So in this video, we will be talking about the new way to make five to $10,000 a month online in 2025. So in today's video, we have a pretty big flowchart. We're gonna go into a lot of detail, and by the end of this video, you will learn of a new opportunity that will let you make between five and ten thousand dollars a month online, completely remotely, while working one to two hours a day. So jumping right into it, who am I? So my name is Jim Fung. I've been running my business for the last two years completely online, completely remotely. I've worked with hundreds the world, just from a bunch of different countries. And in total, over the last two years, I have made just over $800,000 in total revenue. I'm approaching my first $1 million made online. But for now, at the time of this filming, I'm still below that 1mil mark. I'm at around 800k. And for me, when I first started my business, the business that I'll be sharing with you today, I went from zero to $10,000 per month within my first 60ish days, right? So I started my business in October 2022, and by December 2022, so around two, two to three months later, as at $10,000 per month today, my business makes consistently between 50 and $60,000 every single month. And I'll be sharing with you in today's video exactly what that business is now in terms of you. Who is watching this video now? Obviously, I don't know your name, I don't know who you are, and I also don't know what your experience with business and entrepreneurship is. But I do know one thing, and I know that you're here because you want to learn how to make money online. Maybe you're working a 9 to 5 job right now and your goal is just to simply make more money or increase your income, or maybe you just want to find another way to get more freedom inside your life, whether that's financial freedom time. Freedom time and freedom to do whatever you want, anything like that, right? That's what I do know, why you're here today. Right? So if you feel stuck with where you are right now and you have that ambition to just build a great life for yourself and do all of these things that you always wanted to do, all of your goals, and then this video is for you. And I actually included some pictures here. This is actually a picture of me where a couple months ago I actually bought my dream car. This is a picture of how much money I made in August of this year, where I made $63,000 in a single month with my business that I'll be sharing with you today. And here is a screenshot of my stripe, my payment processor, where over the last two years since I started my business, I collected $833,000 in terms of revenue, in terms of sales. Right. So approaching my first million will probably be there within the next two, three months. Right now, what I'm sharing with you in today's video has changed a bunch of people's lives, just like it did for Daniel. Right? And here's actually a screenshot. Daniel is one of the. One of my clients, one of the people that I work with. And by building the business that I'll be sharing with you today, he was able to essentially, I mean, you could read through the screenshots. He signed his first two clients, his first client for 3500 USD, his second client for 4500 USD. He signed another client for 4500 USD. And, and over here, when I asked him how much money has he made, he mentioned that he made $13,500. Right. And he did all of this. I made a YouTube interview with him. You could go and find that on my own YouTube channel where he made $13,000, $500 actually within 60 days of starting his online business. Using what I'm going to share with you today. So I actually wanted to walk you through as well, kind of what we'll be talking about today. So here's what we'll be covering. The first is I want to explain and better give background context as to what actually is money, how to be successful in the short term and the long term, and why 99% of people who actually try to make more money, who try to start a business, actually fail. It's very important that you understand that the next one is simple yet essential advice which will make you hundreds of thousands of dollars in the long run. Right. And I've done it myself. The third thing is understanding how to actually make money inside the real world. Because learning the theories is one thing, but actually applying that in the real world is a whole separate conversation that the next one is the full scope of your best options and possibilities for just making more Money Online in 2025. The next thing that we talk about is some quick maths and some realistic numbers onto how much money you can make and in what timelines. The next one is the best path to making five to $10,000 a month while working one to two hours a day. And that's actually where I'll be explaining the opportunity in just way more detail. Finally, I'll put everything you learn into perspective, real life examples. And at the end of this video, I'll actually make an offer. And if, by the way, if you're not interested in the offer, no hard feelings, that's completely cool. But regardless, by the end of this video, you will have acquired very valuable knowledge completely for free, right? And I'm not charging you a single dollar for this. Then this is advice that you can apply into your own business, into your own career moving forward. So let's jump right into the video. Welcome to the new way of making five to $10,000 a month online in 2025. So you're watching this video because of these three things. The first is you want to make more money. The second is you just don't know where to start, right? You're being bombarded with all of these different options. You're seeing a bunch of ads, a bunch of YouTube videos, and you just don't really know what is the best path for you. So why don't we actually start at the beginning? Let's first explain how money is actually made. Because this will give you just important background context so that you can move forward knowing exactly and putting together a strategy as to what is your best path to actually make money. So how is money made? It's very important that we understand that your ability to make money becomes your ability to create value and create things that people actually need. And I know this sounds really obvious and really simple, but a lot of people, this is kind of a fact that just kind of goes over a lot of people's head. So the reality is people exchange money, so hard earned dollars for something that they consider to be valuable, right? And it makes sense if you think about anything that you bought in the last half a year, last three months, anything that you bought for a large sum of money, you bought it because you felt like whatever, by trading a little bit of money or whatever you paid for it, you will get equal value back into your life. So let's say you went out and bought a TV for let's say $1,000. You paid $1,000 in cash for TV. That in your mind will bring back at least, if not more than $1,000 worth of value into your life, right? Because you're exchanging money for something that you consider to be valuable. So that leads us to the next question. And why should you actually make money to start with? And this is a very important question because people don't really stop and think about this themselves. Because making more money, aside from the fact that you open your bank account and just see a larger digit or more zeros, it's actually pretty important because money will give you the freedom to do what you want as a result of not having to worry about paying your bills, right? It wasn't too long ago where when I first started my business, I didn't have a lot of money and I would have issues sleeping at night. I'd be extremely stressed throughout the day. And the reason why is because I look inside my bank account and. And I wouldn't see