I was working overtime, I was working a lot, giving out my cell phone number. My name's Bailey. I am a licensed partner at Incite Tax. I came from a very small firm. I loved it, but I started there right out of college and I really didn't have a lot of boundaries when it came to work. I was working overtime, I was working a lot, giving out my cell phone number, you know, being the point of contact for all of my clients. And although I loved it, it did get to be a lot, especially when I did start having children. And this is when I decided to kind of make that switch to Incite Tax. And it has truly been the best decision I've made, and it has been such a blessing to me to be able to keep my career, have an identity outside of being a mom, but also feel like I'm bringing in a good amount of income to support my family and feel like I am successful in different aspects of my life.
