And just so you know, I'm actually qualified to talk about starting your own lead generation agency and going from zero to $10,000 per month in 90 days. Here's actually my payment processor. Right here is stripe, where I have the date set as September 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. And I started my business in October 2022 and I went from 0, 0, November and $10,502.70 in December 2022. So I'm showing you this because I walked through this process myself. I'm just going to change it up so you know this is real. I'm scrolling through it, right? So this is real. And I went through that process myself. And that's why I'm qualified to be sharing with you exactly what you need to do in order to get to $10,000 per month inside of your own business. All right, so in today's video, I'll be sharing with you how, how you can start a lead generation agency, land your first client without having any case studies or testimonials, and basically go from zero to $10,000 in a single month in the next 90 days. And this will be relevant for 2025. That's what we'll be sharing in today's video. And if you take action on what I'm sharing today, I guarantee that you will make money. So why is it actually important that you pay attention to this? Well, the reason why you need to be paying attention to this is, is because I'm really sharing everything I know about this business model in today's video. And I've actually had a bunch of DMs on my Instagram, comments on my YouTube channels from people who just seen my content and realized that the stuff that I'm sharing on my YouTube channel for free is just more Valuable than some of the stuff that they paid thousands of dollars for in the past through courses and other stuff like that. Right. And I actually did blackout some of like, you know, these screenshots just because I didn't want to end up in trouble. Right? But I've actually had people messaging me, telling me about how other gurus that they've worked with that they paid for their courses and stuff like that, how they basically felt like they gained nothing of value for the amount of money they paid and realized that the stuff that I put on my YouTube for free is kind of just more valuable than some of the courses that they paid thousands of dollars for. Right? So that's the level of value that I'm sharing in today's video, right? It's worth thousands of dollars even though I'm putting it on YouTube completely for free. And on top of that, using what I'm sharing with you in today's video, I started my own lead generation agency in October 2022. And within 60ish days by December 2022, I hit my first $10,000 month. So I walked through that path of going from 0 to 10k in a month. And I know exactly what it takes. So this isn't just theory that I invented, theory that may or may not work. This is real stuff that I walked through myself and I'm sharing with, you know, with you today, basically, right? So if you're serious about hitting your first $10,000 month in 2025, then please pay attention to what I'm about to share with you in today's video, because I'm just about to just drop street value for free. So let's start with what actually is a lead generation agency. So the way to actually make $10,000 in a month is by building a lead generation agency. That's kind of what we're talking about in today's video. And according to Google, a lead generation agency is a company that develops and implements strategies that help businesses attract more qualified leads. So you're basically, as the name implies, you're generating leads on behalf of businesses. But what exactly does that mean? So I actually put this into ChatGPT and I asked it to give me a really summarized and simple answer. And it basically told me that a lead generation agency is a company that helps other businesses find potential customers who are interested in the products or services. That's essentially what you're doing. You're basically helping other businesses find more customers, generate sales costs, generate leads. Leads is the technical term for sales calls and customers and new clients depending on the industry that the business is in. Right. But essentially what you're doing as a lead generation agency is you are working with B2B companies, meaning businesses that sell their products or services to other businesses. That's what B2B means. And you're helping them find potential new customers by generating qualified sales costs. And we're doing that by using cold emails. So here's a diagram that I put together. So let's assume that there's a marketing agency that sells, I don't know, social media growth and Facebook ads and stuff like that to E commerce brands. So E commerce brands is the marketing agency's customer. What you're doing as a lead generation agency is you're kind of acting as the middleman connecting the marketing agency with the e commerce brands. So traditionally how marketing agencies would go out and find these e commerce brands and is they would rely on word of mouth referrals maybe to run some ads to find these e commerce brands. And what you're doing as a lead generation agency is you're working with the marketing agency. So the marketing agency will be your own agency's client and you're using cold emails to help them reach out to e commerce brands. And you're kind of acting as the middleman connecting the marketing agency with the e commerce brands. So that's what you're doing as a lead generation agency. And here's actually how you get paid as a lead generation agency. So if you're starting from scratch, so you're at zero right now, or you're just starting a lead generation agency, I recommend following this pricing structure, I recommend charging a one time setup fee. So when you first start working with let's say the marketing agency charge a few thousand dollars, usually it's between 1500 and $3000 up front. And on top of that I recommend charging a pay per qualified call. So for every single sales call that you generate for let's say the marketing agency with these E commerce brands, I recommend charging somewhere between two and three hundred dollars for every single sales call that you generate for these marketing agencies. Right. And here's actually a screenshot on my stripe. These are all like thousand dollar payments and these are all setup fees. And you're using the setup fee to number one, make money up front. So you're not just feeling like you're working for free but on top of that you're gonna have long term profit because the better you get at this, the more money you'll make. Right. And I recommend this pricing structure, but because it provides the best mix of profitability and easiness to sell. Because the better you get at booking sales calls for your clients, you know, obviously the more money you will make. If you work with a client and you book them 10 sales calls in a month, which is pretty simple to be honest, and you're charging $250 per qualified call that you generate for them, then you'd be making $2,500 in, you know, on a month to month basis. Now if you get better at this and you end up generating 20 sales costs for them at $250, then you'd be making $5,000. And by using this pricing structure, it means that number one, you're getting paid up front, but also you'll be getting paid long term. So over the next few months that you are working with your client and you're generating them great results. So here's why this business model will never be saturated, right? Because obviously I see the same business models as you guys. There's a bunch of different stuff out there. But the problem with a lot of the more traditional and more popular business models that like marketing agencies, SMMAs, dropshipping, stuff like that is everyone knows about them, meaning they're just super saturated because there's just so many people actively trying and building those business models as well. Now with a lead generation agency, it's important to understand that there are more than 3 million B2B businesses in the US alone. So obviously if you're able to wait, you know, include countries like Canada, I'm from Canada. If you're able to include countries like Canada or Australia, uk, there would be millions more. So there's a large amount of B2B businesses and every single one of these businesses, their business owners, they wake up every single day with the goal of getting more customers because that's what drives the revenue and that's what makes their businesses way more money, right? So every single one of these businesses, these millions of businesses, need more customers. And you are helping them get more customers by generating them sales costs. And a company's most valuable asset is, is its customers. And that makes sense because without customers, they're just kind of out of business, they'll go under, they'll go bankrupt, because they just won't be making any money. So regardless of the economy, regardless of worldwide events, regardless of anything else, every business will still need more customers. And what you're doing as a lead generation agency is you are providing these businesses with exactly what they need. That's Basically what you're doing. So there's very high demand for a large group of businesses. And on top of that, again, right, there are millions of B2B businesses. There are at least 3 million B2B businesses in the US alone, meaning this number is significantly higher if you factor in a bunch of different countries. And even at my own agency, where over the last two years where we've worked with a little bit over 50ish clients in total, that's not even 0.00001% of market share. And that's exactly why this business model will never be saturated. Because there's just so many businesses, they all need more customers. And even the top agencies, they're not even working with a fraction of the total market share of the total businesses. And on top of that, because what we're using is we're using cold emails to help businesses generate sales costs and generate leads. Cold emails is literally one of the most effective ways for getting new clients and generating Sales calls for B2B companies. Right? So this is a stat according to Google, and it says that cold emails is one of the most effective tactics in a B2B salesperson's arsenal, right? 