a lot of money, right? I knew that I'd have a lot of bills that were upcoming, stuff like that. And I just didn't really logistically knew how I would put the money together. And as a result, that caused a lot of stress. And it made like, even when I was chilling with my friends, with my family, I wasn't fully there because I was just thinking about how do I make more money so that I could pay rent, so that I could put food on table, stuff of that nature, right? And having money will give you the freedom and choice and. And give you options to kind of just do different things that you want. And the key word here is it gives you freedom, it gives you options, and it gives you choice, right? Money is not going to solve every problem in your life, but it will solve the problems related to paying for stuff related to money because it's a very simple math equation. So the next question becomes, does it actually matter how you make the money? Right? Because I know for me, I'm a younger guy, but when I first started, I didn't honestly care that much as to how I was making money. I just wanted to make money, right? And maybe you're watching this video and you feel the exact same way, and that's completely normal. But what I've realized after making way more money now, after the last few years of me running my business, is how you make your money actually makes a massive difference. Because you have to ask yourself, the way you make your money, does it tie with your own integrity and your own personal values? Are you actually creating value into the world? Are you just taking stuff? Are you doing something dishonest, scamming people, all these other things? And if you are doing those things, you just wouldn't be that happy. Okay, you have a lot of money, sure, but you wouldn't be that happy looking at yourself. But on the other hand, if you make your money because of the equation where you're just giving a lot of value to the world. You'll be able to look at yourself in the mirror, you'll be able to sleep well at night knowing that you're trying your best. You're making the world a better place, and as a result, you're getting paid for it. And by the way, right, maybe you're watching this video and all of this doesn't matter to you that much. And that's completely fine because again, when I first started two years ago, I quite frankly didn't care that much about how I made my money, right? Like, I just didn't. And this is a perspective that came to me as I started making more money. So why is this actually important? And why is everything I just talked about, why is that important? Well, it's important because you have to understand that not everyone will succeed. 99% of people who are watching this video, who try to start a business, who try to make more money, they actually fail. Right? And you know, you search online, how many businesses fail within the first six months? It's an alarmingly high number because the chance of starting with nothing and succeeding is still a thousand times higher and easier today because of the opportunities we have. So while a lot of people do struggle, this is an opportunity that we have today because of the Internet, because of AI, because all these different things that my parents, my grandparents, your grandparents simply didn't have when they were, you know, the same age as you. Right? Because there's a new opportunity that is leveled. The playing field has been leveled because of the Internet, and I'm an example of that myself. Right? So again, right, My parents, my grandparents just didn't have the same opportunities and the playing field has been leveled before. So 50 years ago, it was more luck based. Do you know the right guy? Do you just stumble across the right opportunity? Today you're pretty much guaranteed to make money if you study and follow the right path and you take consistent action. So you find someone who, who is succeeding who's, let's say, building a successful online business. You learn from them and you follow what they say. Your path to success is way more streamlined and is way more guaranteed than it was even 50 years ago. Right? Because shocking fact, people who are just way more skilled and way better at delivering a service, product or job just make significantly more money than those who are just less skilled. And surprisingly, a lot of people don't realize this because you have to understand that excellence is valued and, and average skills or just average creates average results, right? That's the best way to explain it. And by being better than other people in a very specific skill, valuable skill, you will simply make more money. And it's as simple as that. And the reason why I'm explaining this is because I've seen many trends come and go right, over the last few months, last few years. There's tons of opportunities out there. If you just search on YouTube, best businesses to start in 2025, you're gonna see a ton of YouTube videos, because there's a ton of opportunities out there. And a lot of them are also very saturated in the sense where a lot of people just know about them, like look at drop shipping or look at marketing agencies. So many people actually start those businesses. And as a result, if you do try to start those businesses yourself, your chance of failing is just significantly higher because of just how much competition there is. So it's very important to realize that if you want to make more money, what you need to do is seek excellence in a skill that can help other people or other businesses grow or improve. That's the easiest way to make money online. And that's exactly what we'll be talking about today. So let's actually first understand how businesses actually make money, and that will help us translate into how you can make money online today. So making Money in Business 101. So there's actually three ways that businesses make money or people make money. The first way is to figure out problems that people are facing. The second way is now that you understand what problems people. People are facing, solve the problem for those people. And finally, the third step is to charge money for solving this or charge money for the solution. So, for example, the first point is figure out problems that people are facing, right? Think about right now. What are some of the biggest problems that a business can face? Well, there's a couple here, and I kind of outlined them over here. The first are businesses, they're struggling to find more customers, right? They're struggling to make more money or make more revenue. They're struggling to create interest in the products or services they sell. And as a result, no one wants to buy what they sell. And this is a massive problem, because if a business is struggling to find more customers and struggling to get sales, they simply won't exist in six months, right? Because they won't be bringing in enough money through the door to be paying their team members, paying for tools, overhead, costs, all of these different things. So arguably, finding more customers is the largest problem that a business can face. So that's the answer, right? The largest problem that a business can face is is struggling to find more customers. Now, why is that important? Well, that's important because knowing that this is the largest problem they face, what we want to do now is solve this problem for businesses or for these group of people. So how can you solve this problem for businesses? Right? How can you help them find more customers? How can you help them make more money, make more revenue? How can you help them generate interest for the products or services they sell? And finally, how can you help them get more people to buy from them? So this is the problem, this is the solution that you're looking to solve. And as a result, if you're able to solve this