How I made 1m selling AI so you can just copy me

Hey, my name is Jim Feng and I literally went from $0 to making over a million dollars online with AI in literally less than three years. And in today's video, I'll be sharing with you my exact story, kind of who I am and how I was able to do this. And the reason that I'm making this video is hopefully it could serve as massive inspiration for you. If you are anything like me when I first got started, who just knew that there was more out there and knew that I just needed the right opportunity and, and I was willing to work hard and take action and completely change my life. Because over the last three years, not only have I been able to make over a million dollars online, which again is absolutely amazing, but I'm also able to do things like provide for my loved ones. I was able to retire both of my parents. I'm able to travel around the world, kind of work from wherever I want, whenever I want. Right now I'm actually in Shanghai, China, I'm normally in Canada. And all of this is possible due to the AI business that I started called AI Lead generation. Right. I was also able to do crazy things like, like buy my dream car. I was able to buy my dream watch as a $70,000 watch. And again, I'm not sharing with you, you know, all of these things to flex on you or to show off. I'm simply showing you what's possible. And again, I'm just a normal guy and hopefully by the end of this video you'll kind of see the same and you will get, you know, motivated to potentially take action as well. So to give you more background context on kind of who I am again, right. I grew up in Canada. I was born in Canada to just a regular hard working family. I wasn't born to rich parents or anything like that. I don't have an inheritance, I don't have, you know, a secret trust fund or anything like that. My parents were just normal working everyday people. My dad was accountant, my mom was a teacher. And growing up I was always taught with the principle of working hard, studying, you know, going to school, going to university, and then after going to university, just, you know, landing a good corporate job and just progressing my way up the corporate ladder. So that was kind of my journey and it was laid out for me from the second that I could fully remember. Right. And fast forward to actually the year 2022, which is kind of when I actually started my own AI lead generation business. But at that time in 2022, what had basically happened was I recently graduated university a couple months earlier in 2022 and I actually studied business commerce in university. I studied it, IT management. And you know, overall I just never really used my degree. But that's kind of a, kind of a separate story. But after I graduated from university in 2022, I literally thought that my life was set up for me, right? My dream growing up was always to work a regular corporate job, work a job at the bank and actually get started as an intern and then an analyst and then get promoted to a manager, director, vice president, all of those things. And that was literally my goal because I just wanted to make a lot of money, right? Transparently, that was always my goal just growing up. And I thought that the best way to do that was just by moving up the corporate ladder. And that's exactly what I was doing, right? So after I graduated from university, I actually landed a corporate job at IBM and I was in tech sales. So pretty much I was selling the IBM cloud solutions. And just looking back at the experience, I'm actually pretty thankful for it, right? I'm not going to sit here and like bash or like shit on universities or you know, just regular nine to five because I think that, you know, all of those things are completely needed in our society for it to function. But you know, in 2022, I was just working a normal corporate job, right? I was working a tech sales job. And I was very fortunate because just right out of university I was able to land that job at IBM, which is, you know, a pretty big and well known company. But I was also able to land a six figure salary directly out of school, which I'd say is, you know, relatively rare compared to some of the other people that, you know, some of my classmates that went to school with. So I'm super thankful for that, right? And I was actually super excited and I was like, all right, I'm just going to grind really, really hard and, and just get promoted. So I was working at that job and, you know, all things were good. You know, again, on paper everything looked amazing. But after a few months at the job, I started realizing something. I started thinking to myself, hey Jimmy, do you really want to work this job for the next 30, 40 years, right? I was a really young guy and I was working with people in their 40s, their 50s and 60s, and I was kind of seeing firsthand that hey, if I stayed at this career, this is kind of exactly what my life would look like. I looked at my boss who was literally 20 years older than me, and I Just knew that if I continued down this path, my life will look exactly like his, right? I'd be going to work every single day, getting stuck in traffic at 9am, getting stuck leaving the office at 5pm I'd be listening to other people building someone else's dream. And worst of all, I would never really have full freedom or full control over my life, my calendar, or over my time. And that's kind of what I realized. And I remember the moment that really changed everything for me was when one day I actually had to go to a dentist appointment, but I had to ask my boss for permission, right? I was in the middle of the day and my boss actually said, hey, Jimmy, I can't give you time off in the middle of the day because it's the end of the quarter and it's super, super busy, so you're going to have to move your dentist appointment. I remember at that time when I first heard that, I was completely devastated because in my mind I was like, yo, what's going on? Right? Like, I'm a full grown adult and I can't even take time out of my day to day to go to the dentist. That's completely crazy. And I also knew that realistically, the only way that I'd be able to get the level of freedom, get the level of control and just build the life that I truly wanted to do, to build and live, was by going out and doing my own