Why I'm going ALL IN on AI marketing services in 2026

It's December 4th as I'm filming this, and I want to share something pretty crazy. This year, from just one single business model, I've profited $387,000. Not from SMMA, not from dropshipping, not from Amazon or crypto or anything like that. It all came from one single thing. AI. Lead generation. And with all the advancements in technology, AI, it's literally easier than ever before to succeed with making money online. So if you're watching this right now and you're thinking about starting a business in 2026, or you know that you need some kind of change, my goal with this video is to show you what I did this year, what I learned, and why I'm doubling down even harder next year. I generally believe that this will be a year where I break a million dollars in profit, and I say that with complete seriousness because of how fast this model is growing, how predictable it is, and how much leverage AI gives you now. So, for a bit of background, I started in the online business world in 2022, and I tried everything. Marketing agencies, content coaching, random ventures. I've done a lot, and I failed a lot, too. But the one business model that always made the most sense to me was lead generation. Getting businesses more customers, because businesses will always pay for more revenue. But the one thing that stopped me from scaling it in the past was, honestly, the workload. Back then, everything was manual writing each cold email by hand, scraping leads by hand, fixing deliverability by hand, managing inboxes manually. And when you don't have AI, you're constantly babysitting and micromanaging the whole system. It takes just so much time and so much energy that once you even get maybe five or six clients, you're basically capped. Your entire week becomes just admin work. You barely have time to breathe, let alone scale and actually enjoy your life. So for years, even though I knew this model could make me good money, I kind of avoided going all in on it because I knew how painful it was to manage manually. But in the last few months, and especially this year, everything changed. And AI completely flipped the entire landscape. Things that usually takes me eight hours to do now literally takes me less than 20 minutes to do. Tasks that require two or three days now require literally zero. And what shocked me most is that the performance actually got better. My deliverability got better, my reply rates actually improved, and it got better. My speed to market got better. I genuinely have never seen this type of leverage before. In September, I had my biggest month ever. $80,000 in profit. And I wasn't just working 60 hours a week every single day at my desk to do it. I was working maybe 15 to 20 hours a week, a normal week. And I'm not sharing that to Flex. I just want to make it extremely clear that the leverage that gives you in this business model is something that we've literally never seen before. This isn't like 2020, where you had to grind every little thing manually. This is a completely different world. And one of the biggest reasons why I'm doubling down on AI lead generation is in 2026 is because of the massive skill gap. And this is something that almost nobody is talking about. Because right now, most business owners have absolutely no idea how AI actually works. They don't know how to use it, they don't understand what's possible, and they don't have the time to figure it all out. They're just busy running their own operations, fulfilling for clients, managing teams, doing finances, hiring, making content, putting out fires that they're literally overwhelmed. So when they hear AI, most of them get excited, but they just have no clue what to even do with it. Or they think typing, write me an email into ChatGPT is how AI actually works. Meanwhile, you could take something. Meanwhile, you could take someone who spends just three to four hours a day learning proper AI lead generation with the right frameworks and the right strategies, and that person will instantly know more than 90% of business owners. And, and it kind of reminds me so much of the early 2000s, when only a handful of people knew how to build websites. Those people got rich because they capitalized on the gap. And the same exact thing is happening right now, except the gap with AI is even bigger. And it's even more valuable because when you show up to a business owner with a simple AI powered lead generation system, something that could predictably bring them qualified calls and customers every single week, that's instantly valuable to them. And, and they will pay you two to six thousand dollars a month without blinking, because the value you bring them, that literally translates directly to revenue. And the craziest part is, the less they understand AI, the more valuable you become, because now they not only need you for the outcome, but they also need you for the expertise, because they need you to. They need you because you know what? They don't have time to learn. Another big reason why I'm going all in on AI lead generation in 2026 is, is the lifetime value of each client. And I've literally never seen numbers like this before, because if you compare this with something like E Commerce, right? A typical customer might be worth 300 bucks lifetime. You spend money on ads, you deal with returns unique volume and margins are airtight. But with AI lead generation, one client can be worth literally 20 to $70,000. Some of my clients this year have been worth 10 to 20 times what the average SMMA client is literally worth. And the reason why is simple. Because you're controlling the thing that they care about the most. Their sales pipeline, their sales, the revenue, their new customers. And when you help a business