Cold Email CHANGED... How To Succeed In 2024 (Complete Guide)

Cold email success in 2024 depends on three things: message quality, list targeting, and volume. Warm new accounts for 14 days before sending, keep bounce rates under 3%, test multiple copy versions, and scale across many domains instead of blasting from one. Face-forward content and done-for-you offers help you look credible, not like a scammer.
Hey, in this video, I wanted to record this video to really talk about the high level strategy behind what makes a successful outbound prospecting campaign. Now obviously this will be talking specifically about cold email, but this would also apply for outbound messages on social media, on things like LinkedIn and to cold calling to an extent. Now I have a separate video talking specifically about the tactics, right, the specific things you want to say and why they work and all of that stuff. But, but for myself, I know when I was first getting started I struggled a lot with this because it was very confusing. You get a lot of people online telling you about, use this script, use that script, use this gimmick, use that gimmick, use this marketing angle. And the thing I want to make clear to you is realistically you don't really need all of those fancy tricks and all of those things up your sleeve. Now obviously they do work to an extent, but, but realistically, success with cold emails really comes down to a couple of things. And this is insight that I have personally gotten after sending over a million emails now I have booked and signed over 50 plus clients from my own agency and I have helped booked numerous and my clients have signed many different clients as well. Right. So this is insight that I have not really seen anyone else talk about because everyone's just really focused on, you know, how, how do I write personalized lines, how do I write a subject line, how do I make my call to action, different things like that. But I wanted to make this video to kind of zoom out a little bit and to give you a little bit more clarity on how to make sure your campaigns are successful. So jumping right into it, the first thing I wanted to talk about is cold emails at a 100 foot view. So if you're running a lead generation agency and you want to make money the quickest way possible, realistically these are the four things that you kind of want to focus on. These are what I like to call revenue generating activities because by doing these things it will be the difference maker between you making, let's say $10,000 a month, half a year, a year from now versus making it in three months. A lot of people, they really push these things or they're not very clear on it and they end up taking half a year to complete these four things, which in my opinion is completely stupid if you're trying to make money in relatively quicker time frame. So the first one is I want to talk to you about set up domains and email accounts. That's probably the first thing you should do after that. You obviously have to warm up these email accounts because of deliverability, which we'll get into later on in this video. That process does take 14 days. And the reason why I'm telling you to set all of this stuff up the quickest way possible as soon as you can is because Obviously during that 14 day period, you're not sending any emails, you're not really reaching out to people and as a result you will not book meetings. And if you're not booking meetings, then you're obviously not making money. So we want to optimize everything we do around that 14 day window because that is what you call a down period in the business where you just wouldn't make any money and you want to do all the stuff in between, all the setup, all of that stuff, you want to take care of it during that 14 days. So by the time after the 14 days, on the 15th day when you launch the campaign, you are ready to go, you're ready to rip some emails, you're ready to reply to people, and you'd be ready to book some sales calls. So that's the second thing. The third thing is the third and fourth thing actually. So the third thing is scraping lead lists and the fourth thing is copywriting. Again, these are things you want to make sure you're doing in between that 14 day window because it might take you a day to scrape leads, it might take you another day to write the cold email copy. But, but realistically you need to make sure all of those things are done in the 14 days. Now obviously if you're building your own lead generation agency in between this 14 day period, you also need to make sure you're setting up your LinkedIn page, you're optimizing it, you're setting up your landing page, you're recording your vsl, you're putting out content stuff of that nature. But realistically, for the purposes of this video, strictly speaking about cold emails, you want to make sure that you're scraping your lead list and you're focusing on the copywriting in the 14 day window. So moving along in terms of the actual cold email strategy, right. So this is more of a high level oversight of what that looks like. So success with cold emails, it really comes down to three factors. The first one is what you're specifically saying. So under this bracket, it might be your offer, right? It might be the specific words that you're saying. This is what a lot of people focus on. But realistically, it's only one third of the puzzle the second thing is who you're saying it to. Because if you are writing the right things, you have the best email script, but you're reaching out to the wrong people, then it doesn't really matter, right? If you are selling your offer to marketing agencies, but somehow you end up reaching out to realtors. Now, obviously you can have the best messaging, you get the most irresistible offer, but it's not relevant to realtors and you won't see any success, you won't see any meetings, and your campaign will pretty much flop and fail. Now, the