Smartest Route To $10,000Month In 2025 (Lead Generation Agency)

YouTube presentation (Dec 2024) by Jimmy Fung giving a step-by-step, high-level timeline to start and scale a lead-generation agency to $10,000/month. Covers a 10-step chronological process: set up cold-email infrastructure (domains, warming, deliverability), pick and research a niche, craft a strong offer, write cold emails and follow-ups, build lead lists, complete basic business setup (calendar, landing page, contracts, payment), create a VSL, test infrastructure, set up and launch cold-email campaigns, and monitor/iterate while prioritizing rapid replies and sales calls. Emphasizes speed, volume, focused tasks that move revenue, and avoiding non-needle-moving distractions (e.g., overbuilding websites).
All right, so in today's video I'll be walking you through a step by step timeline of getting to $10,000 per month with their own lead generation agency. And this video is going to be a little bit different because it's going to be focusing a little bit less on the how to, how to do the individual stuff and more on a high level. What you actually need to do in order to start your lead generation agency. What is specific tasks and action items you need to take at, you know, at whichever point that you are in your journey that will lead to you getting results, signing your first client, and then scaling to $10,000 with your own lead generation agency. Right. And by the way, this video isn't just another video. It might be one of the most important videos that you will ever watch, to be honest. Because if you stick around and you focus on what I'm going to be sharing with you today, you actually be able to walk away with the exact step by step specific steps to start your own lead generation agency and realistically sign your very first client within the next 30 to 45 days. Right? Because the reason I'm making this video is because to date I, I helped a little bit just over 150 people start their own lead generation agencies. And here's what I learned, right? The biggest reason why some people, they'll start their own business, start their own lead generation agency and it takes them six months, nine months, maybe even a year or multiple years to actually see results isn't because the opportunity isn't real. It's because they're just spending their time on just doing the wrong things. They get caught up in different distractions like building a website or getting incorporated, starting to LLC or all of these random little things that actually don't move the needle. And the people who actually succeed the fastest with the least amount of frustration, they all follow a proven, straightforward path from deciding to start their own business, the lead generation agency, and all the way to signing the very first client. And in this video, I'm just going to be laying out that journey for you step by step. Again, this is going to be more of a high level overview type of video telling you what you need to do at which specific part of your journey. And trust me, you just don't want to miss this. So the very first thing you want to do is after you decide, you tell yourself, I'm going to start my own lead generation agency. The very first thing you need to be doing is setting up the cold email infrastructure. And to be Honest, you should be doing this asap. This should probably be the very first step that you do because everything stems from setting up your infrastructure. And the main reason why is as once you set up your domains and you set up your email accounts, there's actually a 14 day window where your email accounts need to warm. Right? You can't just set up a bunch of email accounts to today and just start blasting cold emails tomorrow. That's just unfortunately not how it works. You need to do something called warming up, where you're essentially ramping up these email accounts slowly over a course of 14 days. And in between the 14 days you're not able to send any cold emails. And you want to do the rest of the steps in between the 14 days, which is completely feasible, right, if you spread them out over the course of the 14 days. But everything starts with step one, which is setting up your cold email infrastructure, buying the domains, buying the email accounts, setting up these email accounts and domains the right way so that you do get good deliverability again, it's going through that 14 day warm up process. Typically what I like to do, what I tell people, is for every one domain that you buy that you set up, you're able to set up three email accounts that are connected to that one domain. And each individual email account is able to safely send somewhere between 25 and 35 cold emails every single day. Right? And what this looks like, it depends on what your specific path is if you're looking to manually set up these domains. So setting up the DMARC keys, the DKIM keys, all these different things, you could generally expect a manual setup process that is somewhere between 5 and 10 hours long. If we're using different softwares and AIs like the ways that we teach it, it'll probably take you around one hour to just set up your infrastructure automatically. Right? And this is very important again, that you do this the right way because it ensures that your emails actually land in the inbox and not spam. Right. And it's a very important thing that I say right here as a caveat and is you can't just be going through these steps and just kind of like yoloing your way through. You got to really make sure that you're doing these steps the right way if you don't want to waste a lot of time. Right. The most successful people that I know who run their own lead generation agencies, not only are they going through all of these steps in