problem for businesses, you obviously be able to charge a lot of money for this solution, right? Now the question is, how much can you actually charge to fix this problem? Because not every single problem is the same. What you want to do in this exercise is find the largest problem. Because the larger the problem, if you're able to find a solution to a large problem, you'll be able to make a large amount of money. If you solve a tiny problem, then obviously you'd be making a tiny amount of money if you make money at all. So our goal is to find the largest problem that a business can face, solve that problem, and as a result, charge large amounts of money. So the best way to think about this is when a business is struggling to find customers, struggling to make more money, that's a pretty large problem, right? But the question is, how much money is this problem costing in terms of opportunity cost, right? If a business goes six months without making money, it's not just the fact that they're at zero, it's the fact they're losing money. Because if they knew how to make more money, let's say they knew how to make another 10 grand inside the business, now it cost them 10 grand by not knowing and not figuring out how to bring in that $10,000 in revenue. Hope that makes sense, right? But that's opportunity cost. The next question is how much more money would businesses be making if the problem was fixed? And finally, how valuable is the solution to businesses? So knowing all of these things will let you understand how much money you can actually make from helping these businesses solve this problem and figuring out how to help them find more customers. So with this in mind, what exactly is an opportunity that takes advantage of all three of these things? We establish what the big problem that business are. We establish what the solution is and we establish that if you're able to solve this problem for businesses, you're making a large amount of money. So what's an opportunity that actually lets you take advantage of all of these things? Well, there is an opportunity out there and it's called the B2B middleman model, or another way to explain it is called by building a lead generation agency. Well, the reason I call it a B2B middleman is because when you're first starting this business, you're probably going to be doing this by yourself, right? You don't have team members, you don't have employees, you're just doing this by yourself. So you're kind of just doing this on the side, kind of like as a side income type of thing. But as you ramp this up, you could build a full blown business out of this. And at that point it'd be more known as kind of like an agency or more specifically a lead generation agency. And that's the business that I have used myself over the last two years to make just under $1 million online. I run my own lead generation agency. And this is a golden new opportunity that again solves a massive problem for other businesses. Right? You're helping them find more customers and as a result you can charge a high amount of money, right? Because it's such a massive problem. Because you have to understand that there are millions of businesses out there and all of them need more customers and need more clients to grow. They all need to make more money, make more revenue, they need to pay their costs and just to simply survive. Right. And here's a screenshot that I found on Google. There are more than 3 million B2B businesses in the US alone. So if you are. I'm in Canada. Right. So if I was to expand that search to Canada or the UK or Australia or New Zealand or anywhere else in the world, there would be literally 10 times more businesses that exist. So there's a large amount of businesses and they're all facing this massive problem, right? And the massive problem they're facing is not being able to generate new customers or generate new clients or another way to explain it is lead generation. Right? That's the, that's the actual jargon that you want to use when we're talking about client acquisition. Customer acquisition is lead generation because that's the biggest problem that they have. Right. And according to this statistic, over half of all businesses struggle with lead generation. Right? 68% to be exact. Right. So that's a pretty large amount of number, almost 70% of business, 7 and 10 businesses that exist struggle with finding more customers. And if you can step in kind of as the middleman, helping these businesses connect with new customers and clients, businesses will be able to pay big amounts of money since they're solving such a massive problem for them, right? That's the truth, right? So that's important to understand because there's a large amount of businesses and all of them have a massive, massive problem. So if you can fix this problem, there's a massive opportunity here. It's kind of a win win scenario because your clients or the businesses that you're helping will be able to survive and grow because now they're getting new customers and new clients inside of the business, while you, on the other hand, you're getting paid well in order to help them. So it's kind of a massive win win. So imagine you are helping five different businesses generate leads, right? Generate leads. Leads is the technical term for customers and clients. So let's say you're helping five businesses generate leads and connect them with new customers and clients. And each of those businesses that you're helping is paying you 1,500 to $3,000 up front, right? So it's called a setup fee. Because when you're first helping businesses, you want to charge some amount of money up front. Let's say they're each paying you 1,500 to $3,000. And on top of that, they're paying you $200 to $300 for every single lead or for every single potential customer or client that you connect them with. And let's say you're able to connect them with 10 leads every single month, which is a very realistic number, then that means that you're making 2,000 to $3,000 for every single business that you work with every single month. And if you're able to work with multiple businesses, so let's say one business pays you two to $3,000. Let's say you work with five businesses now, you're making 10 to $15,000 every single month. And to break that down in more detail, you're also making somewhere between 7 and 15k in upfront set of fees, right? Because Obviously we're charging 1,500 to $3,000 in upfront set of fees just to get this going. But you, but on any single month, you've been making 10 to $15,000 every single month across your five clients. So in other words, you're making a good amount of money upfront, but you're also making good money consistently every single month. And that's exactly why this is such a massive new opportunity for anyone who's able to do this, because it's super, super profitable. And the reason why it's super profitable is because again, you're solving a massive problem if you're working with the right type of businesses. So businesses don't that sell the products or services for a large sum of money. So $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000, they'll be happy to pay you $3,000 a month, right? Because you're helping them make back 20 grand or 30 grand or whatever that is. But let's say you're working a job right now or you have other responsibilities inside of your life and you don't want to spend that much time into doing this, into being a B2B middleman or running your own lead generation agency. Let's just say you only want to spend one hour a day, which is five to ten hours a week. And let's say instead of working with five clients, you want to work with three clients instead, right? How much money will you make? So again, we're able to charge a setup fee, which is 1500-3000 dollars setup fee plus 2 to $300 for every single lead that you connect