71% of buyers actually want to hear from sellers over cold emails. Right? It's just an effective channel. And that's exactly what you're using to help your clients generate sales costs. So basically, just to recap, because of the sheer number of B2B companies that exist, and on top of the fact that you are selling an outcome which every business owner wants, which is more customers, meaning more money, more revenue for their business, combined with the data that literally suggests that cold emails is one of the most effective ways for getting new customers. This is why this business model is so great. This is why it will never be saturated. And this is why this is one of the easiest services to sell if you're looking to start an online business. Now, I know this might sound super amazing, but what are the downsides? I obviously want to be completely transparent with you because like any business, there are pros and there are consistent. So for example, with a lead generation agency, if you hate sales, if you just hate the idea of sales, you don't like talking with people, then this business just isn't for you, right? Because this business does involve you talking with other people. So if you hate that idea, then this business model just isn't for you, right? You might be better served just looking at other business models where you don't have to talk with people. But this business model is for you if you're looking to start a business where you can make of thousands, thousands of dollars every single month while being able to work on your own time from anywhere around the world. And as cheesy as that sounds, because I'm saying that out loud, that's true, right? This is a fully online remote business. You're able to do this anywhere on your own time and you're able to make thousands of dollars by doing so. This is for you if maybe you tried other business models in the past, so maybe smma, maybe you tried drop shipping and you got no results or you got mediocre results, if you got results at all. And, and you're just tired of seeing people online push these business opportunities that just aren't really as great as they initially appear. This is for you. If you spent the last few weeks, maybe even the last few months, just watching different YouTube videos from all these different people and you're kind of just in an info consuming phase and you're just ready to finally take action and finally ready just to see some results. This is for you if you're doing okay in life. Maybe you're in school right now, maybe you have a decent job, but you just feel like what you're doing is just maybe not that fulfilling or, or you're not just creating the impact that you like, or you just want to make more money and that's completely fine too. I got started with this business model for the pure reason of just figuring out how to make more money. So that's completely fine if that's you. And this is for you if you're serious about starting a lead generation agency, maybe you already even started one yourself, but you just feel a little bit uncertain or you just have a bunch of giant question marks about how everything works. But this business model isn't for everyone. This isn't for you. If you're just completely happy with your current situation, if you're happy with your education, your career, your income, your time and location freedom, and if you are happy with all of those things, that's amazing, right? You found something that just makes you happy and that's kind of the goal, right? And just continue doing that and don't look in other directions, right? And that's kind of what all of us are seeking after all. Anyway. So if that's you, that's a good thing, right? But maybe this just isn't for you, right? Just continue doing what you're doing. Don't that brings you great happiness, right? This is not for you. If you're looking for a way to just get rich quick or you're looking for a make money hack, because this is a legit business, you're providing real value to other people, to other businesses, you will not become rich overnight. So if you're looking to become a millionaire next week, this isn't for you. Just please click off this video because this 100% is not going to be for you. And this is not for you if you're not able to just follow simple instructions. Because by the end of this video, you, you will have everything you need in a kind of like a step by step format of how to start your own lead generation agency and scale to $10,000 per month. And I'm giving it to you, but obviously if you don't follow the instructions, you know you're not going to get that result. And this is not for you if you just genuinely don't have any money. Because if you're down to like the last $10 in your bank account, then you know, starting a business probably just isn't the best idea for you. And no one's going to tell you this because everyone online is just trying to sell you a course or sell you an idea. But the truth is, building a business is hard. And if you're struggling financially, this isn't for you. Now with a lead generation agency, you don't need to start with thousands of dollars, but you need to have some form of savings in the sense where you're able to invest into your business. Whether that's money, whether that's time, whether that's just additional resources that will give you the best chance of succeeding. But if you are down to your last $10, what I would personally recommend to you is just go out, get a part time job, save a few hundred dollars just so that you could fuel the business. And that's just honestly the quickest way to save a few hundred dollars, right? Starting a business to make a few hundred dollars is not going to be your quickest and simplest way to do that. Right? Again, you don't need thousands of dollars to start a lead generation agency, but you will need a few hundred dollars and you obviously don't want to have financial stress outside of your business that could potentially impact your probability of success. But was starting a lead generation agency. And again, I'm being completely transparent with you because no one online will ever tell you this because it kind of goes against what they're trying to sell you because they obviously just want to sell you a course Right now, you obviously can still succeed in business if you don't have a lot of money. But again, it's all about probability. And the chance of you succeeding while not having any money at all is extremely slim. Right? So that's the honest truth. So in today's video, I boiled it down to eight key steps. And here are your eight steps. And kind of like as your roadmap to hitting your first $10,000 a month with your own lead generation agency. So step one is setting up your email accounts, your email infrastructure, and warming it up. I'm going to go into detail what that is. Step two is picking your niche. Step three is crafting your offer. Step four is building your leads list. Step five is writing your cold email campaigns. Step six is putting together your video sales editor, which kind of goes hand in hand with step five. Step seven is closing deals. And step eight is client fulfillment. And that's what we'll be talking about in today's video. So your very first step is setting up your email accounts, because again, what we're doing is we're using cold emails to connect a business with their potential clients and their potential customers. And in order to send cold emails, we first need to build out the actual infrastructure that will allow us to send cold emails. So the very first step is setting up the email accounts. And it's very important to understand that that volume negates luck. And this is by far the most neglected and the simplest part of the business that is just forgotten about 99% of the time, because it's pretty simple math and it's pretty simple to understand. But if you send more emails, it means you will get more results, you will just book more meetings. And it's kind of basic math. But in order to send as many emails as humanly possible every single day, what you will need to do first is set up email accounts. So here's what you would need to do in order to set up your email accounts, right? So the very first step is to buy your email domains, right? So this is kind of like if you go on a website and you look at the stuff before the dot com. So, for example, google.com, that's a domain, google.com is a domain. Or facebook.com, that's another domain. And you're able to actually buy domains from just a bunch of different domain providers. You could use Pork Bun, you could buy them directly from Google Domain. They actually rebranded to Squarespace domains. But the point still stands. The first thing you need to do is just buy domains. And here's actually a screenshot of some of my own domains. And as you can see, right, the salesway.com, the sellerway.com, the sellerway dot com, these are different domains that you want to buy. And what you actually want to do is you want to buy burner domains that are similar to your main website. So, for example, my main business is called Salesway IO. So what I'm doing instead is because I don't want to be sending cold emails out of my main domain because obviously this is a sales activity and you always run into the risk of getting blacklisted, being marked as spam, all of these different things. And if you're using your main business domain to send cold emails, if you do get blacklisted, you're basically screwed. So what you want to do instead is you want to set up what's called burner domains, where you're able to just buy random domains, you're sending cold emails out of them, and in the chance that they do get blacklisted, it's okay because they weren't your main domain anyways. And you could just set up a brand new one and you just resume what you were doing before that. So that's the very first step. You want to buy domains. Again, I like to buy my domains from parkman.com I'm starting to buy domains from Squarespace domains as well. And that's what I would recommend you do as well. So once you buy your domains, the next step you want to do is set up three email addresses per every single one domain that you buy. So if you're buying from PorkBund.com, you can set up three Microsoft Outlook 365 email addresses. Or if you're buying from Squarespace domains, you can set up the business version of Gmail, right? And again, you can set up either two or three business Gmail accounts. And here's a screenshot of my own Microsoft email addresses. So, for example, using some of the domains that I bought from porkmind.com I'm setting up these email addresses, right? So jim@the sellerway.com jim fun@sellerways.com jim sellerways.com and what you could do is set up three email addresses for every one domain. Now, obviously in the screenshot, some of these domains are, they're like, they're not organized in an alphabetical order. So you're not going to be able to see what I'm trying to say here. But all you have to do is just buy three email addresses for every one domain that you buy. It's very, very important that you do this because you can't just be sending a bunch of emails out of one single email address because you will get blocked. And you obviously can't be sending a thousand cold emails out of one single domain either. Right? And I'll actually be breaking down the math for you just in a second. But here's kind of what our front end volume sending, what that kind of looks like for my own lead generation agency. So at my only generation agency, what we have is we have 15 to 20 email domains. And using those 15 to 20 domains, we set up 50 email addresses and just split between Microsoft and just split between Gmail. And what that means is we're now able to send 1500 cold emails every single day. So over the course of a month, what we're doing, because we're sending 1500 emails per day, we're sending 45,000 emails every single month. And again, the reason we're sending so many cold emails is because volume negates luck. If you think about it, it's damn near impossible to not book any sales calls after sending 45,000, almost 50,000 personalized cold emails every single month. Because with high enough volume, what we're doing is we give ourselves more chance to hit our dream prospects and at the right time with our own offer, with basically what we're trying to sell. However, it's very important that you understand this, that in order to make sure that the cold emails we're sending are actually landing in the inbox. So we don't