third factor is timing. Now, like anything else in sales, one of the most important things is timing in the sense where if someone isn't ready, if someone doesn't have a very specific problem. So in this case it's on lead generation. If a business are reaching out to, they're not interested in booking more meetings because let's say they're at full capacity, right? They just don't have the time, they don't have the resources to take on more sales calls and take on more customers for the next two or three months. You reaching out in that period as they are scaling the backend operations, you won't find much results. On the other hand, if you get really lucky in terms of timing and you reach out to a company who might happen to be, maybe the night before you sent the email, the founder was late up at night, really strategizing his marketing strategy, his sales strategy, then you're hitting the nail on the head and your timing is correct. Now, obviously, between these three factors, we could control the first two. So what you're saying and who you're seeing it to. And now obviously on the third thing, which is timing, that is a variable of luck and it's not really something you can control at all. You can't really decide or control whether someone needs your product, they need your service. If they have a problem that you can help solve, you can't really control that. So the best way to negate that factor of luck, which is again entirely outside your control, is to focus on volume, right? Because volume essentially negates luck to a degree. If you send more emails, if you send more outreach messages, you will book more meetings, right? You're basically putting more attention on your business. You're getting as many eyeballs on your offer, on your business, on your service, as much as humanly possible. So over at my Only Generation agency at Salesway IO, the way we set it up is we set up 17 email domains. We set them up entirely in park one of those 17, we try to set up three email accounts each. So obviously we try to set up 50 and 50 is a bit of an odd number, which is why if you do 17 times three is not exactly 50. But we're setting up 50 email accounts targeting three accounts per domain. And now with those 50 email accounts, we are sending between 30 and 35 cold emails a day, bringing our total up to 1500 cold emails per day. So over the course of a month, that's 45,000 cold emails every single month. And again, volume negates luck. If you're reaching out to that many people with relevant messaging that is specific to them, you're bound to find a couple of them who the timing is right for. Now, obviously a lot of them, they'll ignore your message or it's not relevant to them, or the timing is just not right. But realistically, if you're able to reach out to as many people as possible, not only are you bringing attention to what you do and getting as many eyeballs as possible on your product and service, the but you're also able to negate the timing, the factor of timing, because it's just a probability, right. At least one out of the 45,000 people will need your services, right? Probably more than one. Right? Because that's still a really low probability. Odd, but realistically, you will probably find a couple people who are looking to book my meetings. Right? So with high enough volume would give ourselves our chance to hit our dream prospect at the exact right time with our offer. So that's what the volume is. Now obviously I'm not telling you to go out and spam cold emails because that's not what I'm saying. You just need to find that balance between relevant emails that are semi personalized while hitting the volume on the site. And you kind of need those two factors, relevant messaging plus volume, in order to make this work. Now the other thing you must also understand is one thing I didn't really consider when I was first starting my own lead generation agency and starting to send code emails, which is why it took me so long to see set up sales calls and stuff like that and to make money is when you're reaching out to these people, you're just another name in their inbox. You're just another name in their Gmail inbox, in the Outlook inbox, Jimmy Fung, just another name alongside the other thousand emails that they probably didn't read or they were read and they just skimmed over. So when you're reaching out to these people Understand that by default you will be put into the bucket of a scammer until proven otherwise. Because there's just so many different scams on the Internet. A lot of people pay pitching different things. These are business owners we're reaching out to. They're probably pitched in their email inboxes dozens of times a day, right from short, from content agencies, marketing agencies, Legion services, all of this other stuff. And just understand you will be automatically grouped under the bucket of a scammer until proven otherwise. What you need to do is you need to have a presence online. And if you don't, then I guess you just don't like making money, right? And I know for myself, I struggled a little bit with this in the beginning because I was really hesitant to record videos just like this, put my face on the Internet. But if you want to make money, you want to make it quick and you want to make a lot of it, you kind of just have to do it. Because by me putting my face on the Internet, now you're starting to see who I am, you're putting a face to my name. And if I put out enough of these contents, then you will start to trust me and I'll slowly move away from that bucket of a scammer towards someone who's providing value. So the same exact thing applies inside your own business. You need to be recording content headed into 2024. That's just the fact of the matter. If you want success and you want it quickly, then you need to create content, right? So do yourself a favor, set up a LinkedIn account. Optimize that LinkedIn