Hi, my name is Rachelle Nay. I am a BYU graduate and a mother of two young kids. My husband and I are both CPAs, um, and I was really sick of working 55-hour minimum work weeks and being told that I wasn't able to put in enough hours. I came to Incite Tax and am now a licensed partner, and it's amazing. I never hardly work over 40 hours, even during busy season, and, um, my husband and I are both able to be with our kids more often, and it's so amazing that he left his job to to come be a licensed partner as well, because that is just how incredible it is. And he saw into the company before he joined, um, and we both now are here.
