Best Offers To Use in 2024 (This Got me 50+ Clients)

Jimmy Fung (presenter) explains how to craft a "six-figure offer" for agencies and service providers to improve cold outreach and booking meetings. Core advice: write extremely clear, direct offers that name the target audience, promise tangible results with a specific timeframe, call out niche pain points, describe a unique mechanism, and include risk reversal when lacking case studies. He frames offer strength using a value equation made of dream outcome, perceived likelihood of achievement, time delay, and effort/sacrifice, and supplies a fill-in-the-blank offer sentence plus concrete examples (lead generation, landing-page service, Facebook ads) to model implementation.
Hey, hope you're well. My name is Jimmy Fung. In today's video, I will be breaking down exactly what you need to do to craft a six figure offer. So the reason this is important is because one of the largest mistakes that I personally see with the people I'm working with with different agency owners is when they're reaching out to people, they're not very clear and they're not very direct in terms of how their services can help the people that they're reaching out to. And that's a really large problem because I'm sure, you know, I personally get bombarded with messages left and right and half the messages are really bad. Not because of the specific things they're saying, but because I read through that message, I skim through it, and at the end of it, after 10 seconds, I'm left asking myself, what does this guy want? What's he saying he can help me with? What's the expected end result of working with him? And that's the largest problem, is if you're very unclear as to how you can help someone and it's not able to tie into a tangible end result, then you will struggle. Because a really large aspect of cold outreach using cold emails, whether you're using that on social media platforms like IG, DMs, LinkedIn, DMs, or even cold calling, is you don't want to waste people's time and you got to maximize that very short window of attention that you're able to get from that prospect. So one of the largest issues is people are just very unclear on the offer. Now I'm recording this video because I want to break down exactly how you would go about crafting a six figure offer. I go into as much detail as I can and if you do like this video, please check out my Instagram. I talk a lot more about general business insights, about how to build your own agency, about how to make cold emails work. I post a lot more content on my Instagram. If you like what you're watching and you find it valuable, please make sure you do subscribe. Comment down below if you have any questions or you have any general feedback on how I could improve on what you'd like to see next, that type of thing. I also put a link to my calendar down below. So the way it works is right now I'm working directly one on one with different people. So I'm really working with two types of people. The first type are people who are trying to build their own lead generation agencies. Get it off the ground go from zero to $10,000 a month. And the second group of people are people who have existing businesses. So you are providing your business, your service, your product to another business. And right now you're looking to get Cody Most to work. You're trying to build this out in house. And pretty much the way it works is this is not a course. I'm not selling information, I'm really putting all the information I know for free completely on YouTube. So it's not a course, it's a direct mentorship, direct guidance from me where you will understand your quickest path possible to seeing success with their own agency or with cold emails. So that's pretty much what you're getting. So I put that down in the description down below my calendly link. And the thing is, I'm a pretty busy person, right? I'm running two businesses, this consulting thing that I have on the side. But I also run my own lead generation agency. So I'm pretty busy because I have team members, I have clients that I'm working with. So if you're not that serious about working directly with me, then please don't book a car. Right? If you want to figure this out on your own, I literally put everything I know for free on YouTube and if you take consistent action, you will make money. But obviously you will have to go about and learn that on your own, test different things. When problems come off, you're gonna have to just pretty much figure them out on your own. But by working with me, you kind of expedite that entire process. I went through all the problems, stuff like that and that's why people work with me. Right now I'm getting really strong results, really good feedback from the people I'm working with. Every single person that I'm working with, I do a one on one calls with and every single person that I work with has said that my consulting with them has exceeded their expectations. So if you want to learn more, I my calendar down below. If you want to continue learning and see how you could get success with cold emails or building your own agency, then stick to the end of the video where I go into every detail. I literally take different offers and I break them down for you, live in front of you and show you how I would personally go about crafting my six figure offer. Thanks for watching. Hey, in this video I'll be sharing with you how to craft your six figure offer. And for myself, I run a lead generation agency and after working with 50 plus clients, sending a million plus emails and working with tons of people one on one to help them build their own agencies or to make cold emails work for their business. I can confidently say that the largest issue you will have that you would come