account, put a nice profile picture, put a nice headline, create a YouTube channel and make an active effort to put your face on some content. Now you don't have to have the highest production value type of content. You don't need to be like Iman, Iman Gadzhi and Imani, invest millions of dollars on thousand dollar cameras, thousand dollar mics, thousand dollar production team. You just need something that puts your face out there. I use loom. I'm recording this with loom right now actually, where you see my face over there and I'm just recording my screen, talking about how to pretty much book more meetings, record emails, right? And this is kind of what you want to do. I do have a video on my YouTube channel. If you scroll down a little bit from a few months ago, you will see some content that I actually used on my own YouTube channel. And, and the purpose of me putting it there is not even to get views or to get subscribers or anything like that. It's mainly because we will be creating what is called a vsl, a video sales letter, pitching our services. And I link it to YouTube. So when people, when business owners, they're interested, they watch that video sales letter, they'll see, hey, this guy's on YouTube, they might go into my channel and if they see a couple other videos related to outbound and booking meetings and cold emails, they might start watching it and just slowly nurturing them and putting them through that sales cycle. Right, so that's what I wanted to say about content. To summarize, make sure you're putting content out on the Internet, preferably with your face on it, and you're doing yourself a massive disservice if you don't want to. It's definitely a mindset shift to be comfortable to do so, but once you're able to do so, I can't stress how powerful this truly is. Now the next thing is success with cold emails. It really comes down to really a couple of things, really just three things. So in terms of the cold emails, there is a bit of a typo here because I said five main factors, but there's only three and they are deliverability, who you're targeting and copywriting. We talked about it a little bit, but I want to get into a lot more detail here. So in terms of deliverability, email deliverability completely dictates whether your cold emails, whether they land in your prospect's inbox or they land in a spam folder. And this is why it's absolutely crucial to have good deliverability or else your cold email campaigns will be completely ruined because of spam. You can have the best messaging, but if people aren't opening your emails, then it's not going to do anything, right? So deliverability is often a very overlooked part of cold emails. Not too many people understand it because it is a little bit more technical, but it honestly has to be done, right. Not even honestly, it just has to be done if you want to see success. And you have to remember that these email providers, so whether you are using Gmail, like the business Gmail accounts or the Business Outlook accounts, you have to understand that both Google and Microsoft, they don't want people to be spending to be sending mass marketing and sales emails using the platforms, right? And they actually, you know, these are billion dollar companies, they develop algorithms that actively fight these cold emails every single day. So to combat this, we must use good sending practices to avoid landing in the spam folder and to make sure Our messaging is landing direct in our prospects inbox. So each email account has what's called a reputation. Basically this decides how likely your email is to land inside the spam or the inbox. So make sure you build a good email reputation when creating a new account. The way we do so is by doing something called warming up our emails. Basically this emulates real sending emails because when you're setting up brand new email accounts, you obviously can't be blasting 50 emails on the first day you get it. Because the algorithm is smart, they understand that you just create the emails and it's very unnatural to be sending 50 right off the bat. So so basically warm up basically emulates this process. Again, it does take 14 days, which is why I want you to figure out everything else in the business during this 14 days to make money as fast as humanly possible. So warm up. When an email account is brand new, we want to warm up the email account for 14 days with softwares like Smartly AI and you must not send any cold emails during this time. And once the warm up period is over, we can then start to gradually send cold emails while still running the warmup alongside our cold emails. And let's say after the 14 day period we're sending the cold emails. How do we maintain that reputation? Well, we do that by doing something called ramping up. Again, like I said earlier, cold emails, you could probably send 30 to 35 cold emails out of each account. But obviously even after the 14 day period, you don't want to just jump straight to 30. That's not what you want to do. You want to slowly ramp it up in a more natural behavior. That's what you have to keep in mind. What would someone who's naturally sending emails out of the Gmail, manually doing it, what would they do? Follow those practices. So this is kind of the ramp up period of what I recommend. You slowly ramp it up over the course of three weeks, you're slowly ramping it five emails per week until you're slowly at 25 to 30 emails. Remember it caps at 35. Don't set up an email account and just start sending 100 even after the three weeks because you will land in spam guaranteed. You also want to make sure you're not sending more than 20 warm up emails at this volume of 30 to 35 cold emails a day. And another crucial part that we must account for in terms of deliverability is bounce rate. So bounce rate happens when we're reaching out to someone. We're emailing someone who let's say they worked at Google, right? Google