them with. And let's say you connect them with five leads every single month, which is ultra conservative number, that still means you're making 1,000 to $1,500 for, for every single business or every single client that you're working with every single month. So what that translates to is by being a B2B middleman or lead generation agency, by working one to two hours a day, you're making somewhere between three and $5,000 every single month. By working with three clients on top, you're making 4.5 to $9,000 in upfront setup fee. So the reason I show you this and the math is because this is super, super profitable, right? And you don't need a ton of clients. And in order to make five grand a month, in order to make ten grand a month, in order to even make fifteen grand a month. And this is why I've been able to do this myself. And I consistently make between 50 and 60 thousand dollars per month because every single business is paying a large amount of money. And I don't need a million different clients in order to get to 10k per month, right? And this is what happened to me when I first started with being a B2B middleman or when I first started with My lead generation agency in 2022, I signed four clients at an average setup fee of $2,800, right? So I made 10.5 K and I divided it by four. Obviously I wasn't charging $2,800, but I divided it by four, right, to get an average number. And the setup fee average was 2,833. And I made $250 for every single lead or every single sales call that I brought to my clients. And that allowed me to make 10.5k within my first 60ish days of starting. So remember in the beginning of this video I mentioned that I started my business in October 2022 and by December I was at 10.5k. And here's a screenshot of that where from setup fees alone, I made $10,000 within my first 60ish days of starting. And that's also what allowed Spencer to do this. He signed his first client for $3000 setup plus $300 per call. He signed his next client for $4000 setup. So more than $3000 plus $300 per call. He Signed another client for another 4k setup plus 250 per call. Another client for another 4k plus 300 per call, right? You seeing all these results? Sign another client. So this Spencer is crushing it, right? And from this screenshot alone, you can see that he mentioned that after invoicing my clients for demos this month, so he's helping them generate sales costs and he calls it demos. But after invoicing his clients for the sales cost this month, he should be over his first $20,000 a month without hiring a single person, right? Yeah. It's crazy, right? Because again, you don't need 30 clients in order to make 20 grand per month. For Spencer, he's only working with five or six clients and is making $20,000 per month every single month. Now, granted, Spencer is doing this full time, right? And here's actually an interview that I put together with him on my YouTube channel when he first hit $11,000 per month, right? So you could go and find that, you know, from the time of me filming this video, that's around five months ago. And he's absolutely crushing it, right? And he's continued doing this as a B2B middleman, building his own lead generation agency. And. And now he's consistently making $20,000 per month. Another example is Kevin, who signed his very first client for $3500. He signed his second client for $3000 plus $300 per call. His next client for another $3000 plus $300 per call, and he actually made $9500. And I think his second month doing this. Right. So he started this and by second month he made $9,500. And now he makes $9,500 every single month. And again. Right. I also have an interview with him on my YouTube channel, so you can see kind of what he's talking about and his journey. We have Tyler, who charged a $2,500 setup fee for his first client and $200 per call, 250 per call. He signed a second client for $1,500 setup and $250 per call, his third client for $2,500 and $250 per call. And as a result, he went from zero to $6,000 in his first 30 days by starting his own lead generation agency. And Tyler, he does this on the side because he actually has a 9 to 5 job. And. And he's doing this on the side. So by working one to two hours a day, he's making $6,000 a month outside of his job. And if that sounds crazy, it should, but that's what this opportunity lets you do. So the question is, what is your main value proposition? So we established that you can make a lot of money doing this, that you don't have to work that much, all of this stuff. But what exactly are you saying to these businesses? And why would these businesses actually want to work with you? That's the overall question. How are you actually helping these businesses grow? How are you helping them generate leads? And how are you helping them connect with customers and clients? So here's an example of my own value proposition. There's three points here. The first is I help businesses book sales calls for their business. This is possible for B2B businesses. So I only work with businesses that sell their products or services to other businesses. So I don't work B2C. I don't work business to consumer. So in other words, I don't work with businesses that sell products or services to just regular, you know, just regular people. Right? So, for example, I won't work with gyms who sell gym memberships. I won't work with realtors who sell homes to, you know, for regular people. I work with B2B. So businesses that sell to other businesses, and all I'm doing is booking sales calls for them. So I'm not taking the sales call. I'm not working with the new customer with the new client. All I'm doing is connecting my client with their potential customer. And I'm booking in that sales call for the sales, you know, for the sales call to actually happen. And my client is taking the sales call. So how do you actually book sales calls for businesses? I'm sure that's probably what you're wondering right now. Right? So the way we do that is by sending cold emails on behalf of our clients to book sales costs. That's exactly what I'm doing. Right. And here's actually a statistic that says B2B cold emailing. So what we're doing by sending cold emails, B2B cold emailing is one of the most effective ways to actually generate sales because 71% of buyers actually, actually want to hear from sellers through cold email. So this is extremely effective as a, you know, as a channel to generate interest, find new customers, find new clients. And that's why we're using it. And because of cold emails, because there's a bunch of different tools we can use. You don't have to sit there and manually type out each email one by one and spend five hours a day just sending 100 emails, right? You're able to automate that process using AI and different automation tools. So as an example, let's say I am working with a client who runs a marketing agency who sells social media growth. So like Instagram growth, Facebook group, YouTube growth to E commerce brands, right? So e commerce stores. What I'm doing is I'm helping the marketing agency connect with e comm brands. That's what I'm doing. I'm using cold emails where on behalf of the marketing agency, I'm cold emailing the e commerce brands to generate interest for my marketing agency client. And what I'm doing is inside the cold email I'm telling the e commerce brands that we so the client is, can help them grow by using social media. And my goal is to book a sales call between the client, the marketing agency and the e commerce brand. And as a result, for every sales call that I book for them, I'm getting paid 2 to $300 for each sales call. Now another example is recruitment agency. So let's say I have a recruitment agency client. My very first client was a recruitment agency. And let's say my client, the recruitment agency sells recruitment services to