a timely manner, but they're also doing it with a baseline level of quality, meaning they don't have to go back three weeks later and redo these things because they did it wrong or they kind of like half assed it the very first time they did it right. You could actually use platforms like smartly, they smartly AI to set up these email accounts for you. And kind of the overall key action items for this very first step is to again set up your domains and email accounts, warm up your email accounts, set up your email accounts with the right deliverability settings and just making sure that everything works just at a high level Overview. And again, this should be your very first step. So don't start with picking your company name or building a website. Start with this very first step which is setting up your cold email infrastructure domains and the email accounts. So step two is after you set up your cold email infrastructure, you need to be picking a niche, right? So there's a bunch of different B2B niches that you're actually able to do with that you're actually able to sell your lead generation services to. Here's a screenshot right now on the screen of just 22 different niches that would all work for selling lead generation services too. And the reason I give you this list is because again, right, it's just really not that important which niche that you pick. Because of high demand the service is, you're technically able to sell your lead generation services to pretty much any single B2B niche. I've done like probably like 5 to 10 different niches now over the last two years. But the most important step is just picking one niche and an extension of that, really researching that industry, researching that niche. Really understand the ins and outs of the industries. Because let's say for example, you just randomly pick legal firms and you have no legal background whatsoever. Obviously you don't really know what you're doing. You don't really know how to generally getting clients, getting customers for their own law firms. You don't even know how they are going about that process. How can you expect to succeed if you don't do any of the research process? You need to understand the pain points and you really need to figure out where your service, where your lead generation offer, where that comes in in relation to the rest of their business. And it's very, very important that you do this. A lot of people really do so struggle with their lead generation agencies because they're just copying some random person's niche and they're just blindly going into that niche without doing any of the research process, right? And this is one of those things that it might not sound super important, but it really is one of those make or break type of processes that you really should be following, which is researching your niche, right? So, for example, there's a ton of different ways to do research, right? And obviously the more research you do, the better. It depends again, how you're doing it. If you're manually doing research, so you're joining like Facebook groups, Reddit forums, you're joining communities where your niche is actually in that time commitment might take you anywhere between three and four hours of just manual research. And there's just a lot of noise because a lot of people like it's going to take you a while basically to find out what you need to know. If you use different AI tools like the way that we teach it, this process will probably take you 10 minutes, right? So, for example, here's a screenshot of our AI tool actually doing research for marketing agencies where it tells you how marketing agencies benefit from your lead generation offer. What has most typical marketing agencies tried in relation to lead generation and booking sales calls? What are some of the key pain points that marketing agencies face in relation to generating booked sales calls and doing lead generation? And what are some of the unique advantages that marketing agencies can gain in relation to the lead generation offer that you sell? Right. Again, the AI really summarizes a lot of this research, this research process for you. And what I will say is Even though the AI would do probably 85 to 90% of your research process, you probably still want to find the communities where your niche is located just to really bring out kind of like the flavor in relation, right? Because you might not really understand, right? Just because the research is here from the screenshot of this AI tool, you really might not know what that means, right? If you don't really know what cold calling or emailing means in relation to marketing agencies, it's not really going to mean too much, right? Because it's just a bunch of words, a bunch of sentences that don't really mean too much for you and doesn't really give you too many insights, right? So, so the purpose of this process, why it's super important that you do this, is because you want to find a niche that number one, has high demand, but number two isn't overly saturated. And more importantly, you want to figure out what specific problem that they have and it will give you a really good idea of how you want to position your specific service that you sell, right? Because people buy solutions to the problems. And if you don't understand the problems, then obviously it's pretty hard to position your service as a very specific solution. So kind of as the key overview steps on how you want to do the research is number one, you want to look and find industries where businesses rely on a steady flow of leads, where they need to book sales calls in order to actually get new clients and customers. So there's a bunch out there. And after that you want to use different platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Reddit, Twitter or they call it X just to really join these communities where these people are located. And I guarantee you that every single niche has a community where the people are located. You just might have to do a little bit more looking into it on Google, but I guarantee you that communities do exist and you're essentially exploring and just learning about the market gaps. And after that you kind of just want to test that niche a little bit. Maybe you want to set up some calls you want to just reach out to, let's say if you do marketing agencies, you want it. If you know people who are running marketing agencies, you just want to have a quick little five to ten minute conversation just to really pull out these ideas in a concrete step. And again, most people fail with their own lead generation agencies to because they're just not really doing research is very tedious, I'm not going to lie to you. But it's very, very important. And most people kind of just skip over that process because they think they don't need to do it. And I'm here to tell you that you really do need to do that research. So after you do that research and you pick one specific niche, your very next step is to build a grand slam offer. And all of these steps are kind of in chronological order of what you want to do. So that's kind of why you need to do that research. Because it's very hard to build an offer if you don't even understand what your niche is struggling with and what are some of the most common problems and the most common pain points. There's different ways you could do this. You could manually write an offer the way that we teach it. You could use different AI tools, you could use a combination of both. Ideally use a combination of both because it's to your benefit to number one, understand how to actually craft your offer. Like you understand the theories and why it works. And you have to do it for you because the very first time you do this yourself, you're probably going to struggle, right? You might just pull up a Google Doc and, and just kind of sit there feeling like you're banging your head against the wall for 30 minutes before you even write a single sentence. And that's completely normal, Right. The first time you do anything, they're probably not going to be that good at it. But that's what you want to do. You want to build a grand slam offer. You want to use the pain points from your research to craft a solution to the problems that they're facing. And the best way to do this is by following the template that we share, which is a sentence that fills out the blanks of we help X. So your niche in facing Y situations. So the specific problem that they have achieve a desired outcome. So the goal of what they're trying to solve by using our unique mechanism, right? And obviously the outcome, it needs to be very relevant. You want to tie it to a very concrete, very tangible type of outcome. You want to use numbers where possible. Something as specific as possible, really. Right. And here's a screenshot of our AI actually building out five different offers that you can actually use. Right. If you don't have access to the AI or you don't want to use the AI, you could actually build out the offers yourself manually. But again, you're probably going to have to tweak that a little bit. You might want to get that reviewed, whatever the case is. And kind of the core questions that you want to answer with your offer, your grandson offer, is three questions. The first one is, who are you helping? So a very specific niche of who you're helping? Number two, how are you going to help them? So what is the specific solution that you're helping them with? What problems are you solving for them? And number three, what makes your specific solution, your specific offer, what makes it unique and different from everyone else in the marketplace? Because there's a very strong chance that there are a bunch of other people selling the very exact same thing as you to the same group of people. And you never want to be commoditized. If you just tell people, hey, we will help you book sales calls using cold emails, that's a commoditized offer. And you'd be competing based on price, not necessarily the specific solution that you're selling. Right. And your goal is to make your offer so compelling that prospects kind of feel stupid saying no to it. There's a bunch of different ways to do that, but that's essentially your overall goal of building a grand slap offer. So as an example, you might not want to use this offer, but this will really Pull up the example of what an offer may or may not look like. It would be something like, I help software companies, software startups book 20 plus qualified sales calls every single month by using cold emails. That's an example of an offer. This probably wouldn't work that well if you just went to the market with this specific offer. Because number one, they don't use the word sales cost, they use the word demos. But again, right, that pulls into the point of why do research is just super, super important. You also don't want to just be telling people that you're doing this by using cold emails because that's the quickest way to get commoditized and just get compete based on pricing, right? There'll always be someone who will be willing to sell this service for less than you. And if you are trying to sign a client and you're trying to charge somewhere between 1500 and $3000, which is exactly the price point that I recommend, you're not gonna be able to do that by just telling people that you're selling cold emails as a service. So that's what your next step is, step three, which is building your grand slam offer. And there's a really good book by