want to be sending cold emails that land in the junk box, right? Or if you look at your Gmail and you see like that junk folder, you don't want to land there because if you do, people won't even open your cold emails. But if they did open your cold emails, I'll look really, really suspicious because we all just think it's like a phishing email or it's like a spam email, all of that stuff. You need to make sure that you're setting up authentication records. That's what it's called, something called authentication records. There are really three authentication records that you want to set up correctly. There's something called the DMARC key, the Deacon key, you want to set, the CNAME key, and you obviously want to set up the website forwarding correctly. And I'm not going to go into how to do that in today's video. All you have to do is Just go on Google, just go on Pork Bun, Microsoft, Google Websites. There's a ton of guides out there teaching you how to set up the dmarc, dkim and CNM and all of that stuff. And once you have all of that stuff set up, by now you will have your domains, you will have your email addresses, you will have all of those authentication records set up. Your very next step is to warm up your email accounts using a tool like smartly AI. And you want to do that for 14 days to ensure maximum email deliverability. And here's a screenshot of my 49 email addresses that are actually on Smartly Dai and they're doing something called a warm up process. Because the reason why we need to be warming up our email addresses and the way it works is because when you are setting up a brand new email address, we want to do something called warming up the email account. And you want to do that for 14 days with software like Smart Lead AI. And during that 14 day period you do not want to be sending any cold emails. The reason why is because if you just set up a brand new email address and, and just start ripping a bunch of cold emails off of day one again, right, all your emails will just land in the junk box or the spam folder. Because that's just very unnatural sending behavior if you really think about it, right? No one's just going to set up brand new email address and just start blasting 50 cold emails out of one of them. So you want to slowly ramp up those email addresses. And luckily we have tools like Smartly AI that kind of just automates that entire warm up process for you, meaning you don't have to be doing this yourself. And once that warm up period is over, so 14 days minimum, we can start gradually sending cold emails while still keeping your warm ups on. And since the warm up period is 14 days, we will not be sending any cold emails during that period. Hence, this should be the very first thing that you do. And what you want to do in order to make money in the quickest way possible is you want to be setting up the rest of your business in between this 14 day window to ensure you make money ASAP and and not waste any time. And one of the best parts about starting a lead generation agency is in today's video again, right? I'll be breaking down the steps that you want to go through in order to set up your business, but each of these individual steps at most, they're like one to two hour activities. And if you space out your time Accordingly, you'll be able to tackle each of these things, one of them per day, one hour a day, and by the end of the 14 day period, you will basically have your entire business built and set up and be ready to start making money. So that's the best part about this business. And again, you want to do all of these things in between the 14 day window. I cannot stress this enough. So I work with a lot of people and the reason why some people take a long time to start actually seeing results with the lead generation agency is number one, because they're focusing on the wrong things. But this video will guide you on what are the right things to follow. But on top of that, people are not moving in a timely manner, right? These things don't take a lot of time. And again, if you do them one thing per day, you'll be easily able to do all of these things in between that 14 day window. Now the next step after setting up our email accounts is step two, which is picking your niche. So this next step is to actually decide on a very specific industry that you want to be selling your lead generation agency services to. And essentially what you're doing is again, right, you're picking a very specific group of people. And the reason why we need to be doing this is because there's actually a very famous saying in marketing which says if you're selling to everyone, you're selling to no one. And this is highly relevant because if you just decide to, I'm just going to work with every single business under the sun, you're not going to be able to create relevant messaging that sells to the right group of people. And that's if you generate any interest at all. Because the name of the game is relevancy. And we'll be talking about more in more detail when we get to the section of writing actual code emails. But in general what you want to do is, is you need to pick a very specific group of people and craft a very hyper relevant messaging around that specific group of person. And again, this is where most people really just get caught up because picking a good niche is really not that hard. Let me explain. So your only criteria, the only questions you want to be asking yourself when you're picking a niche should be these three questions. The first one is do you like the group of people that you're trying to sell to? The second is can you actually help them? And the third question mark is can they actually pay you for your own services? And there's really again only another three more requirements to determine if the niche that you're picking is a good niche. The first requirement is the niche needs to be broad and not super, super specific. So what I mean by that is a broad niche would be a marketing agency and a very specific niche would be, let's say paid ads agencies or, or SEO agencies or UCG ad agencies. Right? That's a sub niche under the broader niche of marketing agencies. And what you want to do is you want to pick the overall broad niche, which in this case would be marketing agencies. The second requirement is they need to be selling their services to other businesses. So again, it needs to be B2B. So for example, marketing agencies, they're selling the marketing services to other businesses, they're not selling it to just consumers or regular, you know, just everyday people. So for example, examples of B2C businesses that would not work here would be plumbers or realtors or gym owners, stuff like that. Because generally they sell their services, the products and services to just regular people. They're not businesses. So those would be B2C and you want to be selling to B2B. Now finally, the third requirement is you need to make sure the niche that you're picking, they actually check their email and their phones regularly. Because there's certain industries that, where email might not be the primary way of communication. So, so for example, if you're selling to in person stores, like sneaker stores or clothing stores, stuff like that, or you're selling to trades, they might not be checking their emails super regularly. But if you're selling to online type of businesses, so for example, again, marketing agencies or recruitment agencies, you know, they check their emails pretty frequently and those would be examples of great niches. So the reason why a lot of people really struggle with picking a good niche is because a ton of gurus online, they, they tell people to pick a very specific niche. But what they don't tell people is the most successful agencies, they probably have tested a bunch of different niches before they found the one that resonates most with them. So realistically what will happen is you're not just going to pick one niche and call it a day. You will probably end up picking anywhere between three and ten different niches, just testing them, trying to sell your services to them before you find the one that you just like selling to the most personally. For myself at my own lead generation agency, I have tested just a bunch of different industries, right? I've sold to just a bunch of different niches, right? I've sold to marketing agencies, PR firms, software Development agencies, software companies, so sasses, recruitment agencies and just the list goes on. And I've sold to all of them. And the reason why I've made money selling to all of those niches. But it helps me get me some experience and I get to talk with these people and, and over time I see what I like doing and what I don't because that's the name of the game, right? When you're building a business, you obviously want to build something that you're happy with, right, that you enjoy doing on a day to day basis. And there's just going to be certain niches that you enjoy working with more than others, right? And this is kind of exactly why copying someone else's niche just might not work for you, to be completely honest. Right, because when I was first starting my own lead generation agency, I was super tempted to, to just copy someone else's niche and I have even tried to do that. But after you work with again, right, just a bunch of different niches, you will get a really clear idea on who you want to work with and more importantly who you don't want to be working with. Because there's so many niches that realistically you only need to be enjoy working with one of them and you'd be good to go. So my advice is to just spend five minutes, just sit down with a pen and paper for five minutes and just brainstorm some different industries, write them out on the actual paper and do some surface level research on them. So here's actually an example of just 15 different niches that you'd be able to sell your lead generation agency services to. Now again, one of the best parts about the service is because every single business needs more customers, needs more clients, needs more sales costs. This is hyper relevant to basically every single niche. So finding a niche that this is relevant for is, isn't as hard as deciding which one you want to actually move forward with. And here are 15 examples that you could go off and just start doing some research on each of these 50 niches, right? Just pick three to five of them that stand out to you initially. And just conducting some research, that's what you want to do. Now your next step after you pick the niche is you want to start crafting your offer. Now. Your offer is essentially your message to people that you're reaching out to. You're essentially telling them, this is who I help, this is how I help and this is the expected outcome of the service that I'm trying to sell you. And if you don't put together your offer the right way or you end up putting a poor offer. This is exactly what will happen. It will be super unclear who you help, it'll be super unclear how you help, and it'll be super unclear why someone will want to pay you. And you have to understand that no one will want to buy from you because they will perceive what you're selling as kind of like a low value product or a low value service. And that's what will happen if you don't put together your offer the right way. And this is why it's super important to put