tech companies, right? Let's use that as an example. What I'm doing is I'm helping the recruitment agency connect with tech companies that are actively hiring. And how I'm doing that is again, I'm using cold email. So I'm cold Emailing the tech company on behalf of the recruitment agency. And I'm telling the tech company that we so my client can help them find candidates for their open job roles. And what I'm doing is I'm booking sales calls between my recruitment agency client and the tech company. And again, I'm getting paid 2 to $300 to for every sales call that I book. So here's some kind of like the responsibilities that you would have to do in order to actually do this. So there's upfront responsibilities and just day to day in terms of upfront responsibilities, all you're doing is you're building out the systems in order to send cold emails. Because obviously we're doing cold emails. We're not, you know, we're not like calling people, we're not doing any of that stuff. You got to build out that system. So what that means is you got to set up the email accounts, you got to get the domains, you got to build the actual system that you're using to, to send cold emails out of. The next point is you're developing the cold email strategy and you're building out the campaign so the words that you're using, the leads list, doing all of that stuff. And the third thing is you're building the list of email addresses that is relevant to the client's products or services. So back to the example of the recruitment agency client who works at tech companies. I'm building a list of tech companies and decision makers at those tech companies that I would be able to cold emailing that I would be able to cold email on behalf of my client. That's the upfront responsibilities. Now in the day to day responsibilities, what I'm doing is I'm replying back to people who reply back to my cold email that I'm sending to them. What I'm doing after that is I'm testing new cold email strategies to improve the results so that I'm able to get them more sales costs and as a result I'm able to make more money. I'm providing regular reports to my client on the campaign performance, giving them updates on how everything's going, stuff like that. And I'm managing day to day communication with, with my clients. So I'm not ghosting my clients. I'm just sending them simple messages throughout the week, letting them know, hey John. Hey Mr. Client, we're doing this, we're doing this. This is our plan, this is our strategy, stuff like that, very simple stuff. And what this looks like is from a time commitment Perspective up front. So doing all of this stuff up front, it'll probably take you somewhere between five and 10 hours. Up front, the more you do this, the quicker you get, obviously. But up front, if you're doing this for the first time, it will take you between 5 and 10 hours. For me and my team, it takes us between three and five hours. So it's way more efficient for us now because we've done this so many times and on a day to day basis, you'll be doing all of this stuff for 30 minutes to one hour a day. And the bulk of your responsibility will be replying back to people. But obviously there's tools to really make that process just way more efficient. So all of this sounds great, but the big question is, how do you actually get clients for yourself? You now understand what this business opportunity actually is, why it works so well, why it's so profitable. But how do you actually go out yourself and land a client for yourself? Well, what you're doing is you're using cold emails to book sales calls for your client's business. But one of the best parts about this business model, from starting your own lead generation agency, is you're also doing the exact same thing for yourself to find businesses for yourself, to land a client for yourself. So you're using cold emails to land a client for yourself. And once you have that client that you're using cold emails as well to help your clients land clients. So it's kind of like a loop. It might be a little bit confusing, but it's a loop. And it works really, really well. Because what this means is you really only need to learn one thing and that's how to code email really well. So you don't have to go out and learn a bunch of complicated stuff. You don't have to learn how to run ads or build websites or do any of this stuff. All you have to learn is how to write effective cold emails. And before you even sell the service to your clients, you're able to get proof of concept and understand how everything works. Because. Because you're doing it for yourself first. And it actually is really beneficial. Because when you first sell to people for the first time, a lot of people get really tripped up because they tell themselves, oh, I don't have case studies, I don't have testimonials. And the truth is you don't need case studies or testimonials because again, you've done it for yourself. So you can use yourself as a case study or as a testimonial that's exactly how I was able to land my first client, who paid me $3,000 plus 250 per call. I literally said to him on the sales call, hey, Mr. Prospect. Well, we've used this exact system. We're helping you book sales calls by using cold emails. But the honest truth is we are using cold emails for ourselves right now to land clients. That's how we even got you onto the Zoom call in the first place, to have this initial conversation. And that's the ultimate proof, the ultimate case study, because you're there on that call, you emailed that business, they were interested, jumped on a sales call, all of that stuff, and you started by sending them a cold email. So it's the ultimate proof of concept. So here are some of the series of steps that you want to take in order to land your very first client. So the very first step is to pick one industry to sell to, because you need to decide one specific industry that you want to work with. So, for example, my very first client was a recruitment agency. That was the industry that I decided to work with. Recruitment agencies. You could be doing some other stuff, right? And it has to be a B2B industry. So here's some examples. There's recruitment agencies, which is what I start with, marketing agencies, software companies, software development companies, IT companies, and law firms. There's a bunch here, and here are just some examples just to give you some ideas. And what you want to do is you want to conduct research to understand more about how all of these business models work. So how do they actually make money? What type of products or services did they typically sell? How much money did they typically make or sell the products or services for? How are they currently generating and booking sales costs for their own business right now? And. And what's the general jargon and language that they use? And the reason you want to do this research is because you want to put yourself in the shoes of your clients, and it'll make this entire process just significantly easier. And that's what you want to do. And it all starts with doing the research, picking one niche or one industry, and conducting research there. The next step is building out the actual cold email infrastructure. So again, we're sending cold emails. You got to build the system that allows you to send the cold emails. So what we're doing is we're building the automated system that will let you send cold emails. And again, you're not manually typing each email every single day, sending it one by one. You're leveraging AI and automations which will do 90% of the work for you, meaning like even five years ago. And this is kind of why I do believe that this is one of the best opportunities in 2025, because five years ago a lot of these automations and tools just simply didn't exist. Anyone who wanted to do