thing, right? Because throughout my entire university, throughout my entire college experience, I actually tried a bunch of different business models. I tried the most popular things that you probably heard of online, right? Things like drop shipping, which, you know, by the way, just completely failed and I actually ended up losing money, right? So not only did I not make money, but I actually ended up losing money. I then tried starting a marketing agency which I ran for, you know, a couple months. And it was okay, right? Like I actually ended up signing some clients, but I wasn't making money, right? So I actually just offered my services for free. And I think I ended up working with three, three different businesses, three different clients, and again, right, they didn't pay me money. I was just kind of working for free. And you know, basically I tried a bunch of different things throughout college, throughout university and right after I gradu. And literally none of those things was the opportunity that led to my success, right? So I was just working a normal 9 to 5 job, but I was always open to the idea of earning money online, right? Like I knew, you know, growing up, I always knew that There was a bunch of scammers, a bunch of things, right? I think there's a lot of question marks around the, you know, the make money online space. Cause it was relatively new when I first got started. But I just knew as well that if there's so many people online saying that they make money online, there had to be a way, right? Like there had to be. Not every single person was lying, right? Or not every single person was a scammer. And that was kind of my thought. And I knew that there had to be something in there. And maybe I was just looking in the wrong place or I was just trying or starting the wrong businesses. And towards the end of 2022, I actually ended up stumbling across something called AI lead generation. And I just, I didn't know it at the time, but that single decision where I stumbled across AI lead generation and decided to start it, it just completely changed my life, right? And obviously it led me to where I am. Sometimes I think to myself, if I just never started, you know, AI lead generation, I didn't start my business, I didn't never found all about this opportunity, how different my life would have looked completely, right? And sometimes I just think that to myself, which is absolutely crazy, right? So I actually stumbled across something called AI lead generation on around October 2022. And I actually ended up deciding to start my own AI lead generation business in October 2022. And just to give you a little bit more background context on exactly what AI lead generation is. Well, essentially what AI lead generation is, is we're kind of to act as the middleman, connecting businesses with the one thing that they always need more of, which is obviously new customers and new clients. So that's exactly how AI lead generation works. Whereas using AI to help businesses get new customers, get new clients, and basically generate leads. So that's the overall high level of exactly what AI lead generation is and exactly how I always do that. And basically I stumbled across AI lead generation on Twitter, basically there's some other people talking about it and I thought it was super interesting, but. And basically I thought to myself, wait a minute, maybe the reasons that I failed in all of these other businesses that tried dropshipping marketing agencies was because I wasn't actually offering any real value, right? I started something that was a little bit gimmicky. You know, those get rich quicks things like that, right? Because with dropshipping, I really wasn't offering value to the world, right? Like, I mean, if you think about it, right, as, you know, buying cheap products from China for like 20 bucks and then selling it on a Shopify store to make $10 profit for 30 bucks, right? That's kind of what dropshipping is. And it wasn't just. I just wasn't solving problems or providing, but. And with the marketing agency, sure, I was offering value, right? I was providing a service to, you know, all of these businesses. But at the end of the day, it was just a super complex business model. And in my opinion, it's just not the best business model for beginners. So I actually started my own AI lead generation business. And I remember for the very first few weeks, first few months, I literally didn't know the fuck I was doing, right? Like, quite literally, I just did not know what I was doing. I just super confused. I literally had no clarity. I didn't even know what my next step was. But I remember every single day I was just so sold on the dream of being able to earn income online and working from anywhere in the world that I was just super motivated, right? I didn't. I don't even know why I still sold on that dream, but I just knew. I was like, all right, I know this is possible and I'm going to work as hard as I humanly can to make this my reality. And that's basically what I told myself every single day when I woke up. And I just spent the first few weeks, first few months, just watching a bunch of YouTube videos, just basically in the research process, the learning phase, and basically just trying to figure out how to actually earn income online with AI, with AI lead generation. And basically after three months, so I started my AI lead generation business in October 2022. And on December 1, 2022, I was actually able to sign my very first client. And they were a recruitment agency, and they paid me $3,000 to help them generate new leads and basically get new clients for their own recruitment agency. And I remember after I signed that client, my very first client, who paid me $3,000, which by the way, was the very first time that I ever made money outside of a 9 to 5. I remember just driving to the gym right after I closed that deal, and I'm calling up my best friend at the time, and I was like, hey man, you wouldn't believe what just happened. I literally just closed a deal for $3,000 for my online business and I made $3,000, right? That's absolutely crazy. It feels like I'm just printing money out of thin air. And I literally remember thinking that. And I'll never forget that feeling. Because it feels absolutely amazing. But after I signed my first client, I didn't just