Alex hormozi. It's called $100 million offers. I think it's like a dollar on Amazon or Audible. I strongly recommend that you either buy the book or you read the book or you listen to like the audiobook while you're at the gym or driving or something like that. So that's your third step. Now step four is writing the cold emails. And this is kind of where most people think is the most important part of the process. And it's pretty important. But I wouldn't say it's the most important part, but it's just very important that you write an effective cold email. Right? So what you want to do is you want to craft the cold email campaign. So like the specific words that you're using. You want to take the offer that you built out from step three and you want to pull that offer and put it together in overall just a flowing type of cold email. Right? Because obviously you just tell. If you just approach software companies and just say this one sentence, it's not going to mean too much to them. And you want to build up a concrete cold email around your offer. You want to build your cold email scripts, you want to build the follow ups, because as the saying goes, the money is in the follow ups. And you want to essentially build the follow ups to your Initial cold emails. And you just want to build the overall scripts again, right? The overall words that you want to be using in your code emails. If you're using the AI tools, it's going to be very, very simple. The AI will actually write the cold emails for you. Now again, what I will say is just because the AI does this for you, don't get lazy, right? It's very important that you learn how to do this if you want to see long term success with this. If you're just in it to make a buck or two in a very short period of time, yeah, the AI tools will do that for you. But if you want to be in business for years, five years, 10 years, 20 years, you really want to learn this theory. And the other thing is, cold email scripts change very, very quickly. What worked six months ago will not work six months from now. And if you're just blindly copying code email scripts that you find online, or even the ones that the AI writes, you're probably going to be out of business in six months when the cold email scripts and what works kind of just change, right? But again, the AI tools would do it for you. If you do this yourself, it'll probably take you probably like two to three hours to write the cold emails for you. If you use the AI tools, I'll probably take you like two minutes. But obviously you want to read through that cold email that the AI is writing and really just refine it. And your overall objective of this step, step four is just figuring out how to generate traffic and generate eyeballs for your offer. Again, your cold email, the only thing it does is, is sell the reply, right? You're never selling your service over a cold email. All you're doing is just getting a reply. That's your overall goal. And the philosophy behind the cold emails is volume negates luck, right? The more emails that you send, the more replies you're going to get. It's a very simple, it's a very simple theory to understand. It's a sales activity, sending cold emails. Someone who's having a thousand conversations every day will get dramatically different results from someone who's only getting 20 conversations every single day. And kind of as a tip is you want to personalize your subject line. You may or may not want to personalize the first line of each email. I have videos talking specifically about how to do that. You want to focus on the pain points of your target audience and you always, always want to include a very clear call to action. So whether you're pushing for a call right away or you're sending a lead magnet or you're sending a vsl. You need to always have a very clear defined next step inside your cold emails. After you do that, we move on to step five, which is building your actual leads list. Because you're sending cold emails, you can't just be sending emails to just, I don't know, like a non existent lead list. You need to find very specific people inside your niche. Their names, their company name and their email address. And here's a screenshot of a Google sheet of the leads that I have from marketing agencies, which is the niche that I sell to at this current moment, depending on when you're watching this video. But here's an example of what my leads list look like and there's a bunch of different ways to do that. You could use Apollo IO. I strongly recommend you do that because it's the best value for the amount of leads that you're going to get. And you basically just want to build out a large Google sheet of just contacts of the people that you'd be sending cold emails to. You want to verify these leads just to make sure that it doesn't bounce. And you obviously want to format these leads because some of these company names, if you just scrape it off of Apollo, it might say CS Intel LLC or CS Intel Inc. And obviously you don't want to say that. You just want to write, hey, we saw that you're the founder, you're the CEO of CS intel because that's just what you will say in a natural conversation, right? So your very next step is to build your leads list. If you do it the way that we teach it, this process will probably take you around, I'd say 30 minutes to 45 minutes just to get this done. It's very, very simple. And again, you want to use tools like Apollo I.O. just to find the decision makers. The overall criteria that you want to use is you want to really understand the company size of, of let's say the marketing agencies that you're reaching out to. You want to narrow down the industry so again it'll be marketing agencies. In this specific example, you want to