had a lot of layoffs earlier this year. Let's say John Smith worked at Google as a software developer. He was there for the last three years, but then he got laid off. But in our email list, we're still emailing John Smith now. What do you think happened to his email because he got laid off. Now obviously it no longer exists. So what happens is when we email John Smith, the email actually bounces back to us. Hence the name bounce rate. And if you get too many of these bounce rates, you will destroy your email reputation. So make sure that you are keeping your bounce rate the lowest possible. You should try to keep it below 3% for optimal email reputation. Realistically you need to do less lower bounce rates. And the best way to do so is by using tools that are email verifiers. Pretty much they emulate the ability to send cold emails to those people and they find out if it bounces or not. And that list validates your list to make sure your emails are valid. So again, the higher the bounce rate, the worse your email reputation becomes. And emails bounce. When you send an email to an unverified email or it lands in the prospect spam folders. And over time, the more emails that get bounced, the more damage your email deliverability will take. So you want to keep your bounce rate below 3% for good deliverability. So to summarize, here's a quick rundown of the best email sending practices. Number one, make sure you warm up your emails for 14 days minimum. After that, 14 days. Number two is you want to slowly ramp up your emails after that warm up period. You don't want to just start ripping emails, ripping 100 emails right off the bat. And the third thing is keep in mind bounce rates. Right? Smart lead, the tool that we use to send the cold emails to automate it, it's really good in terms of the reporting. It tells us exactly what our bounce rate is. So make sure you keep an active eye on that on a day to day basis and make sure it doesn't go above 3%. So that's in terms of the back end sending infrastructure and how to ensure strong deliverability. Make sure you keep this in mind. This is extremely important towards cold emails email deliverability. Right? Again, I don't want to spend and harp too much on this, but you could have everything that's perfect, the best offer the best script. But if your emails bounce, it's not doing anything. You're just wasting your time. You're wasting your Money and it's accomplishing basically nothing. Right? So this is the email deliverability and I want you to keep this in mind. So the next thing that is crucial towards the success of your cold email campaigns is who you're targeting. So basically your lead list, right? Lead list is the fuel to your email campaigns. Shitty fuel equals shitty mileage. Shitty lead list equals shitty campaign results. You just have to keep that in mind. Your list not only determine the target market that you're reaching out to, but how you write the copy as well. So even if you have the best email copy and the perfect deliverability, if you're reaching out to the wrong audience, you will not get any meetings. So I hope you're starting to see how all of these things are tying back together. If you're missing any of the three things, deliverability, the targeting or the email copy, your emails will not succeed. So they kind of mix in together. But I don't want to get too far ahead of myself. I used this example earlier in this video. But if you are looking to target dentists and you end up reaching out to realtors, you will have no success. And in fact it will actually be very negative on your deliverability because people who receive emails, these realtors, they'll look at your email, they'll your copy that you're sending to dentists and they'll be like, who the hell is this guy? This guy's just mass spamming me. And they'll mark your shit as spam. And again, your bounce rate will increase very high and you will end up tanking your deliverability and your email reputation. So make sure that you are following the practices taught in the list building modules, the list building videos that I made earlier to ensure you're reaching out to the right people. Again, we are mainly reaching out to people over LinkedIn and over Apollo. I made very in depth videos talking about how you target those people. Specifically, before you scrape that lead list and export it, make sure you run through that list to ensure that if you're reaching out to marketing agencies, there isn't any marketing software companies inside. Make sure that all agencies, again, I don't want to spend too much time on this because I did make two videos going specifically how you go about doing that. So make sure you take a look and watch those videos in order to know how to build your lead list effectively. So make sure you also double check your lead list before you send emails to them. So if you. In the past I kind of fucked up in the sense where I would build These lead lists, I would upload them to email verifier services like Million Verifier or Never Bounce. And it actually messed with the rows, right? So like, let's say I was reaching out to John Smith, the name that like, it kind of got messed up and switched around with the emails. So the name I would end up using is Dear Hey, John Smith. But an email might be towards Max, Max Smith or something like that, right? So wrong name to wrong person. And this does happen time to time. So I learned my lesson from doing that because I just had a lot of replies of people saying, I'm not John, right, My name is Max. And they were pretty pissed about it. So make sure you double check all your lead lists. This sounds simple, but a lot of people don't really do this because they're just trying to save time, right? So that's one thing that I personally learned and hopefully you could use that as a takeaway here. So the next aspect finally is now copywriting. So this is again where a lot of