stop, right? I didn't just make $3,000. I was like, all right, bet I'm showing. You know, let me just, you know, do what I'm doing and just chill. No, that was not kind of. That was not my mindset at all. Basically, after I signed my first client, who paid me $3,000, the way I thought of it was, okay, this is proof of concept. I'm onto something. This works, right? I literally made $3,000, which is insane amount of money, and I didn't even know what I was doing. So if I did know I was doing and it just buckled down on the process that just worked, then let's see where it goes, right? Maybe I make way more money. And I was absolutely right, because by the end of that month, in December 2022, I actually ended up signing four clients in total and getting to my very first $10,000 a month, the magical $10,000 a month figure online, right? And that was an absolutely crazy moment because it just basically shattered every single limiting belief that I possibly had about online business up until that point, right? Because even though, sure, I seen some, some, you know, a little bit of success, right, I was getting some movement, things were starting to pick up, but I'm not gonna lie, right? I always had all of these doubts about, you know, was, you know, making money online. Is it a scam? Does it actually work, right? And after I got to my first $10,000 a month, basically every single one of these limiting beliefs, you know, these doubts that I had that I could actually do it, they basically just vanished, right? Suddenly overnight. Overnight, right? Over the course of a few months, I basically went from a regular guy who knew nothing about online business to making more than what I was taking home from my 9 to 5 job, which was absolutely crazy. And in the following month, I was actually able to actually leave my job, right? So in the following month, in January 2023, I was actually able to put in my two weeks notice, my resignation letter, and. And I was like, all right, I'm just going to go all in on my lead generation business and see where this goes. So that's basically what happened. Now fast forward to the end of 2023. So basically, around a year after I started my lead generation business, and in my first 12 months, I actually made around a quarter million dollars, so over $250,000. And again, right, that was completely crazy, right? Because here in Canada, 250k, that's a lot of money, right? That's more than what a lot of doctors, a lot of engineers, a lot of lawyers actually make. And, and I was actually able to earn that level of income as a regular kid who was 23 years old, who literally just graduated college a year and a half earlier, a year earlier and literally did not know what was going on. And that was absolutely crazy. I remember at that time my number one focus was just running my bread. I was like, all right, I'm just going to lock in and just try to make as much money as humanly possible from this online opportunity. And that's basically what I did. Because fast forward to now and now, over the last two and a half years, actually made over a million dollars online with AI, right? And I think the only reason that I was able to do that was I wasn't. You know, I'm not smarter than anyone else. I'm not hardworking. I'm not working harder than anyone either. I don't think I'm the hardest working person in, you know, in the world. But I think the reason that I was able to see the level of success that I was able to see was purely because of the opportunity that I was in right now. Obviously, I kind of skipped through that entire journey of me going from, you know, getting to, you know, my first $10,000 a month to earning over a million dollars online. But basically the reason why that that entire process was kind of like a blur was because it wasn't that different, right? I think it could be a little bit controversial to say, but I personally think that, you know, earning 50 to $60,000 per month online, which is kind of where my business has been over the last 12 months, it's actually low key, easier than going from zero to $10,000 per month because I think in that process, so basically brand smacking new to earning $10,000 per month, there's just so much that needs to change, right? Number one, you got to actually understand the opportunity in the business that you're looking to start. You got to understand how the business model works. But the hardest part of the journey is what happens in here, right? It's not about getting more information or learning how to send more cold emails or how to sign more clients. It's not learning about the technical tactics, rather it's about shifting your identity and changing the who you think you are, basically. Right? And that's the hardest part because beyond that, you're basically just doing the exact same thing that got you from 0 to 10k. Because it works and you're just basically just spamming it and seeing how far it goes, right? And scaling. That's exactly how scaling works, right? Is you're taking something that works and you're just pressing the gas pedal and accelerated process, which leads to results that look like that. And that also leads me kind of to my next point where, you know, I know in this story it kind of sounds like that I was able to see a level of success really, really quick, right? I literally went from, from 0 working a 9 to 5 job in October 2022 to earning $10,000 per month with AI lead generation by my third month and then being able to just leave my job in the next month after that. Right? And I know in those timelines it sounds really short, but I'm here to tell you that these things, it didn't happen overnight, right? There's a lot of hours that was put into this that, you know, people just don't see online. There's a lot of times where I literally just felt like giving up, where I just felt like that maybe this path isn't for me, that maybe just going back to my 9 to 5 job at IBM, maybe it wouldn't be so bad, right? I mean, after all, that's really what most people do. But time after time I always tell myself, okay, this isn't the life that I want to live. I only have one life. And if I'm going to live my one life, I'm going to make sure that I'm living it the exact way that I've always wanted to. Right? I put together vision boards, I had big goals and basically I just didn't give