Continuous discovery means a team's ability to reduce uncertainty through evidence-based decisions. You need the right people, skills, infrastructure, and tools. Teresa Torres popularized the term, but the core is simple: frameworks only matter if they help you cut through uncertainty.

Right. I think what I would say, continuous discovery. And for me, this comes down to like, does a team have all the capabilities, and that includes people, skills, infrastructure, tooling, et cetera, to being able to continuously reduce uncertainty as much as possible? And I think this uncertainty can come in a lot of different shapes or forms. It could be more problem-oriented, it could be more solution-oriented. but that this team is essentially enabled to reduce uncertainty through evidence-based decision-making. That's how I would describe it in a nutshell. I mean, continuous discovery has been around, has been a bit more hyped for a couple of years since Teresa Torres coined it a bit more. I think she has a slightly different take on it. But for me, that's what it comes down to. If you remove all the frameworks, all the fluff, everything around it, it's like, can the team reduce uncertainty? Through evidence, and everything else I think has to be in service of that.