figure out the locations because you probably don't want to. There's probably a bunch of countries that you don't want to include inside your leads list. For me, I like to only reach out to Canada, us, uk, Australia and New Zealand because those are the five largest English speaking countries with a lot of buying power. Who's able to pay $3,000 or more for these type of services and, and you want to narrow down the individual job titles, right. And kind of as a, as a tip, in the beginning when you're first doing this for the very first time, focus on quantity over quality, right? Your objective is to get as many leads as possible. Don't focus too much on the specifics because if your leads is too small, it's going to be very hard to get traction, especially in the beginning when you're first starting out for the first time. And once you get proof of concept, once you have a client or two, once you have cash in the bank, focus more on quality over pure volume of leads, right? A smaller targeted list will always comfort better than just a large generic one. But when you're first starting out and you don't really know what you're doing and you're doing this for the first time, always go for volume over quality, right? Just again, right. Because you don't really know what you're doing right now. Step six would be building out the business background. I call it the business background setup. These are things that aren't super important. So they're what I call non needle moving task. But it's very important that you get this done. And some of these things include building up your calendar, right? So I like to use Calendly as a software to build up my calendar. That's what people would use to book a sales call with you. You want to build out your website, I call it a landing page. You might want to build out your contract or your agreement and you want to set up your payment processor. So whether you're using Stripe or you're using PayPal or you're using Wise, whatever the case is, you just want to set that up. Oftentimes when you're setting up payment processor it it's going to take a few days because you got to verify your identity, stuff like that. But it's just very important you get this done. I repeat, as a very important warning, don't do this before you do all of the previous five steps that we just outlined. Because again, these aren't super important things and it's very easy to get distracted into doing all these things and spend like a week just building out a perfect website. Not that you even need a website to be honest. It's more important that you have one that exists than having the most polished, beautiful website that's custom built and stuff like that. But it's very easy to, to spend a lot of time focusing on each of these things. But again, these aren't the things that will get you paid, right? Just because you have a really nice website doesn't mean that you end up getting a client that pays you $3,000, right? It's just simply not how it works, right? Here's an example of my website of what that looks like. And you just want to do this. And I would recommend just blocking out one day in your calendar, blocking out two to three hours and just getting each of these things done right? And just start with setting up the calendar. It'll probably take you like 20 minutes. Building your website will probably take you 30 minutes to an hour. Building out your agreement will probably take you another 20 minutes. And setting up your payment processor, which will probably take you maybe like half an hour to an hour to set up. And I recommend just doing that all in one day. And just don't spend too much time on this, right? It's very important that you don't do this. A lot of people that I talk to who spend a lot of time on this, they're actually the people who take like half a year to actually sign clients because again, they're just focusing on the wrong things. And these are some of those things that most people who are starting out their business get really stuck on doing. But again, these aren't super important things to be doing. Now your very next step is to building your vsl, right? This is one of those things, aside from setting up infrastructure, that will probably take you the most amount of time because there's two parts of building up your vsl. The first part is building out your script. So for example, in my vsl, which you're seeing on the screen right now, this is done on a Google Doc, this will probably take you one or two days to build out. It'll probably take you several hours depending on what you're writing. For most people who have not, who are not super comfortable on talking in camera, they probably want to build out like a script and they're kind of want to read from the script, kind of what I'm doing from my BSL right now, that's probably going to take you three to four hours just to build up the script. The second aspect is actually recording the vsl, right? And for a lot of people, they're probably going to mess up on the camera or maybe they're just not very familiar with what they need to say. And it'll probably take them some retries to actually record, you know, successfully film their vsl. And I would say building the VSL is probably a two or three day process. If you're doing it very efficiently, it could do. It might take you a day, right? For me it takes me a day. But that's also because I filmed just so many VSL and so many videos that I'm just super familiar and comfortable with the camera. Right. But for you, if you're doing this for the first time, just expect for this process to take up a few days. Again, this is one of those things that a lot of people really drag out. Again, right? Just keep in mind that you should be able to just start a BSL