Do you talk to your future self? If you're struggling with hard decisions in life or business, then this is a really useful method. I saw this post by Dicky Bush over on Twitter saying my go to framework for making hard decisions is how would the person I'm trying to become make this decision? Personally, I actually get an AI to help me with this and I wanted to share the techniques. It's pretty useful. Bookmark this so you can follow the steps. The first step is you want to get the AI to interview you about where you want to be in a year from now. You'll then answer all the questions that the AI is going to throw at you, just like you are doing a real interview. That's going to allow the AI to have a picture of what your future self should be like. Then for the next step, ask the AI to allow you to talk to your future self. Basically, tell the AI to act as your future self and then you're going to have a conversation back and forward. This allows you to then ask your future self what they would do if they were in your position today. Now, I know this sounds pretty weird, but give it a go and you might find it a really powerful tool. Once you've tried, tell me how it goes and whether it helped you.