this, they would have to manually fire up Gmail and, and type out each email one by one. And It'll take them five hours a day to send 150 emails or something like that. Right? And now you're actually able to automate that entire process, meaning you don't have to spend a lot of time. In fact, you don't even have to manually send cold emails at all in any single way because AI and automations will do 90% of the work for you. So all you have to do up front is to set up domains and set up the email accounts that you'll be using to actually send cold emails out of. And, and again you could use email automation softwares such as Smartly AI or Instantly AI. You could go and look at that afterwards to actually take care of all of the email sending for you. Meaning you only work one to two hours a day doing this. Your next step, step three is to write your cold emails. So this is kind of like the words that you'd be using inside of your actual cold emails. And it's very important that you understand and don't get overwhelmed because when you're writing cold emails there's an art to it and you're not writing an essay, you're not writing a fat paragraph, you're simply writing a short three to four line email. So it's very simple, it's very short, it's very direct and to the point. You're not saying a bunch of random stuff, all you're doing is you're explaining why you emailed them and how you can help them. That's basically what you're doing and you want to include a clear next step. So we call it a Call to Action, a cta. But all you want to do is include a clear next step, which is to book a call with you to learn more and chat about how this works. So here's an example of a cold email that I actually sent. As you can see, it's very short, it's three lines long. Hey John, are you looking for more customers right now? If so, we can help you find more customers by using our automated cold email system. If you're interested, let's set up a quick time to chat so it's a very short and simple email, very direct to the point. Again, I'm not writing a paragraph, I'm not writing an essay. Very, very simple, anyone can do this. And if you follow this structure, you will see really good success by writing cold emails because it's just very short and to the point. Now the next step is to build a list of email addresses. So what you're doing here in this step is you're building a list of people that you will be emailing, that you'll be sending cold emails to. So you're building a giant list with their names, first name, last name, company name and the email address. And it's very important that you establish who is the right person that you actually want to be reaching out to. Is that the CEO, is that the founder, is that the co founder, is that the owner of the companies that you're reaching out to? And what you want to do is again, this process isn't super manual because you could use different tools to help you build your leads list online. And there's a really great tool called Apollo AI that will take care of the list building process for you. Again, five years ago this process will literally take you like 10 hours to build up that leases. It was super manual and now because of different tools and automations, it kind of just takes care of 90% of the work for you. Now the next step is to actually send cold emails and to book sales calls for yourself. Again, AI and automations will send emails for you automatically. And the reason I keep my talk about a automations is because very important, because there's a new window of opportunity. And this new window of opportunity is there because of these tools. Again, right, five years ago, if you're doing this five, 10 years ago, all of this is manual and it'll take significantly more work. So yeah, you might still be making the same amount of money, but you're working three or four times harder in order to do this and it'll take three to four times as long. And now you're still able to make the same amount of money, but you're working 10 to 20% less, or sorry, 80% less. You're working 10 to 20% of what you would have had to work five years ago. So this is a new window of opportunity, which is why I came to talk about it. Right? And the day to day is overlooking the cold email sending, so making sure all the tools are working because technology, sometimes it doesn't work, stuff like that. So what you're doing on A day to day is making sure all the tools are working and you're replying back to emails, which will take you less than one hour a day. And it's very simple. You could use templates just again, some more advanced automations and tools that you could use to actually help you reply back to leads without you actually replying back. But let's just say It'll take you 30 minutes to an hour a day. And your goal with this is to turn people who reply back to your email into a sales call. So here's an example of someone who I cold emailed who wanted to set up a time to chat. They wrote, Oliver wrote, hi Jimmy, I hope you're well, I would love to get on a call with you below. And he listed out some options. Right, so that's what you're doing. Your goal is to turn these people who reply back to your email that you send cold emails to into a sales call. And finally your next step is to set up a 30 to 45 minute Zoom call with businesses that are interested in learning more about how you can help them. And this is a sales call, but don't overthink it. A lot of people, they hear the fact that it's a sales call and they get really overwhelmed with it. Just be a normal person, understand that it's simply a conversation between two people, between you and the person who you're chatting with, where you're simply understanding if you can help them book sales calls, but by using cold emails. And here's kind of like a structure of that conversation of how you want to navigate the sales call. The very first step is just to introduce yourself, just icebreaker type of questions where you're calling in from today, that type of stuff. The second thing you want to understand is ask questions to learn more about their business. So ask questions like what do you sell, who do you sell to and how much do you sell your product or services for? The next step of the sales call is understanding how they're currently generating new customers, how they're currently generating new clients. So asking questions such as how are you currently booking sales calls right now? Or how many sales calls are you booking each week or every single month? And on top of that, how many sales would you like to be booking every single week or every single month? After you understand those details, you want to obviously explain how you help them. So kind of what I'm doing in this video even today, just breaking down the cold email system, you want to explain that over the sales call. So the first step is we set up your cold email infrastructure. The second step was we build your leads list. The third step is rewrite your cold email campaigns. The fourth step is we launch the cold emails and we manage it for you day to day. And your goal is we'll be booking sales calls for you and all you have to do is jump on the sales call. That's kind of what you want to say, right? Kind of like the entire scope of it, to be honest. After you explain how all of that works, you want to ask them if they are interested in your service. It'll either be a yes or a no. A lot of people will say yes, a lot of people will say no. That's just how it works because not everyone will be interested in this, but people will be. And if they are interested, you want to drop your price. You want to tell them that there's a setup fee, which is between $1,500 and $3,000. Obviously you don't want to give a range, right? You want to give a specific number. We have a set of fee, Mr. Prospect, that is $2,500 and