together a very clear and kind of like an irresistible offer. And that's why this is so important. So to craft a really effective offer, we first need to first understand why people will want to buy from you at all. So there's really a couple of different things. And I grabbed this from Alex Hormozy's book, 100 Million Offer. If you have some time, I strongly recommend you read that book or skim through it, watch some YouTube videos, whatever the case is. And essentially there are a couple of different things that you have to understand as to why people would buy from you at all. The first is understanding what is the dream result someone wants to achieve. So if you're selling cold emails as a service, as a lead generation agency, people aren't just paying thousands of dollars because they love cold emails. That's not the reason that they're paying you thousands of dollars. The reason they're paying you for cold emails is because what they're really buying is the end result, which is more customers and, and more sales calls. So when you're putting together your offer, you want to lead with essentially your outcome and you don't want to lean too heavy into the cold email side of things because people aren't buying the features, which in this case is cold emails. They're buying the benefit, which is more customers and more sales costs and more revenue for their business. And more importantly to that is you have to understand what is stopping someone from achieving this result themselves. So, okay, so we know that people want more, customers want more revenue. What's stopping them from doing it themselves? Is it because they just don't know how? Is it because they don't have the time? Is it because they just don't want to figure out how to code email at all? These are dynamics that is super important to actually understand why people will buy from you at all. And in order to do that, you actually want to create as much value as possible with Your offer. So when you're telling people what you do and you're telling them how you can help them, you want to make your service, the cold email lead generation service, seem as valuable as humanly possible. Because if someone's paying you $3,000, in order for people to actually pay you $3,000, they need to perceive your service as something that is worth $10,000, worth $15,000. So how do you actually do that? So again, I pulled this from Alex Hormozy's book, but there's really four variables that will make your offer as valuable as humanly possible. The very first thing is the dream outcome. So what are people actually paying for? The second one is what is the perceived likelihood of achieving this outcome? So if you go out and tell people that you help them add a million dollars into the business in the next 30 days, the perceived likelihood of achievement is super, super low. And because of that, people just won't believe you at all. So you don't want to just lead people with these huge results that are just impossible to achieve. You need to be realistic. And on top of that, you need to keep in mind how quick or how long it will take you to achieve this result and, and the effort and sacrifice it takes for that person to actually achieve these results. Right? So this is how you create value inside of your offer. So for example, inside of my own lead generation agency, what? Depending on the niche, but let's say I'm selling to marketing agencies. What I typically tell them is, hey, if you are a marketing agency, I will help you generate 5 to 10 sales costs within the next 30 days by leveraging our done for you cold email system where you don't have to do anything, and we'll set up this entire system for you. So if you think about what I just said, I hit on all four of these points. The dream outcome is I'm helping them generate 5 to 10 sales costs, which is a very realistic number. I'm not telling them that I'll generate them 1,000 sales calls. I'm telling them, hey, we will help you generate five to ten sales calls. So the perceived likelihood of achievement is incredibly high. I told them I'll be doing this within the next 30 days. So 30 days is not that long. That's literally a month. So the time delay is relatively low. And, and I'm telling them that I'm doing this completely done for them. Done for you. Meaning they don't have to lift a finger, which means that their effort and sacrifice from the marketing agency's point of view is incredibly low. So do you see how I, from what I just said, from my offer from marketing agencies, I'm hitting on all four of these points, meaning my offer is as valuable as humanly possible. And here's actually a framework, kind of like a template that you can steal from for your own lead generation agency to help you craft your own offer. You can literally just plug in the variables. We help target clients. So the niche that you have picked do result that you will get them. So whether that's generating them, sales costs, getting them customers, whatever the case is. So the end outcome within timeframe. So within 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, however long it is, without them relying, you know, I don't know, whatever pain point that they are currently using. So for example, a lot of marketing agencies, they're currently relying on word of mouth and referrals. So maybe you want to call that out by using our unique mechanism. So this is how you actually do that. So in my case is by leveraging a done for you cold email system or risk reversal. Right. Or you don't pay something like that. Right. So that's kind of like a guarantee to take the risk away from my clients and to again, right? To give you another example of an offer that I used when I was working with software development agencies. This was my offer. We make it unreasonable for software development agencies to to not sign three to five new projects in the next 89 days without relying on word of mouth by leveraging our outbound prospecting framework. And we only get paid on results. So that was my exact offer that I used when I sold to software development agencies around a year ago. And it got me a ton of clients because this is a very valuable offer. I'm telling them, hey, we will help you land three to five projects. That's their technical way of saying customers and clients in the next timeframe. So in my case, it was 89 days without leveraging all of these things that you hate, you know, word of mouth, super inefficient process by using our system, which is our outbound prospecting framework. And here's our risk reversal. And if we don't do this, then we don't get paid, right? Or we get paid based on the results that we generate for you. So this is my offer that I use to sell to software development agency. I encourage you to try to take this and add in your own flavor. So don't, you know, try not to copy and paste this exact word for word because there's probably gonna be thousands of people who end up watching this video. And if every single person just copy and pasted this exact offer, it's just not gonna work at all for anyone. Right? So I encourage you to take this framework, add in your own variables and add in your own sauce to this. But this is kind of like the foundational, like I'm laying the foundations for you to craft your own offer. So your very next step in step four is to actually build your leads list. So we've identified the niche that you want to be selling your lead generation services to. But how do we actually reach out to these people? How we actually need to do that is by building a leads list. So this is essentially just a giant list on Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, basically with someone's name and someone's email address. And then what we're able to do is we're able to email these people. So that's basically what you're doing by building your leads list. And again, right, this is a spreadsheet with decision makers and their email addresses and you'll be reaching out to people with your offer. And let me actually show you how to build your own leads list. So what we're going to do first is we're going to go to Apollo I intendo. Apollo I intendo is a database which has all of the email addresses and the contacts of everyone you need to contact. So go over to Apollo I.O. sign up for a free account and once you sign up, log in and this is what you see. The very first thing you want to do is go over to the search bar. This is what this is going to look like. On the left side is the filterings to help you find exactly who it is that you're looking for. So when you're putting this together, think about who are the decision makers of the people. So obviously, for example, we're reaching out to marketing agencies, right? So the very first thing we want to do is we want to think about the location here on the left side. So where are these people located? For the purposes of our example, we're just going to put North America, but obviously you could put in uk, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, all these different places. Right? But I'm just going to put in North America for the purposes of this example. After that what we want to do is we want to go to number of employees because this will dictate the size of the companies that you reach out to. Because obviously if you're reaching out to someone at a larger company, the type of messaging that the way you would do it would be slightly different from if you're reaching out to a smaller company. Now, what I recommend to most people when they're first starting out is reach out to smaller companies. Companies, right. So reach out to companies that are between 1 and 20, because the decision makers at those companies is very likely to be one single person. It's probably going to be the owner, the CEO, the founder, the co founder, maybe the COO stuff, people like that. But if you're reaching out to companies that are greater than 20, so let's say 21 to 50 or 50 to 100, there might be multiple decision makers and it makes your process a little bit more complex. And when you're first starting out, we want to keep this process as simple as possible. So I would recommend reaching out to people between 1 and 20. So now we know that we're reaching out to marketing agencies between 1 and 20 in North America. The next aspect is job titles. So again, who are those people? So I'm just going to put in owner, we're going to put in CEO, we're going to put in the founder, and we're going to put in the oops. We're going to put in the founder, we're going to put in the co founder. Those would be examples. There might be a couple others, but you want to just stop and think about that. But I'm just going to show you how to do it. So the owners, the CEO, the founder and the co founder. So we have the job titles. Now the very next thing that you want to do, and this is a very important aspect, so make sure you pay attention here is the industry and keywords, and there's multiple ways to do this. What most people do is they go into search industries and they just search up like marketing agencies and you see marketing and advertising, but you do not want to do that because it's not very accurate. That's just not the best way to do it. Instead, what you want to do is you want to leave the industry keywords blank. You want to go under company keywords. And under this section of include keywords, you're going to click that, and