In this video, you'll be learning the most effective cold email strategy that you can literally copy and paste into your own business that will help you book hundreds of sales calls and make you a ton of money. Now, how do I know this? Well, I know this because over the last three months, I've been using this exact same cold email strategy, which I'll be revealing later in this video. And I've booked hundreds of sales calls every single month and I've made a ton of money and I've tried basically every single cold email strategy literally under the sun. I sent millions of cold emails. And over the last three years, I've made well over a million dollars. My inside of my own AI lead generation business. And I've also helped my own clients, other clients that we help do cold emails for, book thousands of sales calls and also make a ton of money in the process. And this is one of the most effective cold email strategies that I have ever seen. Right. And here's actually some proof, so some screenshots here of my own cold email campaigns. And I'll actually do one even better. I'll actually open my own smart lead account and I'll show you. Right, so this is a campaign that I launched last month, in October, as you can see, we contacted 13,000 decision makers. Here's kind of the stats. 65% open rates. We got roughly 900 replies to that. That also factor in like the out of office and people who are not interested at all, which obviously happens in cold emails. But we got 178 positive replies on average. We booked between 30 and 50% of positive replies, depending on the month and depending on what we're saying. So this was a campaign we launched last month in October, this was campaign that we launched a month before that in September. Again, very similar results. Close to 13,000 people contacted, you know, 56% open rates, 11% reply rates, and 134 positive replies. And again, exact same thing back in August. Almost 15,000 decision makers contacted almost 10,000 people, opened the email at 65%, almost 1,000 unique replies, at 9% and almost 200. So 182 positive replies. So 20% positive reply rate. And again, 30 to 50% of those people actually end up converting onto a sales call itself. Right. So this is a strategy that I've literally been using for the last three months. It's PIN working. I've done it more than one time and it really just works. And there's really three key components that go into this cold email strategy. And if you're able to execute this on effectively, you're just going to cook what code emails, you're going to book a ton of calls, you're going to make a lot of money inside of your own business. And if you're also selling your own AI lead generation services, you're also going to help your clients make a ton of money. Right? So just to start, there's really three key principles and again, I really need you to really just internalize these principles because once you do, this is the most effective thing, the best use of your time and resources in order to make more money. Right? So the very first thing is you have to understand that whenever it comes to cold emails or really any form of cold outreach or sales activity, volume really is key. Right? It's the king, right? Volume is king. So the biggest mistake that people make when it comes to sending cold emails is, is they send 50 cold emails a day and then they call it a day. Right? They send 100 cold emails a day and they call it a day. But that is the largest mistake that anyone can make. So if you're watching this video right now, the biggest thing I want to challenge you is ask yourself, how can you think 10 times the amount as Grant Cardone says, 10x, right? How can you 10x the volume? That's really the ultimate goal. Because the question that you want to ask yourself is what would be a volume that would make it unreasonable for you to not achieve your goal? That was the number one question I asked myself when I was first getting started, is okay, If I'm sending 50 cold emails a day, I may or may not get results. If I'm sending a hundred cold emails a day, I may or may not get results. But what if I send 10x that? What if I send a thousand code emails a day? What If I send 1500 code emails a day, would I still not get results? Right. And that was kind of the mindset that I really put myself in, which really led to my initial success and sustained success over the last three years inside of my own AI lead generation business. And as I've been sending cold emails as well, right. Is I always ask myself, what do I need to do to get 10 times more emails out? 10 times more opens, 10 times more replies and a result, 10 times more calls. Right. It's really simple math. The more people who you reach out to, the more calls you're going to book. So back to a more specific example, right? Is if you were sending, let's say 60,000 emails a day, so that's 2,000 emails per day on average, right? You don't think that you'd be able to find at least two or three people who are interested in your service, whether you're selling AI, lead generation or any other B2B service. If you're doing cold emails, right, you don't think you're going to get results if you send 2000 cold emails a day? Well, of course you would, right? And that's the entire name of the game, right? Because someone sending again, right, let's say 50 cold emails a day will get completely different results than someone who's sending 1500 cold emails a day. Again, it's just simple numbers, simple math. Volume is king when it comes to sale, right? If you talk to enough people, you're going to, even if you suck at cold emails, even if you suck at sales, you're still going to convert some, right? If your conversion rate is really, really bad, but you just talk to enough people, it's going to work, right? And that's the entire premise of what I'm trying to tell you right now with this cold email strategy, right? And especially right now with tools like Smartly AI, it's super easy to send cold emails in volume, right? Gone are the days where you have to manually log into Gmail every single day and write out the email and press send one by one. But with tools like Smartly AI, there's other tools in the market like Instantly AI as well. I personally use Smartly AM myself, but the tools are basically the same. With these tools, you can literally set up your cold emails in a way where they're sent out every single day. Whether you're at the gym, you're at work, you're out at a restaurant, you're taking a nap, it literally doesn't matter because these cold emails will still be sent every single day. Now, I want to be super