? And then as long as you make sure that you have enough going at the beginning of the pipeline, it's like, okay, you know, exactly as. As long as we get that many reach out today, we know that many people are going to pick up, that many people are gonna say yes, that many people are gonna show up, that many people are gonna close. And then it just becomes an easy thing, right? So here's what Rankup I.O. is doing. Okay? So Rankup I.O. the way it does, it's gonna report you every day, okay, how many invites you or your team has done for the day. Okay? So you're gonna have a dashboard, okay. And you will be able to see, okay, today, this is how many message sent. Or you can call that reach out. Okay. It could be a message or phone call. It's the same thing. Here is how many have answered or pick up the phone. Okay? Here is how many that we have actually invite. So many people said they will come, they've accepted the invite. This is how many people have actually came to the presentation. And this is at the end, you're going to have your close rate of new ambassador, customer or follow up. And now you're going to ask me the Tom, how can you track that? Well, it's pretty simple. All we do, you sign up. You sign up a distributor. The first thing that Alton just said is what they need to write that to have a list of at least 50 people that will be potential builders of the business. So all you do, you just bring that here and you say, let's say Alton is my prospect. Okay, I just press enter and boom, I got H on my list. So I put my list of 50 people here and as soon as I start calling them, if I call them or send them a message, all I do, I drag them in, message sent and boom, rank up that IO if I go back here, we'll know. See, now I was at 3, now I'm at 4. Message sent for the day. Now as soon as Olten answered my message, all I'm doing, I'm bringing it to, now he's answered or he picked up the phone. When I actually invite him for the presentation, I bring him to invite sent. If he accept, I bring it to. Okay, he accept he's going to be there tomorrow at 6. Whenever he shows up, I bring it here. And at the end I just decide, is he becoming a new ambassador, new customer, Is he a follow up or is he just not interested? And then let's say he becomes a new ambassador, I'm putting in here and that's all I have to do for my dashboard to update in real time. So I see now today I have one new ambassador, which I didn't have a few seconds ago because I just dragged him in there. Right? And so that's what RankUp IO is doing. And on top of that, what's really cool here is you can, you can, you can put any tags that you want for your people and you can create as many follow up as you want. So let's say, you know, Danny, you know, I want to add a tag to him because he's a. And Alton, do you want to go into the four checkers list or not in this?
No, no. Yeah, we'll do that on another video.
Okay. So you know, you can, let's say for those of you that know what that is. Okay, let's say he's a four checker. You can just put four checkers and add a tag there and you can always go back and find someone by the tag that he's got there. If it's a follow up, let's say you send him a message and he says, hey Thomas, I would like to. Donnie says, you know, you invite them and he said, hey, you know, I can't be there tomorrow, but can you call me back on Monday? Because I have my schedule in front of me. You say yes. Okay. You just click on it, you put follow up and let's say you put a follow up Date for next Monday and you just update the contact. What's so cool is the day before the follow up the card is going to turn yellow like this one. The day of the follow up is going to turn green and if it's past due, it's going to turn red like those ones here. So it's an easy way to just be able to sort your follow up. You can even sort it right there at the top and boom, only your follow ups are going to show up on there. And so it's an easy way for you to do your follow up, remember? And just the last thing there that we can do for the follow up, that is pretty cool. Let's say you're in a product company. For example here, Eddie is my new customer in skincare. Well, that skincare product lasts two months. Well, so it can be on the auto ship every month. But you got to make sure you remember to call them back before he goes back to the pharmacy. So what you do, you put a follow up in a month and a half there for our friend Eddie. And you can go ahead and put your skincare tag and whenever you want to, it's time for you to do your follow up. Or look, you know your skincare people, you can just type skin and only, only your skincare customers are going to be there, right? Or let's say your company has a promotion for the skincare this month and there's a bogo whatever, you can go skincare in there and just be calling all your people that are your skincare customers and have them on. So those are a few things that you can do here in the board. But the most important thing here is that it's gonna track you here, your numbers. And what is even cooler is that you will have your team here. So everybody on your team are gonna be tracked on there. Okay? There's going to be a tree just like in your regular network marketing company. And you'll be able to answer that famous question. Remember what I was asking you earlier? Okay. When we're doing this here, all we had to do was each of our 30 people had to reach out to one person each. So we needed to have 30 reach out for the day. But now in here you'll be able to see, okay, hey, I'm at 19 today. Let's push a little bit more. Let's make sure we hit our 30 because if we don't hit 30, then we know for sure just by working numbers we're gonna be coming short from our goal. Right? So here you get. You're gonna see your whole team either today. You can book for the week or even for the month or even total, right? So you can. You can look exactly what's going on.
You know what I noticed, Thomas? Here's the thing that I was able to look at with this here. Basically, if you. If you understand what we just showed you? We showed you that 50 people on a list typically comes down to two people signing up. It doesn't mean that only two. All right? Because remember, you had 50 and then you had 20 to 30 people that you talked to. That means that's 20 to 30 people that you didn't talk to. But I know that there's going to be at least two distributors come from that list. So when I look here, and I'm looking right now, Thomas is focusing on today. So if you look at it, he's got the time on today, on. On the team stats and the personal stats, 48 contacts came in. In my mind, what does that say to me? I know two distributors are going to come from this, Liz, why that list is almost at 50 now. Check this out. What if he goes for the week? Let's see how many contacts came in this week, Thomas, Click on the weekly. There we go. Oh, I got a thousand.
Yeah, it is Weekly.