you're going to click exclude keywords as well. And under include keywords, you're essentially going to come up with a couple keywords to find what you're looking for. So think about if you are working with marketing agencies, what might be some of the search terms that you put onto Google to find these marketing agents? Now, obviously the very first one is going to be marketing agency. You're just Going to search that up and search it. The next one might be marketing, it might be ads, it might be social media management. There's a lot of keywords. You just want to think of as many relevant keywords as you can and add them in. You can put in like TikTok, you can put in UCG, just a bunch out there. So that's how you want to do it. After you do that, you want to look at your list and you don't have to go through the entire list. We see there's 150,000 of these companies that have some of these keywords. But essentially you want to just go through this list and look for companies that might not be actually marketing agents. So for example, Fund Me Social, there's a marketing agency, a Wheeler marketing agency, there's a marketing agency. You just want to go through this list, go through a couple pages, two to three pages, and look for companies that might not be relevant. So this is an ads agency, this is another marketing. So this list does look relatively accurate. What you want to do is I'm not going to show you how to do this because it's going to take a couple of minutes to do it. But essentially you just want to go through this list and look for companies that are not. So, for example, let's say you see a software company, we're reaching out to marketing agencies, we're not reaching out to software companies. So, so you want to exclude that in your list. So under exclude keywords you want to write in SaaS, and that removes every single SaaS company with that keyword from it. So it removed around 4,000. We're going to remove platform, we're going to remove coach, because don't want to reach out to coaches, we're going to remove consultant and we just removed instantly 14,000 people who are not that relevant to what we're looking for. So that's exactly what you want to do. This is how you want to put together your footsteps. And as we can see, there's 136,000. And obviously if we expanded that to other countries as well. So for example, for the purpose of the example, United Kingdom, for example, it's going to add another 20,000 in there. So think about all the countries. So this is how you want to put together the filtering to get these marketing agencies. And as we can see, we have Danielle, who's the CEO of Wheeler Marketing Agency. That's exactly who we want to reach out to. We have Ryan, who's the founder of another marketing agency. We have Oliver, a CEO of another marketing agency. These are the direct people who we want to reach out to and sell our lead generation services to. And marketing agencies is our niche. So that's what we want to do. After we do that, we obviously want to scrape this leads list. So how you want to do it is, is you want to go up here into the search bar, you want to copy the website URL, you want to go to this website, Apollo leadsmagiclead.com It's Apollo scraper. And essentially you just gotta enter in your email and Apollo search URL. You're going to paste in the Apollo search URL. It's going to go like this. What you want to do is you want to select the amount of leads that you want. I recommend you scrape as many leads as possible. And the reason why is, is because if you know you're going to pick marketing agencies, we saw there's 150,000 of them. There's not really a point in going 10k at a time if we know that's the niche that we're going to sell to. You might as well scrape the entire thing or as many as you can up front to save yourself time and energy. So that's what you want to do. And obviously you're going to put it in your email. It's going to, it does cost money. It's not that expensive. It's significantly cheaper than if you were to do it through Apollo. So, for example, 10,000 leads off of this website, the Scraper website, cost you 40 bucks. On Apollo, if you've got a plan, you're only able to script 2000 leads for literally 100 bucks. So this is literally a lot cheaper, right? If we put the same 2,000 leads, it's $8 compared to Apollo's $100, right? Because you don't want to be using the Apollo plan. So that's what you want to do. You want to enter in your details, your email, your credit card, all those other things. And what's going to happen is you're going to submit it and you're going to wait a couple minutes or maybe an hour, two hours, that type of thing. It's going to send you that list directly to your email that you put in over here. And what you're going to do is you're going to next take that list and you're going to go to this website called millionverifier.com you're going to upload that list over here, select files to validate your list. And the reason why you need to do this, it's very important that you need to do this is because what will happen is across this list of 150,000 people, not every single one of these people still work at these companies, right? Maybe they started a business and they closed it down, or maybe they moved to a different company, all these different things, and now their email address is just no longer valid. So what will happen is if you reach out to Danielle, who, let's say, work somewhere else now, the email is going to bounce because that email inbox just doesn't exist. And what will happen is that will mess up your overall email reputation and everything. You're going to pretty much just break everything, right? So it's very important that you verify all your email addresses using this website, millionverifier.com and what's going to happen is after you do that process is going to give you Excel sheet or a Google Sheets. And this is kind of example of my own leads sheet where I scraped marketing agencies. I scraped 53,000 of them that I verified and I put them onto a Google sheet. This is kind of what that looks like. So we see, for example, we have Derek, who's the CEO of this company. This is his email address, this is the city he lives in, this is LinkedIn URL and this is the website of his company. And obviously we have a bunch here, we have 50,000 of these. That's exactly what you want to do. And this is kind of what that process looks like. And after you have this, you're basically done step two, which is building your leads list. Now the next step is step five, which is writing your cold email campaign. Now this step is possibly the most important step in and I can make an entire video and I have on my YouTube channel specifically talking about how to put together a highly effective cold email campaign. But to put it in the most simple way, there's really only two things you need to worry about when starting your own lead generation agency. Getting your first clients and scaling to $10,000 in a month. The first thing is figuring out how to get attention and driving as much traffic as humanly possible onto your business. Right? And this completely makes sense because the more people know about you, so the more eyeballs, the more attention you have, the more money you make. If you aren't able to do this and you just get less eyeballs, less attention and less traffic, obviously you will make less money. And the biggest reason why people struggle, why some people don't really make money, and why some people don't make it to $10,000 with their own lead generation agency is because no one knows who they are. That's the simple truth, right? Going from zero to $10,000. And it's a very simple process. All it takes is getting enough people to know who you are and you'd be at $10,000 in a single month. I guarantee that to be true. Because most people, they actually underestimate the amount of attention that they actually need in order to actually make money with their own businesses. And once you are driving attention and traffic onto your business, the second thing that you need to be thinking about is how to build trust with all of these people. Because having a lot of people know who you are is one thing, but. But just because you get a million people to know about you, to know about your business, and to know about what you sell, it doesn't mean that they're ready to just send you thousands of dollars just right off the bat. That's just simply not how it works. So to build an effective cold email campaign, you want to keep these two things in mind. How do you generate as much attention and traffic as humanly possible? And the second thing is, how do you build trust with all these newfound attention and all these new people who now know about what you do and who you sell to and, and how you can help them? So this is kind of your playbook to get to $10,000 per month with your own cold email campaign. You first want to set up as many email accounts as you possibly can based on how much money you have and how much resources and how much you want to invest into this. So you want to send as much cold emails as humanly possible. So kind of like your top end volume to again generate as much attention as possible. And again, keep in mind that it's kind of impossible to not generate interest if you're emailing a thousand people per day. Now, the next thing you want to do is you want to use an offer that you created in the previous step and to put together a simple cold email that tells business owners how you can help them. And basically you just want to ask them if they're interested in how you can help them. The third thing is once these business owners are interested, you want to send them to a video or a sales asset where you are breaking down your process. And the goal of that video or sales asset is to build trust with these people who, who are already interested in how you can help them. And finally, your final step is to book them onto a sales call to close a deal and to collect money at the end of that call. It's really that simple. And obviously I just explained how all of it works at a Bird's eye view, but here's kind of a diagram to show you how it works. So obviously for your cold emails, you want to put together a 4 to 5 email long email sequence with a call to action at the end. If people are interested, you want to send them to what's called a video sales letter or sales asset or lead magnet. And if you're doing a video, which I strongly recommend, you could put that onto YouTube. You can actually find some of my earlier video sales letters. And once someone watches that video, they're going to be interested in booking a time to chat with you. And that's going to be a sales call where you jump on, talk with these people and collect payment at the end. So here's kind of an example of a cold email that would be very simple, yet highly effective. So using the offer that we previously put together in the previous step, we're going to say, hey, hey, John. Reaching out. Because we help marketing agencies land three to five new clients within 90 days without relying on word of mouth by leveraging our outbound organic framework, I put together a quick video running over exactly how this works. Can I share it with you? So I want you to notice how short and simple this cold email actually is. So my question to you is, do you think you could write something similar