we charge $300 for every sales call that we book onto your calendar. So you want to drop your price and if they're good with that, then you want to send your invoice and collect the money. Right. And this is kind of a screenshot of my own stripe I of me. These are all set of fees where, okay, so while I'm in Canada, so there's one or two that is CAD, but everything else is USD and they're all 2000-2000-2000-1500, 2500, $3000. Right. Because these are all setup fees. And you'll be able to do this with relative ease. Right. If you are having these conversations, sending cold emails, you'd be able to sign clients relatively quickly. So here's kind of the math behind making money as a lead generation agency. What are some of the expectations and key performance indicators or KPIs? Here's kind of a breakdown of how you could actually make $10,000 per month. Let's say your goal is to make $10,000 a month. What that means is you only need to work with four clients. Well, it's a range because if you charge more money, you could get away with, let's say, three clients. If you charge a little bit less money, it'll be five clients, let's just say. But let's just average it out to four clients and let's say each individual client pays you somewhere between 2,000 and $3,000, or let's say $2,500 as an average. So what that means is you need four clients paying you $2,500 a month in order to make $10,000 per month. And you can actually do that with relative ease. Signing four clients is really, really easy. And I'll be showing you the math. So here's a screenshot of a cold email campaign that I sent recently where I emailed almost 5,000 people. I just emailed 5,000 people, 5,000 leads, and as a result, I got 67 replies. So 67 positive replies. These are people. So 946 people replied back to me. A lot of those replies are people saying, well, I'm not interested or now is not the right time, or I'm out of office, stuff like that. But out of this 946, let's call it a thousand replies, 67 people were like, yeah, sure, Jimmy, I'm interested in hearing what you have. I'd like to learn more. I'd love to jump on a call. So 67 people that was interested. And let's say of these 67 people who replied, I got 50% of those people to book a sales call with me to jump on a zoom call. So what that means is I got 33 sales calls. And let's just say, because I'm not that good at sales, of those 33 sales calls, I closed one in four people. So if I'm taking 10 calls, I close two people or two and a half, which is 25%. But let's say two people, right? So what that means is I got eight clients, I signed eight clients across 33 sales calls, which, by the way, is a really low number. If you search up, what is the average closing rate in sales, the number is around 30%. So 25 is slightly below the average in terms of sales. But that means that with my 33 sales costs, I close eight clients. And let's assume I'm charging $2,000 setup fee. Again, my first client paid me $3,000. A lot of the people you saw earlier, we're charging $3,000, $3,500, $4,004.5k. So but let's just say $2,000. So what that means is from upfront setup fees alone, I made $16,000. And that doesn't include the long term, you know, pay per call that you'd be going for. Right? The $250 that you'd be paid for every single sales call that you'd be generating. So with these eight clients, you just made $16,000, which is already way over to $10,000 that you're initially aiming for, because this part is really easy. Now, obviously for me, there's a screenshot of my own coding mode campaign. I do this full time, so I want to be making more than $10,000 a month, which is why I'm sending at the volume, you know, 5,000 leads that I am. But up front, you don't need to be doing this. You could get away with way less sending, and you still get really good results because it's just simple mathematics. It's kind of like a funnel where at each step you have less and less people, and at the end, you have the amount of clients that you have successfully closed and you're working with times the amount of money that you're making. So here's some more examples of people who are just making money with this because again, this is super profitable and it's really not that hard. Hopefully you can start to see that after I broke down the math, but that getting to $5,000 per month, 10k per month, 20k per month, it's just simple mathematics. Right? And here's an example of someone I'm working with. His name's called Brian. He signed a client for $3,000 setup fee. Right. He signed another client or a code back to back clients, actually, and he made $7,000. And as a result, this was back in September, he was pushing for $30,000 in a month with his own business. Right. So in this screenshot, he was at 24.3 K from August to, I think, middle of September. Right. So within that month, he's at around $25,000, pushing for 30k. Right. Because this model is just super, super profitable. And you don't need that many clients in order to make 10k, 20k, 30k per month. We have some more examples of just people who are not necessarily doing this full time and they are working jobs or they're in school, and they're just doing this on the side to make anywhere from two to $5,000 per month. They're working with a client or two. They're working one to two hours a day on their business, and they're still making money on the side. Right. We have Franco, who closes first client for $1,100 setup fee, plus $780 per month, plus, you know, some more like profit shares and stuff like that. He signed a second client for $1,000 set of fee, plus $200 per call. Right. We have Nelson, who I started working with back in March and. Or who started. I started working back in February. And within his first month or so, he signed his first client for. For $1,500. Right. And here is a screenshot of his stripe of him making $1,500. And he was able to do this. As you can see, I joined this program February 1st, launched my campaign on March 3rd, so it's cold email campaign. And by March 18th, he closed his first client for $1,500. Because this works really, really well. And if you move efficiently and you take action, you can see results within the next few weeks. Right. We have Simon, who is working in 9 to 5. He's an engineer, so he does, I think industrial engineering. So it's a pretty intense job. Nine to five job. And. And he was able to sign a client for 2.3k per month. So monthly retainer, not even the setup fee stuff. So he's making $2,000 every single month from his client. And I actually messaged him a few months later. I was like, hey, Simon, congrats on the client. I know you're working a job, but how much money would you say you're making from your business every single month? And he mentioned not including his 9 to 5, he's making $4,000 per month outside of his 9 to 5 job, which is absolutely insane. Right. We have Ron, who closed the client for $1,200 plus $250 per call. He closed another client a few weeks later for $3,000 set up plus $300 per call. Right. And these are just some of the people who are, again, right, they're working with one to two clients. They're doing this on the side outside of the job, and they're making a few thousand dollars a month while working a few hours a day. And we actually have way more examples of people who are making a few thousand dollars per month by doing this. Right. We have Sydney, who signed his first client for $3,000 a month with adjust you signing his first client for $2,000 per month. We have Sean, who signed a client for $1,000 every single month plus $250 per call. With Christian, $1,500 setup fee plus $2,000 per month. Right. With Safraz, $1,000 per month. Ben, $3,000 setup plus $70 per call. Right. Tony, first client for $1,000 setup plus $500 per call. Chino, his sixth client for $3,000 setup plus $200 per call, right. There's