grow, they literally don't leave. Ever. One client can pay you for a year or more. And here's the part that beginners never realize. You don't need to do anything crazy to land a client like that. You don't need to travel, you don't need to fly anywhere, you don't need to meet people in person. Because 99% of the clients that I close come from simple 30 to 40 minute Zoom calls. That's literally it. You sit in your room, open your laptop, and have a normal conversation with a business owner who needs more leads. And when a single client could realistically be worth $24,000 to $70,000 over the next year, hopping on a short zoom call to walk them through your system is literally all you need to do. And that's what makes this model so beginner friendly. Because you don't need any experience, you don't need a studio, you don't need to become some kind of sales expert. If you could talk to someone for half an hour and explain how you could bring them new customers, that's literally enough to sign high value clients. That one deal might cover half a year or even a whole year of your expenses, depending on your goals. And the best part about this model is you don't need that many clients. 46 clients, and you're comfortably at six figures a year, eight to 12 clients, and you're at multi six figures a year. And when you layer AI on top of that, your hours don't scale with your income anymore. That's the magic. Now, another huge reason why I'm doubling down on this is because of the leverage that AI gives you. I think most beginners completely underestimate this completely, because with AI, the amount of output you can create in one hour is quite literally absurd. I have clients pay me $8,000 a month for work that literally takes me less than 30 minutes a week to do, and that's literally $4,000 per hour of actual labor. And I'm not the only one seeing These numbers because I have students who, who built complete AI lead generation systems for clients in literally over a weekend. And now those clients are paying the monthly retainers for something that runs mostly in AutoPilot. Because before, AI agencies require writers, data scrapers, VAS editors, deliverability specialists, and a ton of manual work. Now you just need a laptop, a couple AI tools and ability to think clearly. The amount of leverage that this gives beginners is completely insane. This is the highest money to time ratio to that I've ever seen online. And another reason that I'm going all in on this is because there's a compounding effect for people who start now. This is the part that I don't think many people truly understand. Because right now this industry is completely wide open. No one really knows what they're doing. Everyone's experimenting. But in three years, when AI becomes fully mainstream, when every business starts waking up and realizing how powerful this actually is, when the tools are 10 times better than the people who started in 2024, 2025 and 2026 are going to be miles ahead of them. They're just going to be running laps around them, right? And that's how every wave work. Facebook ads in 2016, YouTube channels in 2018, TikTok in 2020, email marketing in 2014. The people who started early got rich. The people who started late struggled. I missed Bitcoin in 2009, I missed Shopify in 2016, I missed YouTube in 2012 and. But I'm not missing AI. This the clearest wealth window that I've ever personally seen and it's accessible to normal everyday people. You don't need to build an app, you don't need to code, you don't need money. You just need to learn the skill and get a handful of clients. Finally, I'm doubling down on AI lead generation in 2026. Because once you get your first couple of clients, the way you sign new clients become 10 times easier. And before I explain that, I want to make something very simple. Simple and something very clear. Cold emails is the engine of this entire business. It's how you get your first client. And it's also the exact system that you'd be building for clients to help them get more customers. So you're learning one skill that pays you twice when you're just starting. Your first two or three clients will almost always come from cold emails. And that part is totally normal. It feels uncomfortable at first. Maybe you feel like nobody's replying and then you're wondering if you're doing something wrong. But everyone goes through the exact same phase. Because once you get your first couple wins, literally everything changes. The results you generate for those clients start turning into referrals, People start reaching out to you. Other creators and business owners mention your name, past clients tell their friends, and suddenly you're not sending nearly as many cold emails because more people are coming to you inbound. And that's exactly how my year went. Most of the deals I closed this year didn't come from my cold email outreach campaigns, that they came from people who already knew who I was or heard about me from someone I had helped. And that's why I'm so confident going into 2026. Because once you have a small reputation and a few results under your belt, you will literally never struggle to find clients again. You don't have to grind cold emails forever. You just need to use it long enough to get your foot in the door. And after that, inbound literally takes over and the business becomes way more fun and just way more predictable. So why am I going all in on AI lead generation in 2026? It's simple. The skill gap is literally massive. Business owners desperately need this. The margins and lifetime values are insanely high. AI gives you leverage that we've literally never had before. And the people who start right now are going to be the ones who dominate in two to three years. And you believe that AI is here to stay.