yourself? Yeah, you probably could, because this cold email isn't like a paragraph, so you're not writing an essay. Is very short to the point, right? This is literally three lines long. And that's the point of this entire cold email. Because you want to keep your cold email short, you want to keep it direct, and you want to have zero fluff when cold emailing business owners, because these are very busy people, right? If you're emailing business owners, they're very, very busy and they just simply don't have the time to stop and spend two minutes analyzing what your email is actually saying. Where you're explaining who you are, you're, you know, the origin of your business, where you live, how everything works, your prices and all of this other stuff. People don't care. People just want to know how you can help them in the quickest way possible. So as a rule of thumb, make sure your emails are very short and to the point and basically just ask yourself, with any cold email that you put together, if you were emailing yourself, would you be able to skim through your message and just kind of understand what you're saying in under 10 to 20 seconds. The second thing you want to keep in mind is if you showed your email to a fifth grader, to a little kid, would they be able to understand what you're saying? So you don't want to go out and add like all of this complex language and make your language sound really complex. Just use very simple words. Try to say what you need to say in the simplest way possible. And these are rule of thumbs that you want to keep in mind. So if you answered no to any of these questions, then you need to go back to the drawing board and kind of just rewrite your cold emails. Because your cold emails, they need to be simple, they need to be short. And the business owner who's reading your cold email will likely need to have more questions about how it works. They're basically creating curiosity with the business owners. So since you're offering to explain how everything works and you're asking for permission to send them a video basically breaking down how everything works, it's kind of a no brainer for them to agree to say yes. That's why all of this stuff works so well. And now what you're sending them is what's called a sales asset. This is a resource. This is an asset that will help you sell your service. As stupid as it sounds, it's a sales asset. It's an asset that will help you sell your service. And the goal of the sales asset is to build trust with the people that you cold email. And I'll let you in on a little secret. No one will pay you thousands of dollars just because you tell them that you can help them get 10 calls or you can help them sign three new clients. Because what will happen is, is they'll think to themselves for sure. This sounds like some Bullshit. I've had 10 other people tell me the exact same thing, right? And if you just go straight for the kill, so you just try to book a sales call right then and there, or worse, if you try to send them an invoice and you're like, oh, are you interested in getting started right now? People just won't go for that at all. And if that's what you're doing right now with your own cold emails and you're not getting results, that's probably the reason, right? So before you make your pitch and ask for money, what you need to do first is you need to showcase to these people why you're worthy of their money. You need to showcase to These people that you are an expert at what you do, that you're an expert at cold emails, that you're an expert at lead generation, and you need to demonstrate to them that you know exactly what you're doing and you're able to get them the result that they promised. So right now, if you're thinking to yourself, I don't have any case studies, how do I still sign a client that will pay me thousands of dollars? Well, I'm actually giving you the answer right here. This is the answer. Go back like 30 seconds and rewatch this part of the video if you have to, because this is how you sign your first client without having any case studies. This is exactly how I was able to sign my first client without having any case studies. Because all a case study does is it shows people that you are an expert and that you know what you're doing. That's all a case study is. So don't overthink it. However, there are a bunch of different ways to actually showcase your expertise, to demonstrate to people that you know what you're doing. And one of the easiest ways to do that is, is by giving people unique insights around the specific solution or service that you're selling. So in this case, that you are expert at cold emails, you want to teach people how to do cold emails, you want to teach people how your service works, your lead generation services work, and you want to give them unique insights around this specific service. So this is literally how I was able to sign my very first client who paid me $3,000 and $250 per sales call without me having any case studies. And the sales asset that I used was something called a vsl, a Video Sales letter. It's kind of a video selling my service. And essentially inside my video sales letter, it's kind of a short video where I explain to people who I help. So the niche I sold to, how I help them. So what's my offer and what is the general process that I will take them through to achieve the specific result? And a call to action. And I actually included a link to my YouTube channel. I'm just not going to click it right now. But it's kind of a video that I uploaded onto my YouTube channel. If you scroll all the way back, you could probably find the video sales editor yourself. And this was my very first video sales letter that I ever created. And to be honest, if you go and watch that video, it's honestly just kind of bad. I had zero editing. I just used my laptop, webcam and I just started recording, and even though the production quality was just really, really bad, it still ripped and it booked me hundreds of sales calls and helped me land my very first client. And my first, very first few clients that ended up getting me to $10,000 in a month. And the reason why this works so well was because inside the video, as people watch that video sales letter, they started realizing that I was the expert. I was demonstrating that I knew what I was doing, and I was demonstrating this to the people who were already interested in the service that I was selling. I showcased my expertise and that I could get them results with cold emails. And after a few months, I. I made a second VSL after the first one where I used myself as a case study, right? So once I started getting results for myself, I signed my first few clients. I was booking sales calls for my own lead generation agency. I made a new video sales letter where I used myself as a case study, where inside the video, I essentially said something like how I booked 30 sales calls for my own business by using cold emails. And I walked through that process of how I was able to get myself 30 sales calls. And I broke that down, right? So I actually created a second video sales letter and in February 2023. So my first, very first video sales letter, I think I recorded it in October or November 2022. And a few months later, I made a second one, right? And I was breaking down how I booked 16 sales calls in one week for my own lead generation agency. So you can actually use yourself as a case study since you're implementing the same cold email process for your clients. And again, that's why selling lead generation services is, in my opinion, the best business model for beginners, because you're using this for yourself first. Once you're. Once you have sales costs for yourself, it clearly works, right? If you're getting people onto a sales call, it clearly works. And you're able to jump onto that sales car and tell business owners, hey, if you think about it, how were we able to set up the zoom call? Well, we first cold emailed you, you were interested in what we're doing, we sent you a video, you were even more interested, and you set up this zoom call. And that's exactly what we'll be doing for your own business now in the most simplistic way possible for your own video sales editor. Here's kind of a guideline to just walk you through how to do this. And again, I have separate videos on my YouTube channel talking about how to put together a Video sales editor. Make sure you're very specific with who you call out. Make sure you put your niche into it. So don't start with your video by saying how we can help B2B businesses generate XYZ. Don't do that. Be hyper, hyper specific. How we can help marketing agencies achieve a very specific result. That's what you want to do. Make sure you're including your offer and make sure it's super, super clear. Add, you know, add visuals, leverage visuals, right? So diagrams, pictures, flowcharts, stuff of that nature to really explain your process. Especially if it's a little bit more hard to just really understand if you're doing a doc, whatever the case is. And make sure you're actually focusing on teaching people how the process actually works. That way you're sharing unique insights. Hence you are showcasing and demonstrating your expertise. And remember, your goal with the VSL is to showcase your expertise and to drive traffic towards booking a sales call. And the best part about again, right, and the best part about learning lead generation, about starting a lead generation agency is the same process that you're using to land clients for yourself is basically the same process that you're doing for your clients. And here's actually a screenshot of a client that we are still working with to this very day. And this is one of my very first clients that I signed in 2023. They are a recruitment agency and they sent me this Slack message on Friday, January 20th and basically what the guy was telling me is hey Jimmy, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to give you an update on our current situation. I fired my existing cold email agency. They were just simply not getting the results that I needed and my main concern was the volume was too low, all of that stuff, right? And a few weeks later, a few days later, really he sent me a message and he basically said, hey, hey Jimmy, I hope you enjoyed the weekend. We signed VMware. A few days later he said, hey Jimmy, we signed Interlink Mortgage. And he's making thousands of dollars because I'm leveraging the exact same cold email process. Right. Again, he runs a recruitment agency. So I first started and started seeing success by selling to recruitment agencies. That was my niche when I first got started and he was helping tech companies find candidates for the tech company. And basically I was using my own cold email process except I placed plugged it into his business and I was able to help him sign clients from VMware. Right? And VMware is a huge company. It's making $13 billion in 2023. So it's a billion dollar company, is publicly listed. And the reason I'm showing you this is because the cold email process that I just walked you through, it can literally book you meetings with billion dollar companies, right? That's the power of cold emails because you can literally use it to basically reach out to basically anybody on planet earth and, and set sales costs if you're doing this process correctly. So step six