across while building your cold email campaign is figuring out a relevant offer, right? A no brainer offer, because you can have everything. You have the best cold email scripts, you can have this and that, the best vsl, but if you have a really bad offer, it's not gonna work, right? So the offer is one of the largest bottlenecks for most people who are starting out and trying to generate more meetings for themselves or for their own business, right? So jumping, right, I figured it would be really important to just highlight what exactly makes a good offer. So I have a couple points here. The most important one that I put right at the top is when you're crafting your offer, you must make sure that you are clear and direct, meaning you have zero fluff. One of the largest mistakes people make is they write out a really long paragraph with 30, 40 words and someone would read through that and at the end of it they're kind of left scratching their own head really asking themselves, what did I just read? How does this guy help me? What is he exactly offering? And if you end up in that scenario, then your offer is just bad. So just make sure that the offer that you put together is extremely clear, extremely direct, and every single word that you use is there intentionally. It moves the needle forward. The next point is you must be clear as to who you help. So make sure you're calling out specifically your audience. So for my own lead generation agency right now, we work with recruitment agencies. So as part of our offer, I specifically say we help recruitment agencies do X, Y and Z. If you're working with software development agencies, it should be we help software development agencies do X, Y, Z. If you're working with E commerce brands, we help E commerce brands do X, Y and Z. You have to be as specific as you can to become relevant. The next point is you must have a tangible results based offer. So again, this is one of the largest mistakes I make. And, and it's people who are writing offers which are not results based. But what do I mean by that? What I mean by that is someone who reads through your offer, they need to understand specifically what the expected end result is. So obviously as a lead generation agency, you're helping clients, you're helping different businesses book more meetings, but how many meetings give specific numbers? The next point is you must call out the pain Points. So this ties back into the other video that I have made talking specifically about researching your niche. And if you don't research your niche and you don't understand the current pain points, then it'll be really hard to craft a really good offer. And another reason why you want to call up pain points is because it is one of the best ways to build relevancy with your audience. So, for example, back to the example of my own lead generation agency. We work with recruitment agencies to generate qualified sales calls for their calendar. But what are their existing pain points? Well, one of the largest pain points is right now. This is an industry where each recruitment agency, the main way to go and acquire new clients is by referrals and word of mouth. So why is that a problem? It's because that's not very predictable. It's not very scalable. You can't control if you will have three referrals next week, if you have one referral next week, if you have no referrals next week. So that's where the problem is. And you want to call that out specifically in your offer. The next point is timeframe. So you must also call out the specific timeframe that you will get a very specific results. Call it out, use specific days. Will this take 15 days, 25 days, 30 days? 45 days, 49 days? Call it out specifically. The next point is how would you get this result? Again, later on in this video, I'll be talking specifically about how to create a unique mechanism. But you want to state very clearly using, obviously using marketing talk, right? How would you help your client, the end audience, get the desired results? And finally, the last point is how would you minimize the risk? So obviously, if you're starting out, you don't have any case studies. This is very, very important. Once you get some case studies, you might not necessarily need to use guarantees or any form of other risk reversal because a case study in itself kind of proves your credibility. But if you're starting out and you don't have any case studies, then I strongly suggest you use some form of guarantee. So jumping right into the first section, which is why do people buy from you? So I got this image from Alex Hormozy. He wrote a really good book called 100 Million Offers. I strongly suggest you give that a read. Pretty much he talks about how to create an unresistable offer. And there's really a couple points that he outlined as to why people would want to buy from you and why people will want to work from you. Right. So obviously the most important thing is what is their dream result that they want to achieve inside of their business? Of course. Right. So as a lead generation agency, what is their dream result? Obviously that might be filling up their salesperson's calendar, right? Why is this important? Because by filling up the salesperson's calendar, it will lead to more paying customers. And more paying customers mean more money, more profitability, they'll make more money. So that's their dream result. They want to make more money. The next thing is what's stopping them from achieving this goal. Now we have identified that these recruitment agency owners, they want to make more money, right? I mean everyone does. Who doesn't, Right? But what's stopping them specifically from making more money? What's stopping them specifically from getting more customers? What's stopping them specifically