I got 10. 10 contacts that. That came in this week. So what do I do? I take 10, 10, and what do I do? I divide it into 50. All right? Divided by 50. That means I am expecting 20 new distributors to join my team this week just because the list says so. And I'm telling you, I've worked these numbers for years now. It's like, wow, that's how simple it was. Now, that's why when he talked about the four checkers, we teach you how to categorize each person on the list so that we're not just throwing garbage in here in the team stacks. We're actually putting in quality prospects in there. But when I have five qualified prospects to join, that comes from a list of 50, and I already know that's going to leave me with two distributors that join my team. I think we lost Thomas. So hopefully you guys understand what I'm talking about. So 10, 10 contacts. My. Me personally, I only added two. But network marketing teaches me what my organization. So this right here at the bottom are the team stats of the entire organization that you guys are going to have of your entire organization. How many people brought in a list of names? Because you have actually taught this, okay? Because you've actually taught this so the thing that I want you to understand that's even more important is this having a culture of making sure that we share with people when they first get involved, building their list of contacts wherever they get those contacts from. Building a list, contacts. And so that's what's really important. So I can look over here and say, this week, 85 messages have been answered. 224 were sent, 85 have been answered. Okay? And so it just tells me all the stats so I know where my business is. I don't have to make phone calls. Four levels. If I want to know who these people are that's sending messages, it'll tell me. And Thomas is going to show you how to identify who's actually sending the messages. Because what if you just sponsored a. What if you have five levels in depth, and somebody just got involved in the business in Sacramento, California, and they put together a list of 400 people, and they're about to go out and do, you know, 15 presentations or so.
Here, what you see is that you have as a team for the week, you have 10, 10 contacts. So what does that mean?
What that means is, is now if you look at it, if you're working this through your organization, you will recognize that a thousand contacts represent at least 20 new people that you should expect to come into the business for this week based on just this activity alone. Remember, 50 equals to 1000, equals 50 goes into 10, 20 times. So that means you should be looking at 20 new distributors coming to your organization. But here's the cool thing. What if you replicated this with those 20 distributors? Remember, they should be getting two from their first list. That means that you've got, what, 40. 40 new distributors in addition to the 20. This is how you multiply your organization through duplication and network marketing. However, you wouldn't know what these numbers are if you didn't have a system like this. Thomas. I had no idea I was trying to do it manually with people sending these things. And, and. And I still couldn't get it all in depth. I could only deal with what my leaders could actually give me here. If I want to know if a person came into my business and they lived in. Let's say that person lived in. In Oregon, and they came in, they put the list of 400 people together. They wanted to get to, you know, 10,000amonth in their first month, and they were 15 levels deep. I wouldn't know about it until either that person has messed up a whole lot of names or succeeded. I found out way Too late. Here I can actually know who's responsible, who are the people sending the messages, who's responsible for doing these presentations, who are the top presenters in the organization. I have all access to that information through Rankup IO.
Yeah, we're going to show you that in a second, guys, how to get access to this. But I think one thing as well hp is the fact that you know, you can look at this and know what you're going to train on. Right. Because if you see that, okay, first, the first thing I see here is there's a thousand contact, but there's only 224 invites that reach out that have been done. So that means that first of all, there's a lot in the tank that I've not even been talked to yet, which is a good sign and a bad sign at the same time. But here you can really coach your people based on what's actually happening. If you see that most, most of the time, you know, your people don't get at least a 60% people that answer to their message. And it's, it's pretty cool because you said earlier, what was it for? 50. With 50 invites you're gonna get 15 to 20 that will actually people on the list. Exactly, exactly. So, so here you're gonna, if you see that you have any, anything in red, it's gonna say you're below average. Please contact your coach to work on your invites because the average is 60%. Right. So that board was, is gonna tell you, you personally, what's, what's happening. See here at 60% good, you're, you're, you're average. Right. It's gonna also tell you when you're above average in is amazing. But it's going to tell you, let's say as a team here, what you should coach your team on. If you see that, you know your people, they, there's a bunch of invites done, but no one is actually accepting the invite. Well, that means that the way they're inviting doesn't work. And you're going to teach them and coach them based on that. Right? If you see that the conversion here is, let's say people are showing up, but there's a 2% close rate to work on the closing. But you're never just going to guess work. You know the numbers. And just so you know, guys, to establish those numbers, we have done this in rank up with 142,000 contacts we have on, on that 93,000 reach out. We're done. And this is how we've been able to get to those numbers. And it's so good now that you can just go here and say, okay, to reach my goal this month as a team. Okay, what we need to do is we need to sign up, let's say it's 200 distributors. So you just go there and type 200 and that's going to reverse engineer and do the math that we did for you earlier. It's going to do it for you right there. So it's going to tell you exactly how many reach out has to be done, you know, daily, weekly or monthly. So you don't even need to do the math yourself. It's gonna do it for you. Same thing for your personal goals. If you say I need to sign up 10 new ambassador or you know, 12 myself. If you want something custom you can just go at the end here. Let's say you want 10 okay for this month. Well, it's gonna tell you with the numbers that we've said you need to have 11 invites, 11 reach out done on a daily basis. And if you just have this, the average numbers, you're going to get to that. So that's really the way that you can track your business. Anything you want to add on this one here, Holton?
No, I think it's self explanatory. It's very simple. It makes your business predictable. It allows for you now to focus on the things that you know is going to drive numbers. And that is making sure that people put their list in the business. If you can make that a priority. And then you can make sure that you focus on getting them to be really good at connecting and getting their invite list up to 60% guys, you can build as much income as you want. You don't have to focus on where the people are going to come from. And you don't have to focus on trying to recruit networkers or people who have extreme talent. Why? You got to process, you know, the numbers.
Yeah. And, and guys for you to know are your team is doing. All they have to do is go in their board and again just put their list there, put their contact and just switch them. And by the way guys, you have some people that says, you know what.