in the process is closing deals. Because obviously if you're following the process that I just outlined with sending the cold emails, the sales assets, the video sales letters, you're going to start seeing interest with people who are interested in hearing more about what you have to sell. You're emailing these people, you're sending the vsl, they're now interested in jumping on a sales call. Now it is your job to jump on these zoom calls, to have those conversations and understand how you can help these people, these businesses. And if there's a good fit, you need to be closing these deals. And that's how you get paid, that's how you get the setup fee, that's how you get the performance deals, all of that stuff. Right? And I'll be talking with you and showing you exactly how to run your sales calls. Right? So this is where most people book calls with you, right? But how do you actually close these sales calls and walk away collecting thousands of dollars within a few minutes? Right. I've had sales calls in the past for my own lead generation agency, which where it was like a 30, 40 minute Zoom conversation. And at the end of it I walked away signing a deal for $3,000, $4,000. I think the most I ever signed was like $8,000 off of that 40 minute Zoom call. Right? And this is where the magic actually happens. So the very first thing you need to understand is because you are sending people the video sales editor, you're sending people the sales asset. And because of the middle of funnel process where you're using that video to build trust and to nurture these people who are interested in what you have to sell your cold email lead generation services, the people who book sales calls with you are significantly easier sales because they already know you, they already trust you, they already know all of these things and they're kind of just there because they want to understand more logistical questions. Right? How does this work? What's the timelines, how much does this cost, logistical type of stuff? So you shouldn't feel the need to be convincing people or hard selling or persuading people of anything, you should simply be there to answer again, logistical questions, right? Timelines, how it works, the price, and figure out really for yourself if they actually have a problem which you can help them solve. You want to be selling ethically, right? You don't want to be just selling everybody under the sun. If you have these sales calls and you conclude that the person you're chatting with, your services can't really help them, then you need to get them off the phone and just tell them that you wouldn't be able to help them. You got to be selling ethically. So once I understood this tiny little mindset shift that it's just a normal conversation and I'm selling, solving people's problems, selling became super easy for myself because I didn't feel the need to just aggressively pitch anything or use slimy tactics or do really any of these things. Rather, what I was doing instead was I was just simply deciding if I can help them or not. So to give you a really good idea of how you should be able to run your own sales calls, there's a couple of different steps. So when you first jump onto the sales call, the very first thing you want to do is just kind of introduce yourself and and set an agenda for the call. You're introducing yourself, you're letting them introduce themselves, and you're basically setting the agenda. Hey. So in today's call, we'll be talking about xyz. Here's what we'll be talking about. I'll be asking you some questions, learning a little bit more about your business, how you're currently generating sales costs, and if there's a good fit, then I'll explain more about how we could potentially help you. Right? That's basically what you want to be doing. Your next step after you lay the introduction and agenda is to ask them some questions. So to learn a little bit more about what they're currently doing inside their business. So you want to understand what products or services do they currently sell right now? What are the price points? So how much are they selling these products or services for? What industries or niches do they mainly work with and what are the end results of their clients? So if you sold your marketing services to E commerce brands, what do these E commerce brands get out of it and how much are you charging these E commerce brands? Those are some of the details that you want to understand. After that, you want to understand their current sales process from the marketing agency's point of view. So what is that marketing agency currently doing right now to get new Customers to get new clients, how are they currently booking sales calls, booking meetings for their own business? What are the results of that current process? If they're relying on word of mouth and referrals, what are the results? If they're relying on LinkedIn, maybe they're sending cold emails right now. Are they getting good results with cold emails or not? That's basically what you want to understand. Have they ever considered cold emails for outreaching? Because obviously you're selling cold emails as a service. You don't ever want to be selling the service to someone who hasn't even considered cold emails or don't think cold emails is possible. It's just an uphill battle and you would probably not be able to close the deal anyways if people just don't believe in the mechanism, which is cold emails in this case. And you want to understand, have they ever tried cold emails before? And if they have and just didn't really get results, why is that and what happened? That's kind of what you want to understand. And after you understand these things, you want to ask them some questions. You want to understand what are their goals, where code outreach, what the success look like to them? Is it generating them three sales calls, five sales calls, 10 sales calls, what does that kind of look like? And if all of that makes sense and based on these questions, you feel like you could genuinely help them, your next step is to pitch them. This is where you want to explain your services. You want to walk them through the expected end results of who services if they became a client. Hey, Mr. Client, if we decided to work together, within 30 days we'll be generating you five to 10 sales costs. You want to be walking through that process. You want to be walking through your process of how you achieve this result. And you want to use some of the answers that they gave you, especially from the section of what their goals are called outreach and what the success looks like for them. And you want to pitch them as part of your benefits. And at the end of the day, sales is a numbers game and, and not everyone you jump on a sales call with will be closable. That's just the truth. And this was a very hard lesson for me in the beginning because I would just jump on with everyone and just try to hard pitch every single person. And it just, you know, it was just a waste of time and effort. Some people just won't have problems that you can solve. Some people just won't believe in your process. And some people will just want to give you money and get started right away. But just the vibe isn't right. Maybe they're a little bit disrespectful, maybe, maybe they jump on late, different things like that, right? And I've actually turned away a bunch of people in the past who were like, here, Jimmy, I want to be paying you $3,000 setup fee and $300 per call. But I just concluded that maybe they wouldn't be the best clients or the vibes just weren't that right. And I just had to respectfully turn them away. And this was a very hard lesson for me. But even if you've never taken a sales call in your life because you're leveraging the video sales letter and the process to build trust and warm up these people in the middle of the funnel that we talked about earlier, you should be able to, at minimum close 30 to 40% of all your sales costs. So if you're taking 10 sales calls with people, realistically, you should be able to close 3 to 4 of those people even if you've never taken a sales call in your life. The average closing rate is 30%. You can search that on Google. For my own agency, our closing rate is around 70% because we're leveraging that video sales letter process. It's really dialed in, meaning seven in 10 people that we actually get on the phone, get on Zoom to chat with. We're able to close them. Now. Do we actually move forward with those people? That's a different question. Because a lot of these people, you know, we just don't think it's a good fit and stuff like that. But the point still stands. We are able to close 7 in 10 people that we jump on a Zoom call with because our process is just down. We're selling something that people actually want. We're demonstrating our expertise. And in a way, it's kind of a no brainer if you're talking with the right people, right? You're selling to businesses. These are the people with money. So $3,000 is not that much for them if you're selling to large enough businesses, right? So, for example, even at my own lead generation agency, where we consistently do between 50 and 60 thousand dollars every single month, I pay more than 3000 dollars every single month in just processing fees, right stripe processing fees where people pay us, and it cost us to accept those payments and process that money and send invoices, I paid more than $3,000 at my own business. So $3,000 for lead generation to the right type of businesses is really not that much. Money. Now, the next step. And I put this in here to kind of break some limiting beliefs, because when I first started my business, I always looked at $10,000 in a single month as this big, huge goal. And while $10,000 is a lot of money, it's actually way simpler to get to $10,000 in a single month than you might think, because the numbers work in your favor, especially if you're following everything I shared with you up until this point in this video, the numbers just work in your favor. This is a simple mathematical numbers game. If you send enough cold emails, if you follow the cold email framework that I outlined in the earlier step, and you leverage a call to action, sending them to a video sales that, and you build your video sales letter the right way, there's simply no way that you don't make money following this process. And here's actually a screenshot of a campaign that I launched myself, right, where I sent out almost 5,000 cold emails. And of those 5,000 emails, I got around a thousand total replies. A lot of those replies were like, out of office or not interested, which is completely normal. 