from generating and filling up their sales calendar? And that's exactly why people want to work from you is because they have a problem right now that is stopping them from getting to the desired end result. And you have to be very, very clear with this. If you are designing websites, what is their dream result? Is it to get more customers? Is it to increase sales conversion? Is it to build more trust? If that's the end result, what's stopping them right now from building out the best website? Is it a lack of skill? They don't have time, they don't have money to hire someone. What's stopping them from achieving their goal? And that's exactly what you have to iron out when building out and crafting your own six figure offer. What is their dream result and what's stopping them from getting there? And make sure you position your services, whatever it is you're selling, if you're selling lead generation as a service, make sure you position that as the bridge that will get them from where they are right now to get them to where they want to be, AKA the dream results. So that's what that kind of looks like. The next part that I want to highlight as well is value equation. So what creates value? And I think a lot of people get really confused as to why someone and what they're selling, why it has more intrinsic value versus someone else. But really there's only four different levers you have to pull here and all of these parts and is part of what's called the value equation. So on the top left here is dream outcome, right? What is the end result that you're selling? Is it compelling? Do they actually want what you are selling? Do they want your end result? So obviously if you're selling Lead generation. Again, the end result is you're helping them make more money. I think that's a pretty good end result, because who doesn't want to make more money, right? So if you're selling lead generation as a service, that's a very strong dream outcome. If you're selling another form of service, you have to identify what the dream outcome is, and you have to go back and do research on that niche to make sure that the people in that audience, they actually want that dream outcome. You'd be pretty surprised, right? A lot of people come up with different dream outcomes and then after they do some research, they realize that it is more of a nice to have versus something that is needed. So make sure your dream outcome is needed and it's something your audience actually wants. The next aspect of it is perceived likelihood of achievement. Now, obviously you could go out and tell someone that you will make them a billionaire, but that is a very desired outcome. I would assume a lot of people wouldn't mind being a billionaire, but how come people wouldn't necessarily take you up on your offer for you to take them to the billionaire status? And the answer is, because the perceived likelihood of making a billion dollars is extremely, extremely low. So when you're crafting your offer, you have to make sure you're being realistic. Now, obviously you want to promote and market a really strong dream outcome, but make it realistic. Don't go out there if you're selling lead generation as a service and telling people that they'll land 100 clients in the next 90 days, because that's simply impossible. Right? And that's obviously a very extreme example. But I hope you see what I mean by the perceived likelihood of actually signing 100 clients is next to none. And as a result, your offer will have zero value. So make sure you're very realistic with your dream outcome. Make sure it's something a realistic outcome that your audience, your prospects, your leads, can actually achieve. The next aspect is time delay. How long will it take them to get this result? If you're helping someone sign five clients in the next 90 days, 90 days is the time delay. Now, obviously, hypothetically, if you were able to help them sign five clients in the next 10 days, obviously 10 days is a lot stronger than 90 days. But brings us back to the perceived likelihood of achievement. Is it realistic for them to get five clients in the next 10 days? The answer is no. So if you market it like that, then obviously it's very unbelievable and no one will take you up on your offer. But just Keep in mind that the longer it takes someone to get a desired end result, the less valuable your offer is. So make sure that you have a very relevant time delay. Make sure that the service that you're selling, the dream outcome that you're selling, it has the shortest amount of time that it'll take them to achieve this result. But again, make sure that you're being realistic. And finally, the fourth final thing is effort and sacrifice. If I'm helping a client, a recruitment agency, sign five new clients in the next 90 days, how much effort and how much sacrifice will I take them? Right? And effort and sacrifice is not necessarily how much money that they spend, although that is one aspect of it. But it's also different resources. So time, effort, stress, mental bandwidth, stuff like that all falls under the category of effort and sacrifice. And, and if the offer is selling the dream outcome, your prospect thinks that it will take them way too much effort, then obviously your offer is not that strong. So this is kind of the value equation and this is kind of what you have to keep in mind when you're crafting your offer. So jumping into the actual six figure offer framework, this is what I share with everyone. And you should obviously take this and build off of it. But just starting off the bat, this is exactly how you craft the offer. You would write it out in a straightforward sentence, just like this. You would fill in the blanks, plug and play with your own service, with your offer, with their