from start to finish. From writing the very first word on your document, your script, to having a finished video set aside two to three days. Don't set aside any longer because after that you're just going to be drawing it out and it's just going to take you a really long time to just get off the ground and get everything moving. And the goal and the purpose of your BSL is really just to educate and pre sell your prospects. The structure you want to follow is kind of introduce who you're helping and the problem that your specific target audience faces. You want to present your solutions to your offer. You want to showcase some proofs of your testimonials, case studies, if you don't have any case studies, you want to be teaching people and focusing on genuinely giving value to the world. And you want to end your VSL with a very strong and concrete call to action, which for most of you is probably going to be a call to action to book a sales call with you to learn more about this and get everything started. So that would be your very next step, Step seven, which is building your bsl. After that, Step eight is testing your infrastructure. This will probably take you like 30 minutes. And essentially what you're doing with this step is just to ensure that everything's working smoothly before you actually launch your cold email campaigns and before you scale aggressively scale your cold email campaigns. And how you want to do this is by just sending some test emails to your own personal Gmails or your own personal outlooks just to make sure it actually delivers. All the emails are formatted the right way, all of that stuff and making sure that everything just checks out. And what you're doing here is you're just checking for deliverability and making sure that you have proper functioning of your tracking links and everything else inside your cold emails. This will probably take you like 20, 30 minutes, so don't focus too much on this. Step nine is setting up your actual cold email Campaigns because by the time you get to this step, which ideally should be around the day 9, day 10, day 11 type of range, what you should have by now is you should have your cold email scripts. So you should have your vsl, you should have your leads list. All you want to do at this step of step nine is setting everything up inside a smart lead, which is the tool that you'd be using to actually send your cold emails. You just want to set everything up, upload to leads list, copy and paste a cold email scripts onto smart lead. And that's what you're doing, right? This process will probably take an hour. If you never use smart lead, it might take a little bit longer just because you're not very familiar where the buttons are, the ui, the ux, that type of thing. But really this is a pretty simple process since all the hard work was already done for you. All you're really doing is it's just copying and pasting some code email scripts, uploading the leads list, and just setting up your campaign to making sure it works right. And how you want to do it is you want to make sure you're ab testing your subject lines, a B testing your cold email copy, stuff like that. And you want to set up your sending limits. Again, if you don't set this up, your cold email, you'd just be sending like 500 cold emails out of a single email account, which will land you in spam. So it's very important that you set that up the right way. But that's what you want to do in step nine, which is setting up your actual cold email campaign. And that leads us to step 10, which is launching your actual cold email campaign. And again, this should happen on day 14 or day 15 of your business. So ideally, all of these steps, the first 10 steps, the all things that you should focus on on each individual day, most of these things, aside from setting up the cold email infrastructure and building the VSL, these are things that will probably take you 45 minutes to two hours max to do. Realistically less. And all things that could be easily done within like one to two hours, basically, right? And I encourage you to focus on doing each of these steps within a single day. Because by the end of that process, which is step 10, which is launching your cold email campaigns, all your email accounts will be fully warmed up for the 14 days and essentially you'd be ready to actually send the cold emails. And what you'll be doing is you need to be monitoring your KPIs, right? Monitoring your Open rates, your reply rates, your bounce rates. As a, as a caveat, a very important thing is whenever you're launching your cold email campaigns, don't read it too heavily into what your KPIs look like, your open rates or reply rates look like. In the first week, in all of my coding campaigns, I probably launched probably well over, I want to say, 1000 cold email campaigns up until this point now and almost always, I'd say the KPIs are the worst in the first week of launching those cold email campaigns. So don't read too much into it. Don't just start stressing if like you're not getting any replies on day two, because that's just a natural part of the process. And what you want to do is you want to launch a cold email campaigns again, making sure that everything works and you want to wait a couple of days, wait basically like a week, week and a half type of thing. And after that, once you start getting better data as to what works and what's not working, you want to adjust the campaigns based on the performance and make the necessary adjustments. So for example, if you're split testing three different variations of your offer, and let's say offer two is just getting significantly more replies than offer one and three, you want to allocate all of your sending into offer two, right? That's