clear, make no mistake, we're not spamming people. That's not what I'm telling you to do. That's not what the strategy is about. It's not about randomly emailing a million people, closing your eyes and hoping for the best. That's not at all what the strategy is, because you want to be specific. Which kind of leads me to point number two is using AI to become hyper relevant. And when I say hyper relevant, there's really two things that you really want to think about and two ways that you want to use AI in order to really just maximize the results inside of your own cold email campaign. Now, the two biggest Kind of bottlenecks that most people have when it comes to cold emails as to why they don't get results if they're sending a bunch of emails every single day. So let's say they got the volume, so. So that's one aspect that they figured out if they're sending a bunch of emails every single day, but they're just not getting results. So they're really not getting replies or they're just not getting any positive replies. There's really two reasons why. The first one is they're probably talking to the wrong people, they're emailing the wrong people. Their leads list is just, for lack of better words, it's just built very poorly, right? If they are trying to sell their services to, let's just say marketing agencies, maybe on their email leads list they have realtors on there or restaurant owners on there, or consultants on there, or someone who sells a software, but they're not marketing agencies, right? So the leads list is just wrong, right? And the real question that you want to figure out, and again, you could use AI to do this right now, is you really just want to figure out who are the exact decision makers, right? You got to get hyper specific. If I am selling to marketing agencies, am I selling to the founders, the CEOs, the owners, am I selling to head of marketing, head of sales? Who are those people? And more importantly, who are. What do they actually care about inside of the role? So as an example is, let's say for one of my campaigns that I sent last month in October, I was targeting marketing agencies, right? And I was specifically reaching out to the founders. But I've also had a campaign in the past where I was reaching out to the head of sales. Now you have to understand that the founder and the head of sales, they care about completely different things, right? The founder is obviously a person who runs the business, they own the business. What do they care about? They might care about how do you make as much money as possible from a revenue point of view. They care about profit, they care about expenses, they care about all of these different things versus the head of sales, they might not care that much about expenses, right? They might not care that much about time, right? The founder, they care about their time. The head of sales, maybe not so much. They might care more about sales quotas, about hiring salespeople. Maybe they already have sales reps on their team and they think about how to increase the efficiency of the sales reps, or they look for alternative solutions that are maybe better than sales rep itself. So you notice how these two roles, the founder and the head of sales, they care about different things. And you have to make sure that you're speaking to their language. You got to get crystal clear on who exactly that you're emailing, right? Obviously you email the wrong person with the wrong messaging, you're just not going to get results. So again, super, super easy. You just want to use ChatGPT to figure out your decision makers, right? You want to research the role, you want to understand the key responsibilities, what output and KPIs are actually important to them. And a big one that's actually not on this flowchart right now is keywords that they use. So for example, if you were reaching out to SaaS companies, software companies, they would use the term demo. Cause they wouldn't use the term sales calls. So if you reach out to them with terminology like, hey, we will help you book sales calls, they're just going to read your email and guess what, they're just going to ignore you completely. Because that's not the terms that they use, right? They use the term demo calls. They use terms like mrr. Right? And again, super easy to do that. So for example, here's a ChatGPT prompt. Build me a leads list targeting these main keywords, dentists to offer SEO for companies. And you can screenshot this and go through it. But again, right now it's super, super easy because you can actually use ChatGPT and AI tools to help you do all of this research. So that's number one, it's the wrong leads list, the wrong decision makers. You're just reaching out to the wrong people. Essentially, the second mistake that a lot of people make is they're just talking about the wrong problems, wrong pain points, or they're just unsure of desires, or for a lack of better words, they're just talking about things that people don't really care about. Right? That's really what this step could be. Summariz. So most people, if, let's say they're sending a lot of emails and they have the right people, so they're looking at their leads list and they just look at that and they just know for sure that those are the right people and they're just not getting results. Well, why is that? Well, the reason is most people actually have a messaging problem. So maybe they're just saying the same exact thing as everyone else, right? They find a cold email script that they watch from a YouTube video or they found it online on like a Reddit thread or Twitter thread. All these different things. And it just copy and paste it. Now obviously it's going to get ignored, right? Because by the time you see that cold email script, probably thousands, if not tens of thousands of other people have also saw that exact same coding mail script and probably tried it themselves. So, for example, the biggest one that I see is most people, they say stuff like, hey, we will book you five to 10 calls in the next 30 days. Well, what if those business owners, what if they don't care about five to 10 calls? What have they heard that claim millions of times? As a business owner myself, I could open my Gmail right now and I literally have hundreds, if not thousands of cold emails of people just pitching me every, you know, a bunch of different services, right? Legion services, video editing services, right? Social media growth services. And they all say the exact same thing, hey, we will help you book five to ten calls in the next 30 days. Well, I don't want to book