up. Right? And that was the overall, overall lesson. If you were to take one thing away from this video is never give up. Right? No matter what. If you believe that it is possible to earn income online, that this entire make money online space is real, which I'm telling you it is, then you will, you already did the hardest step, right? I talked to a lot of people every single day, right? So, you know, around a year and a half ago, I actually started my second business, which is a consulting business where I help people start their own lead generation businesses. And most people that we work with, most of the clients inside of my consulting business are regular people working regular nine to five jobs who just want to create additional income online to provide for their loved ones, build a life of freedom. And I'm telling you right now that the hardest part in the process is taking that first step where you literally just believe Mentally that all of this is possible, right? That's literally the hardest part of the process. And if you're watching this video, if you're here at this point in the video, it's probably a pretty decent chance that you have, you know, at the minimum, you somewhat believe that all of this is even possible, right? If you didn't believe this is possible, probably wouldn't be here at this point in the video anyways. Probably would have clicked off, right? And that's exactly my entire goal with filming this video. To show you that this is 100% real. And to also tell you that there's a lot of resources on the Internet to show you, right? There's an opportunity for everyone. Not every opportunity is met for everyone, right? AI Lead Generation was the opportunity that worked for me, right? Obviously, dropshipping, marketing agency, that wasn't the right opportunity that was meant for me, but Lead Generation was. And I think the most important thing at the end of the day is, is if you want to earn income online, you just got to try different things. You just got to understand that you will fail, right? There will be businesses that you start that won't work, that won't make money, that, you know, you just feel like this isn't the path for you, but as long as you stick to it and you just tell yourself, hey, I'm going to do something with my life. I'm going to go through that entire process and become a different individual who is able, the person who is capable of providing for my loved ones, who. Who is capable of living a life of freedom, who is capable of living a life of abundance. That's a crazy feeling, right? And it's honestly the hardest thing in the world. Right? But that's exactly, again, why I'm making this video. Now, obviously, I didn't really talk too much in this video about, you know, what AI lead generation is or what this business model is specifically, because honestly, that's just not the point of this video. I think the point of this video is to tell you a little bit more about my story, kind of who I am and how I kind of got to where I am. But, you know, I have this entire YouTube video where I literally just talk about what AI lead generation is. I personally believe that is the simplest, most easiest business model. Easiest? I don't want to say easiest, because at the end of the day, nothing that is worth doing is actually truly easy. Otherwise, every single person we're doing. But I really do believe that AI Lead Generation is the simplest online business for beginners and is the simplest way to earn 5 to $10,000 per month. Right? I think part of the reason why I was able to get to my first $10,000 a month so quick, which is by month number three, was because AI lead generation is a service, is a business model where you're literally able to sell your AI lead generation services to these businesses for anywhere between 1 and $3,000. Right? And that's exactly why this works so well, because there's charging such a high, you know, such a large amount of money, right? On the other hand, if, let's say you're charging 200 bucks for your lead generation services now, suddenly the business looks completely different. You need 10 clients in order to make $2,000 per month. But with this business model, with a lead generation, you only need a handful of clients in to, you know, five to $10,000 per month. Again, I got to $10,000 per month, my first $10,000 per month, with only four clients who are all paying me anywhere between two and $3,000. And these days, my own AI lead generation business, which by the way, I still run my business to this very day, we do between 40 and 60 grand a month. And I literally have eight clients. And those eight clients are literally paying me many thousands of dollars, right? 5 to $10,000 per month. And that's exactly what this opportunity allows you to do. When you're first getting started, it's very simple to charge any one and, and as you get really, really good at this and you get experience, you're actually able to charge even more and end up making the equivalent of entire monthly salary from a 9 to 5 job. From one single client and one single client, you're able to provide the AI lead generation services to them in literally less than 5 to 10 hours per week. That's literally what you're able to do with this online opportunity. So if you are looking to earn extra income outside of your nine to five job, you have one to two hours a week, you have a laptop, you have an Internet connection, but most importantly, you have the willingness to learn and try something new, and you actually believe that this entire online space is actually real, then maybe a lead generation is potentially the opportunity for you, right? At the end of the day, you never truly know until you look into it. But this is my stripe account for my lead generation business. I made $9409 in a single week in a seven day period with my own AI lead generation business. And again, right, none of this would be possible if I just didn't start, right? If I just heard about this and I did what everyone else does, which is all right, this is cool. I'll wait for the perfect timing. I'll wait until I'm ready. None of this is possible, right? What I'm doing right now, where I'm here in China, this is not possible, right? If I just didn't decide to start and that's the overall takeaway from this video. But hopefully you saw value from this video.