what you want to be doing when you're split testing. And again, you just want to be adjusting your campaigns based on the performance. And your ultimate goal is just to book sales costs and close deals. This is also the process where when you're sending the cold emails, all of that's automatic. So you're not sending cold emails one by one. That's when you start getting replies and that's when you want to reply back to people. You want to reply back to people asap. There's something called speed to lead and there's actually studies on it. I didn't put it on this doc right here, but I think there's like a study that says like getting back to prospects within like the first 30 minutes of them, showing interest in the first 30 minutes will like increase your amount of sales, cost and interest by like 70%, something like that. So it's very important that you actually focus on speed to lead. Set up some notifications, whatever the case is, whatever works for you, to making sure that you're actually replying back to people who are interested in what you sell and in a reasonable amount of time. Right? The largest mistake you can make in this section is just launching your cold email campaigns and just taking a step back and doing absolutely nothing and taking like three days to reply back to people, right? You never ever want to do that. You want to reply back to people as quick as you can. And again, your ultimate goal is to book sales calls. And after this section, you should be able to generate sales calls. If you never taken a single sales call, the truth is you probably suck at sales call, right? Make sure you go through like the sales trainings that I have to really refine your sales process, your sales script. But the truth is it's very unlikely that you close a deal in your very first sales call. That's just not the way it works. Most people that I work with, what I see is usually they'll be able to close the first deal within the first 10 to 20 sales costs. And after that they're getting confidence right after they get paid for the first time for $3,000, they're gonna get a lot of confidence. It's like something in their mind just really unlocks and they just move forward with a lot of confidence inside the sales process. And. And they're then able to really learn how to sell the process the right way. And by the end of it, they'll be able to just sell and close deals. When talking to 10 prospects, they'll be able to consistently close two to three out of 10 people. And that's kind of the general KPI and that's essentially what you want to be doing, right? So as a general tip is you want to consistently launch new campaigns just to maintain a full pipeline. When the largest mistakes people can make is a sending cold emails. They have a couple clients and they kind of just stop sending cold emails. You never ever want to do that. That's a really large lesson that I've learned inside my only lead generation agency is always focus and prioritize your own sales pipeline, right? Always make sure you have new people to be chatting with because getting leads is kind of like the blood of your business, right? If you don't get any leads, your business is just going to die. And that's the exact same thing with your clients, which is again why selling lead generation as service and is arguably one of the best services to be selling if you're a complete beginner. Because every business they live in, their die by their sales pipeline, right? And most people, I'd say they're able to sign the very first client within the first 30 to 45 days, depending on how quickly they're moving and how proficient they are at doing all these things how well they actually build out these processes. And most people, after they sign the first client, most people are then able to sign the second client, the third client, the fourth client, literally within weeks, sometimes even days. Right. Some of our most successful people that I've ever worked with, they took like 30 days to sign the first client and the very next day they signed a second client. The day after that they signed the third client. And now they're at like seven to eight thousand dollars per month. Right. Because this is a very efficient process. Most of the work is done up front, takes some time to set everything up and once everything's off the ground and moving, they have that momentum. They're then able to consistently sign new clients and, and because they're charging so much money, they're charging 1500 to $3000. It's pretty easy to get to $10,000 per month. Right. Because if you're charging $3000, that's like four clients and you'd be at well over $10,000 per month. But that's basically what I wanted to share in today's video. These are kind of the steps that you want to be focusing on when you're starting your lead generation agency. A lot of people, to be honest, I should probably put a step zero. It's just deciding, mentally deciding to start the lead generation agencies because surprisingly some people, they're just kind of on the fence and they're not ready to fully commit. So the very first step really is just deciding to go all in on starting your business, starting your lead generation agency. And after that you just want to get right into the specific action items. Always ask yourself, the things that I'm doing right now, is this something that's going to lead me closer towards getting paid or is it not right? Building a website won't get me closer to getting paid, but. But setting up the cold email infrastructure will. And that's a really key mindset that you want to have. But that's pretty much it. What I wanted to share in today's video. Hope you liked this video and hope you found it valuable and I'll see you in the next one. See ya.