99% of people just won't be interested in what you have to sell. But of these almost 1000 people who replied back to me, in total, I got 67 people who were interested in what I had to sell, right? These are people who are like, sure, Jimmy, I want to see the video. I'm interested in learning more, all of that stuff. And I obviously sent my video sales letter to these 67 people. And because again, my video sales that it was done the right way around 50% of these people, of these 67 people, actually ended up booking a sales call with me and my team. So I got 33 sales call. And let's assume I closed at a 25% closing rate. Again, if you're following the sales process the right way your video sales edit is dialed in, you should be closing at least 30 to 40% of people. But for the sake of conservative numbers, let's say I close one in four people. So, you know, 10 in 40 people, whatever, right? It means that of these 33 calls, I closed eight clients. And let's assume I charge a $2,000 setup fee for these eight clients, which again, is super conservative because for most of my deals, our setup fees are now at least three. We do three, four, and $5,000, depending on who we're talking to. But let's assume we're closing deals at $2,000 setup fees. It means just based on this campaign after emailing 5,000 people or close to 5,000 people, I brought back $16,000 inside my own lead generation agency. And I'm breaking down this number because I want to show you how getting to $10,000 per month with your own business, with your own lead generation agency is strictly a numbers game. A number of math that's literally, it's mathematical, right? And we're able to lay it out, suddenly get into $10,000 per month probably wouldn't be that daunting or as hard as you might think right now. And again, these are highly conservative numbers with a very low closing rate. Because if you do the processes correctly, if you do the BSL correctly, you should be getting at least 40 to 50% close rates minimum, even if you've never sold a single thing in your life or you're just not that great at sales. And again, this is assuming you're charging $2,000 setup fee. My very first deal was a $3,000 setup fee with no case studies. And that was kind of what I was able to do for my very first deal. Right, because selling deals for thousands of dollars is not that hard because these businesses actually need your help. They need more money, they need more customers. They need more clients, and they need more sales calls. And again, $3,000 is nothing for them. Right? Like, relatively speaking, especially if you're selling to the right type of businesses. So here's kind of your next steps. So I know this video is super long, and I considered making a shorter one, but I decided I was like, you know what, I'm just going to keep it as long as it needs to be, because if I could even help just one person start their own lead generation agency and get started, go out there and make some money, then I'll be very fulfilled and I'll be very, very happy. And I also decided that I wanted to share as much information as possible so that you can take action, sign your first client, and get to $10,000 per month ASAP. Now, again, inside this video, I didn't gatekeep any information. Some of these concepts, I kind of went over it in a very summarized version because if I didn't, this video would literally be like three to four hours long. But you could actually go onto my YouTube channel and watch through individual videos where I break through, like cold emails, I break down VSLs, I break down sales costs and stuff like that. But I didn't gatekeep any information in today's video. And if you take action from the information alone inside this video, you will make money 100%. There's simply no way that you don't. And this is the type of information that gurus will try to sell you for thousands of dollars. And again, right, I'm giving it to you away completely for free. Now, obviously all of this will make sense and once you actually do it, you will run into challenges, you will run into problems, you might not know what you're doing, stuff like that, you might do it wrong and you will have questions. And as a business owner, you will have to figure out some of these things on your own. It's called problem solving and you will need that if you want to succeed with your own business and make any amounts of money. You will have to learn how to do problem solving. And this process might take you three months, it might take you six months, it might even take you a year if you try to figure out how to do all of these things completely on your own. Which is why if you made it to the end of this video and you're serious about this, about starting your own lead generation agency, I have an offer for you. My offer to you is I will personally work with you one on one to build your own lead generation agency and get it to $10,000 per month in the next 90 days. And if we do work together, I will personally work with you to pick your niche for you. I will craft your offer, we'll jump on a call where I'll write your cold email scripts for you, I'll review your sales calls and I'll walk you through everything A to Z involving starting this business, starting your own lead generation agency. And kind of the overall premise of this is, is any problems, any challenges and any questions that you have, I have personally walked through this myself. Again, I went from zero to $10,000 per month with my own lead generation agency in my first 60ish days. So I know exactly what it takes, I know what problems that people face. And this is for you. If you aren't interested in wasting a bunch of time spending the next six months just trying to figure out how to do all of this yourself. And you want to accelerate the timeline and accelerate your journey. That's who this is for. Again, I am not selling information. This is not like a random course. I'm not just selling information. I don't think that's that smart. Especially since, you know, just Google and YouTube and ChatGPT and all of these things. What this is, is this is a direct one on one mentorship where you're getting direct guidance from Me. And if you follow everything I tell you, there's simply no way that you don't make a return. You don't make money at all. And we actually have a guarantee as well that if you book a call you can, you can ask us about the guarantee and we'll explain in more detail. And to give you a little bit more proof that this process actually works, let me actually show you this. And just to give you some more proof that this actually works, here's a website that I put together of like all of like the proof and stuff like that of people who started their own lead generation agency, people that I've worked with in the past, people I'm currently working with who are succeeding with this business model and making thousands of dollars. So here's actually a site you could go on yourself and it's inboxlab IO case studies page. Once you get onto that site, you're gonna see this quick little video. I'm just gonna play like 30 seconds of it just so you can see what's going on. Out of my three clients, I'm at about 11,000. Think about it, 9,500 one week. It's hitting me now. So that's three clients, that's 45, 3, 8 12, 5 12,500 USD overall split amongst the three clients. Let's see. So it's just about $6,500 so far. So yeah, you can see the point. You could go and find this video yourself and just watch through. It's a little bit long, but it's just basically a ton of proof that this process just works. Right. And for more concrete proof, right. I'll show you individual people. Right. So for example, I work with a guy called Spencer. I'm still working with him actually. And in his first 60 days of starting his own lead generation agency, he went from 0 to 11.5k in a single month. And he actually ended up scaling to $20,000 months in his first four months. Here's some screenshots of him, some proof, right? He says a massive shout out to Jimmy Fung, right after invoicing my clients for demos this month. So sales costs, I should be over my first 20k month still without hiring a single person. Right? So that's pretty incredible. Here's Daniel who went from 0 to 13.5k in a single month within his first 60ish days. Right. I have a YouTube interview with him. I have a YouTube interview with Spencer as well that you can find on my YouTube channel. Right. We have Kevin who went from zero to not to making 9.5k in a single month within his first 90 days of starting his own lead generation agency. Again, I have a video interview with him on my YouTube channel. Tyler, zero to $6,000 in 30 days. Right. Again, another YouTube interview with him on my channel. And there's just a bunch of other people who are running their own lead generation agency and making money. We have Sydney who signed first client ever. So no case studies for $3,000 a month. So it's slightly different price instructors. She's making $3,000 every month. We have Nelson signed his first ever deal for $1,500. Again no case studies. We have Brian Tsai who in this Screenshot he made 11.4 K in a single month. Right. A bunch more. Right. Brian again a few months later. So in September he made $24,000 in a single month. Right. Christian signing his first ever deal for $1,500. Russell, first deal for $1,000. We have Simon over here who works a full time 9 to 5 job in engineering and now he's making $4,000 a month on top of his 9 to 5 job. So he's able to do. So you're able to do this even if you have a job. You don't have to go and quit your job right away or just drop everything in your life if you have other responsibilities, you have a family, you're able to do this on the side. Spend a couple hours a week doing this and you'd be making a few thousand dollars every single month on on the side. Right? Nelson again, right. Who literally said I joined this program February 1st, launched my first campaign on March 3rd and he never thought he would close so soon. We have been signed his first client for $3,000 a month. Right. Just a bunch of different case studies and proof. Again, you could go on this website and go look at it yourself. Right. I'm just going to slowly scroll through this, but you can just see all these people who are running their own lead generation agency and making money with this. And if we do work together, hopefully one day I'll see your name as part of this screenshot on this page as well. So for a little bit more background context, here's exactly how it works. I have gone through this entire process myself, so I know it works. And to date I've helped over 150plus people start their own lead generation agencies, land the first client and scale to thousands of dollars every single month. So again, I guarantee this works. So if we work together and you take action and you're actually committed to the process, you do everything that I tell you to do, and, and you don't make back the investment that you paid to work with me, then I will simply refund you in full because it's obviously not going to be fair to you, right? If you do everything I tell you to do and you just don't make money, it means the process doesn't work and you shouldn't be paying for something that just doesn't work. But again, this will work. I guarantee it. So if you don't make back the return on what you paid to work with me, then I will simply refund you in full. So if you do want to work together, use the first link in the description down below. Click that link, it'll lead you to a page to set up a time to chat with me or someone from my team. We'll jump onto that Zoom call. We'll understand a little bit more about your goals, what you specifically need help with, how I can help you and what you'd like to achieve within the next three to six months. And if it seems like a good fit, then we will move forward and I will get you started, and we'll get started right then and there. So if that's something that you're interested in and you're serious about this, then use the first link in the link in the description, set up that call, and we'll talk soon. See ya.