just a lot of people here making money and I'm not going to go into all of these examples, but there's just a lot of people just making money with this. Right? And again, one of the best parts about this business model with a lead generation agency is if you want to, if you have a job or you have responsibilities, you don't have to quit your job right now. You could just spend an hour or two, a few hours per week, do this on the side, stack some cash, make two to $5,000 per month. And once you're seeing proof of this working, you could, you know, if it makes sense, you could, you can leave your 9 to 5, do this full time and make $10,000 per month or more every single month. By working with more clients, you get to decide that. And by doing this, all of these people, they're all working online, they're working remotely. Some of them are in the States, some of them are in Canada, different countries around the world, doesn't matter what country you're at. Joshua, he's from India, right? And he was able to do this because you're able to do this fully remote online business. All you need is a laptop, Internet connection and just a commitment to actually do this and take action and learn how all of this works. And that's basically how you would go about doing that. So kind of to recap, so what you're doing and how all of these people are making money is they're helping B2B businesses book sales calls by using cold emails. And what you're doing is you're helping your clients or you're helping these B2B businesses make more money or make more revenue by connecting them with new clients. And in my opinion, I know I'm biased, but this is the best way to make 5 to 10k per month online because you're solving a massive problem for businesses. So you're not scamming people, you're delivering real value to people. By solving a real genuine problem, you're providing real value because of AI automations, you only need to work one to two hours a day. So this doesn't require you working 40 hours a week in order to actually do this. You don't need to quit your job right now, just drop everything in your life. You don't need to go out and learn a bunch of complex stuff. All you really need to learn is how to code email effectively and to an extent, how to take those sales calls and be efficient at it. That's really all you have to learn very, very simple stuff. But and by starting a lead generation agency is simply the best online business to start because it's high in demand, it's low in supply, it doesn't require a large amount of clients in order to actually make five to $10,000 per month. And it's super profitable because each client is paying you several thousands of dollars. Right? You're not charging 300 bucks a month doing this. You're not charging 500 bucks because if you were, it'll take you a lot of clients and a lot more work in order to even make $5,000 per month. But because each individual client is paying you 2,000 to $3,000 per month, you only need one or two clients in order to actually get to 2,000 to 5K per month. Right? Because you're charging a large amount of money. And businesses are happy to be paying this amount of money because they're helping them make more money. So I actually want to make my offer to you at this point in the video because I actually have a one to one consulting program called Inbox Lab that will show you everything you need to that's required in order to start, run and scale your lead generation agency. So here are some of the things that I'll be helping you with. Right, so the first thing is I'll be helping you start and build your lead generation agency, focusing on the right steps that will get you clients in the shortest amount of time possible. Because I make a lot of videos on my YouTube channel and a lot of people they actually, I love it when people comment, but sometimes I see the same people commenting for multiple months asking different questions and, and the reason why is because they're probably just focusing on the wrong things. There's a couple of different things you want to do to start this business and not all of them are of equal importance. So I'll be showing you how to start your lead generation agency focusing on the right things, meaning you will get paid in the shortest amount of time possible. Because if you focus on the wrong things and take action on the wrong steps, you're obviously going to be stretching out your timeline and time it takes you to actually make money with this. I'll be showing you how to create effective cold emails that gets replies and actually books sales calls. I'll teach you how to effectively take sales calls without being slimy or using high pressure sales tactics. I'll be helping you deliver results to your clients. So once you sign a client, you made that money up front. I'll Be teaching you and helping you deliver results and getting actual results. So you're not scamming people, you are making money long term and you're building a sustainable long term business. There's a community of over 150 plus people who are also running their own lead generation agencies right now. Some of those examples I showed you those screenshots, those are people that I'm working with actively who are all running their own lead generation agencies. And finally there's one to one support with me. So I still run my own lead generation agency to this very day. So I do this every single day, day in, day out. I see what works, what doesn't work as well. And I'm a couple of steps ahead too, right? And again, right. I went from 0 to 10k in my first 60 days. I've done it for myself and I know what it takes. And by the way, this isn't a course because this isn't just a course that you buy, which is information. I do kind of think selling information is kind of stupid because of the Internet, AI, Google, YouTube, stuff like that. This isn't a course. What this is is one to one direct mentorship where you're getting direct support. So anytime you have any questions or you have any problems, you'll be getting clarity and support to figure all of those things out. I will be helping you personally will be jumping on a zoom call to identify the best industry you should be working with. So what's the best niche, all of that stuff. And I have a lot of data on this because I've worked with hundreds of clients in a bunch of different industries, so I know what works and what doesn't. I have a lot of insights around that. I'll be personally writing your cold emails for you. I've sent well over a million cold emails. I booked thousands of sales calls. I know what works and what doesn't, what type of code emails work, what doesn't work as well. And I'll be on a zoom call writing them out for you, meaning you will get replies and be booking sales calls ASAP as soon as possible. I'll be personally reviewing your sales calls for you. So when you take these sales calls, you want to make sure you record them and send them to me. And I'll be reviewing them, I'll play them through on my computer and I'll be like, so at this point you should ask this question, focus on this, talk about this, don't talk about that, stuff like that. And meaning you get really good at enrolling new clients and it wouldn't take you 50 sales costs in order to get good. You'd be really good after the first few. And finally the most important aspect is I'll be giving you clarity on the best path towards success step by step. That's the overall idea is we're working together one on one. A lot of courses they don't have that one on one aspect, but I will be working with you one on one to make sure you see success. And the overall goal over on North Star of the Inbox App program is we are able to help anyone start their own lead generation agency go from zero to $10,000 per month in the next 90 days. And obviously we have a guarantee as well.