people online, a lot of different gurus, they really only focus on this part. And I'm always confused because it's back to my point, all three of these things tie back together. You can have the best subject line, but if you're not landing an inbox, then what good use is that? If you're reaching out to the wrong people, then what good is that either, right? So all three of these, they're all tied in together and I need you to hammer hone this idea that you need all three. So I made a whole separate video as well, talking specifically about cold email frameworks. The scripts that I am seeing work the best. The ones that are consistently booking, emails, booking, sorry, booking, meeting, sales calls for myself, for my own agency and for my clients. But I want you to understand why people reply and in extension, why people buy from other people. So this is actually an image that I grabbed from Alex Hormozy's $1 million offers, his book. I really love this diagram because it kind of talks about what value is. Now, realistically, there's only four things that you have to understand about value. Value really comes from the dream outcome. So the end result you are trying to sell times the perceived likelihood of achieving that result. So if I tell you I will make you a million dollars, but you don't believe it. So the perceived likelihood of achievement is low, then there's no value there either, right? So you have to make sure that your offer that you're selling has a very desirable End result. But. But the way you're saying it and the way you're marketing it and pushing it makes it sound believable. There's a lot of people out here trying to make offers that are too good to be true. I know I'm starting to get pitched a lot on my own Instagram from these different people telling me that they can help me make money. And you'd be crazy to see what some of these DMs look like. The offer is really good, but when I read it, it's so good that in my own head I'm like, this guy's scamming me, right? There's no way this guy could help me make a million dollars in the next 30 days. That's not possible. So you got to make sure you're being realistic as well. That's a fact that people don't really talk about when crafting your offer. Don't make it too extreme. Don't make it too good to be true. Don't sell an outcome that you cannot realistically achieve for them. Now, on the other hand, the other two factors that people put into the value equation is time delay and effort and sacrifice. So if I'm selling you a product, let's say I'm telling you that you can make $10,000 in the next three months versus you can make $10,000 a month in the next year, which one sounds more appealing right now? Obviously, the one where I'm telling you you can make $10,000 a month in three months from now is a lot more appealing because it's a lot quicker. People pay for convenience, people pay for speed. And that's kind of why Amazon is so successful. Because Jeff Bezos, he really understood this concept. He realized people don't want to leave the house. He realized people want to get the products. If you're buying toothpaste, they want to get the toothpaste tomorrow, they don't want to get it next week. And that's exactly why Amazon became so successful as one of the largest companies in the world. Now, tying it into effort and sacrifice. It's pretty similar, it's pretty self explanatory. If the service that you're offering people feel like they would have to jump over a thousand hoops, jump through a thousand hoops to get the result, that's a lot of resistance. And that's why I recommend, as a complete beginner, if you're doing a lead generation agency, your services should entirely be done for you in the sense where, hey, I will help you do X, Y and Z. I will take care of all the domains, the email accounts, writing it, all the scripts, inbox management. You don't have to do anything. I will do the whole thing for you because that's done for you. Because it is the lowest amount of effort and the lowest amount of sacrifice for the business owner's point of view. So hopefully you understand that that is kind of the value equation. If you have more questions about it, you could always, you know, message me about it on Instagram, on YouTube, or I strongly suggest you read 100 million offers by Alex Harmosi. He probably explains this concept in so much more detail than I possibly could in this video, but that's what I wanted to briefly touch on for here. So moving on back into the actual copywriting. Right. So whenever you write a cold email campaign, what you should really do is set up three to five different variations of the email and pitch them against each other to determine which one performs best. Oftentimes when people are buying your service, they have different motivations for buying. So I know for lead generation as a service, the most common sense answer is people buy because they want to make more money. That's the common sense answer. But there's also other alternative reasons why people buy lead generation as a service. Sometimes people have tried cold emails themselves, they tried doing outbound themselves and they just haven't seen success. So they don't know how to do it. They and they're looking for expertise. Maybe they already are having success with, quote, outbound, but it's taking them five hours a day to manage the system and they want someone who's able to maintain that success. But they personally, the business owner personally does not want to be spending five hours a day. Now that is a third reason. Those are kind of the three big reasons that I have found. People buy lead generation as service after speaking to hundreds of people on sales calls. Those are kind of the three main problems that I've identified. So make sure when you're writing these emails, you're using all three of these reasons, making money, saving time and expertise as different angles and launch them