own target client. But basically what you'd be saying is we help target clients get XYZ results within timeframe without pain points by using this unique mechanism or risk reversal. So I hope after seeing this, you start to understand how important all of these different, painful, all of these things work together, how important each of those things are, and how important it is that you have to go and do research. Because if you're just coming up with stuff without actually validating your research, validating your idea, then you could actually end up missing the mark altogether. And what will happen is when you send this offer out, it becomes really, really irrelevant. Meaning someone will read it and they're like, yeah, this isn't for me. Yeah, this does not apply for my current situation. Yeah, this guy doesn't get me. And you don't want to be in that situation. So make sure you do a lot of research. So this is how you craft your six figure offer. So I put together some specific examples to give you better insight as to how to do this. Let's say you're selling lead generation as A service you run a lead generation agency. So a really good offer is we make it unreasonable for software development agencies to not sign three to five projects in the next 89 days without relying on word of mouth by leveraging our outbound prospecting framework. And we only get paid on results. So I hope you can see how you're able to fill in the blanks. Right. Obviously, for target client software development agencies, we're plugging it in. This is the result to sign three to five projects, right? That's the end result, the desired outcome that you're selling timeframe 89 days without relying on word of mouth, which is the pain point, by leveraging our outbound prospecting framework. This is the unique mechanism and then obviously this is the risk reversal. So I hope you're able to see how you're able to plug and play each of these parts into the formula. But this is literally how you would go and craft your offer. And I want you to also notice how straightforward this sentence is. Anyone who reads this, after 10 seconds, they'll read it and they'll know right away what exactly it is that you do and who do you help. And in this case, you're helping them sign three to five clients and you're helping software development agencies to get this end result. So that is the example for the lead generation agency. Moving on to the next example, let's say you run a website design agency, you offer web design, lining pages, whatever that is, and you offer that to coaches, for example. So how you would craft the offer is we help coaches increase total sales conversion within 26 days without relying on complex funnels or content by leveraging our converting LP framework or you don't pay. So once again, we're plugging in the different parts of the of your offer, of who you help and we're plugging that into the funnel, into the framework of how to build your own offer. So obviously we're helping coaches, we're calling that out specifically. This is the desired end result, increasing total sales conversion. 26 days is the timeframe without relying on complex funnels or content. This is the current pain point by leveraging our converting LP framework. This is the unique mechanism and obviously this is the risk reversal. And one thing I want you to notice as well is the unique mechanism. Now, obviously, let's say we're doing landing page as a service, we're designing different landing pages for coaches, we obviously could say by leveraging our landing page system, but that doesn't really create that much intrigue. We're in the business of marketing, you have to understand that one of the most important principles is creating curiosity, hence creating interest for your offer. Now what you have to do is you have to take what you're doing, your unique mechanism, and give it a name. And the more unique the name, the better, right? So obviously, like I said, right, in this example, we could have just said by creating your own landing page, but obviously that doesn't hit the same as saying by using our converting LP framework. Because someone, a coach who receives this, they might read this and be like, what's a converting LP framework? What does that mean? What does that look like? And then at that point they'll be really curious and they'll want to learn more. So they'll end up replying back to you or jumping on a call with you or trying to figure that out. But by creating that curiosity, it's kind of that hook that gets people through the door. And finally, this is the last example I have. Let's say you're selling Facebook ads as a service. You run a smma, you do Facebook ads for e commerce stores. What you can do as part of your offer is by saying, we help apparel brands. So apparel brands is who you help, your target clients. We help apparel brands add 15% in additional sales. So this is the desired end result, adding 15% in additional revenue within 27 days. So time frame without relying on influencers and UCG. So this is the current pinpoint. They'll have to rely on influencers and UCG right now by leveraging our retargeting funnel strategy or you don't pay. So once again you see the unique mechanism. Obviously we're selling Facebook ads as a service. You can literally say by leveraging our Facebook ads. But that doesn't hit the same as calling it retargeting funnel strategy. Because retargeting Funnel strategy creates 10 times more curiosity, 10 times more intrigue, and it just simply works. So this is how you would craft your own six figure offer. Hopefully you understand how this works. Hopefully you see the value of this and make sure that you go and plug and play each parts of these aspects of the formula with their own offer and who you help it.