five to ten calls in the Next 30 days. I already do that myself, right? Why would I want five to 10 calls? I'd be more interested in 50 to 100 calls. I don't want five to 10 calls. Right? And that's an example, right, of messaging to the right people, right? And more importantly, they've heard that claim millions of times before. So you got to find an angle where you're completely unique and you're saying things that will actually generate attention that is different than what everyone else. Because again, if you're doing the exact same thing as everyone else, that will. The average person, they don't get results, right? So if you do the same thing that average people do, then obviously you're also not going to get results as well. Which kind of leads me to the next and final point, the most important point of this video. And I want you to pay attention here, right? It's the reason that we got all of these results with our code email campaigns over the last three months. So again, we've done this for three months in a row. There's not just one campaign that got lucky, these are multiple campaigns to this different people. Is we're focusing on the key part of leading with value, right? This is the most important part, leading with value. Because the biggest problem, a massive, massive problem in the cold email space is people are really just too selfish and they only think about themselves, right? That's really what it is, right? I've audited literally hundreds of cold emails campaigns over the last few years. This is the biggest problem by far, right? People struggle, really, really struggle to really understand what's in it for the person who's receiving the cold email, right? If I am emailing you, why should you care what's in it for you? Why would you actually be interested in my services, right? And you won't be interested in me booking five to ten calls for you, right? It's really that simple. You have to understand what's in it for them and what you want to do. Kind of the mental model, the mindset that you want to think about this with is make what you're offering so good, so valuable that they would feel stupid saying no to you. It's really that simple. That's the core premise. If there's one principle I want you to take away from this video today is take away that thought. Ask yourself whenever you're writing any cold emails, how can you convey your messaging in a way that makes it so valuable that they would literally feel stupid saying no to you? Hey, I'm not interested, right? And the answer, if you're wondering how to do that is you just want to offer them a valuable service at a free or massive discount, right? That's really the key. And that's exactly what I've been doing over the last three months that's been getting me all of these results is I'm thinking about what can I offer to them that will give them really good value, right? So here's kind of like I'm not going to give you like a script that you could follow, but here's like a framework that you can plug and play, use ChatGPT, use different AI tools, think critically and think for yourself as to how you might want to integrate this into your own business. But here's kind of the idea of the cold email script that has just been cooking for us, right? Cooking. When I say cooking, I'm saying we made a ton of money using this exact same script, right? If we offer you a valuable service for free or at a massive discount for company name to achieve your desired result, would you be interested in this? Right? That's kind of the overall thing we're offering something of value, right? So now if we're offering the right thing, so something that people care about and to help them achieve a result that they actually care about, they'd be stupid to say no to us. And that's the exact same thing, right? So here is actually an email that follows kind of this framework that you could screenshot it, right? Obviously you sell a different service, it's pretty unlikely you sell this service. It's like A credit funding service. It's pretty unlikely you sell that service if you're watching this video right now. But here's kind of that email, right? If we could set up, and this is Obviously credit, right? 125k to 650k starting at 0.8% interest, which is extremely low inside the credit space per month you handle any strategic initiatives, would that make sense? No obligation to move forward, no application cost and no impact on your score. So this reverses the risk reversal. Would this be worth discussing on Tuesday or Wednesday? Right. So this is the call to action, right? So this is an example of a cold email where if I was running a business and I was interested in bringing in some outside capital to help me grow, I feel stupid saying no to this, right? The interest rate is so absurdly low that I would feel stupid to say no to this if I was interested in them, right? So for example, if you're selling AI lead generation services just to give you some ideas and again, think critically, think for yourself. That's the number one trait of entrepreneurs. What are different services that you could offer? So for example, maybe offer some leads list, maybe offer some cold email copy, right? Offer to write their cold email for them or build a cold email campaign strategy. Maybe audit their existing cold email campaigns. If you know that your icp, your niche, has already done cold emails before, offer to audit their cold email campaigns or maybe do some free trials of their services, right? These are some ideas that you can think of, right? But this is overall the cold email strategy that's just been cooking for us, right? And it just works, right? Again, right? If you want to make a lot of money using cold emails, you, you have to think about it in this way. So just to recap, volume is king. How can you 10 extra volume to just 10x the input through the top, which obviously leads to the output. How can you use AI to be hyper relevant both in terms of your targeted leads list and in terms of messaging that you're writing. And the third thing is, how can you offer so much value to someone that they would feel stupid saying no to you? Right? This is the best code email strategy in, you know, in 2026 by far. There's just so many people doing cold emails. I received so many code emails every single day. And I'm telling You Right now, 99% of cold emails are just so bad, right? It's just low quality. The bar is so low. The bar is right here. If you're able to go up here, you're going to crush it. You're going to make a lot of money. That's it for today. Hope you found this video valuable.