all together. And depending on which gets more replies, open rates, stuff of that nature, then you would then scale the one that is performing the best because at the end of the day you never truly know. I want you to do something as well. I want you to put yourself in the shoes of the receiver. And when you're sending these emails, a lot of people who are starting out, who's never really sent cold emails or haven't seen success. Their cold emails are very, I guess the word is salesy. They're extremely long, using words like sales or buy or stuff like that. And you have to genuinely ask yourself, if I emailed you with that exact same email copy and you received it, you were on TikTok or something, you got a Gmail notification, you opened it and you saw the email and you saw a big blob of text of me trying to sell you something, would you reply back to that same email? Now, I want you to put yourself in the shoes of the receiver and if your answer is no, I will not reply back, then don't send that email. You must always try to take an objectively unbiased view of your own emails and see if what you're saying would you personally reply, Would you personally have your curiosity piqued from what you just said? And if the answer is no, it's time to go back to the drawing board. Right? That's what you want to do. A lot of people, the biggest mistakes I see people make with cold emails is the emails are just way too long or just way too salesy. Now, obviously there are frameworks you want to use, but that's what you have to keep in mind. The shorter the emails, the better. A lot of businesses that I actually work with, with my lead generation agency, when they first work with me, if they've tried cold email before, they just haven't had success. And when I look at the cold email copy, I see three paragraphs of text. Understand that we live in a time where attention is very important. People don't have a minute to read through your email. What people do is they receive your email, they start scrolling like this and they skim it. They skim it in five to 10 seconds. And if after five to 10 seconds they don't understand what you do, then you just lost their attention completely and your results will tank significantly. So keep that in mind when you're writing these cold email scripts. Again, I do have a video specifically on scripting. What I want you to do as well is with those scripts, don't just explicitly copy them. Copy and paste it. Make sure you apply it to what you're doing and more importantly, make sure you understand why it works. There's no problem with copying and pasting. I know a lot of people online tell you, don't copy and paste from other people. What I'm personally telling you to do is if you see someone getting success, maybe you should consider copying and pasting. But you need to make sure you understand why they do it the way they do it. Because if you just copy and paste it blindly, then you're not going to get long term success. You really have to understand why you get inspiration from them. You could copy it, but you need to research yourself why they wrote this specific thing, why their specific email script worked. Was it the way they're saying it? Was it the audience? Was it the brand? What's the variable here that's making it work? And once you understand this, then you will find a lot of success. So that's what I want to tell you is if you are copying and pasting, just at least make sure, do yourself a favor and make sure you understand why it works. Don't just copy and paste it blindly. Copy it once, paste it there and never look at it ever again. Because you will not succeed long term, over the long term by using that strategy. It's just not that sustainable. Now realistically as well, the final thing I want to mention is the first cold email campaign that you launch, realistically it will not print your meetings and what will happen is you will have to iterate over and over and over again and tweak seemingly tiny variables to make it work. Because at the end of the day things can always be improved. And if you're a complete beginner, there's a very solid chance that your first cold email will be complete ass. Right? To be completely frank with you, I know mine was really, really bad. Even in my own lead generation agency business, where I started my lead gen business last year in October and I was able to get to $10,000 a month in December. The reason why I wasn't able to sign any clients in November and I signed my first client actually in December and in 22 days I got it to 10,000amonth. But that's a whole separate story. But the reason why I wasn't able to sign anyone in November was because that entire month I spent iterating my cold email campaign. I remember launching a cold email campaign to recruitment agencies and I think I got like three replies after sending like 5,000 emails, which by the way is completely terrible. And what actually happened was I was like, ah shit, what do I have to do? But I decided to go back to the drawing board. I decided to learn more specifically about cold emails and understand why people reply, learning that you have to lead with value. And then after, when I went back to the drawing board, I reiterated and when I finally launched my new campaign, I think the last week of November, I was able to sign my first client within a week after that. So that's what you have to do. That's what you have to do. You just have to iterate over and over again to make sure it works. But that's what I want to record this video and kind of talk about. That was my alarm earlier because I didn't want to make this video too long. I'm at the 30 minute mark, but hope you don't mind. Hope you found this video valuable. If you do have any questions, let me know. And just make sure that you just continue sending cold emails. You might be bad now, but if you continue doing it, you will become good. All right. Take care of.
