Let's get into the meat of today's conversation. In a previous video we talked about why accountability from an owner is an integral part of the business. You can watch that video by clicking the link in the description below. In that video we talked about focus goals, increased sales, super productivity and growth. Pertaining to the topic of accountability, today I want to lean into the topics of culture, planning, positivity and profit as it pertains to the leadership accountability in your company's culture. So buckle up and let's go. The first stop on this accountability train is maintaining the culture. Despite holding themselves accountable with respect to specific tasks of a company, the the leader of a team should always maintain a friendly environment in the office and you can do things like hold monthly fun gatherings, reward team wins, or promote fun contests each week. This in return helps the team get more comfortable with the culture of the company and thereby ensures long term partnership with them. The keywords here are fun, partnership and friendly. This is a sure recipe for trust. And when leaders focus on building accountability, they they build trust with their teams. When you have the trust of your teams, it provides our next topic of conversation. That's right, stop. Number two on today's accountability ride is a boost in confidence. No matter how much a team tries its best to achieve goals to the company, their personal life one way or the other tries to enter through the doors and it ends up demotivating the team without even realizing it. But this is where the energy of the leader comes into picture. With enormous enthusiasm and energy, a true leader manages to bring the team back on track and thereby boost their confidence to achieve unimaginable results. Sounds pretty freaking awesome place to work, right? Well, that's the entire point. You see this step by step accountability process leads us to stop Number three. That's right, we've arrived. A positive environment. As the leader is the captain of the ship, it becomes extremely necessary for them to stay positive all the time. And the more positive they stay, the more the more positive energies will spread around the office, thus helping the team feel alive, energized and focused to achieve more without even realizing it. To be honest, if a company leader is doing it right, those three items culture, confidence and positivity can create the perfect flywheel of growth. But for that growth to take to new heights, a company leader also has to focus on our next topic, better Planning. It's true that the first step towards developing a culture of accountability is in the company should be taken by the leader, and that first step should be laying down a clear plan and vision with the team. This indirectly motivates the team to bring new and fresh ideas to the table, thus ensuring better planning for the company. So I have to ask, what are you doing to put better planning into your company? Let us know in the comments below. That question is actually really important because what you're doing here directly impacts your profit and your ability to increase that profit. And yep, you guessed it. Our final stop Increase in profit. Although many companies have massively suffered from the effects of COVID 19, if you look closer, there is still light that leads towards endless profit for every company. And that light can only be achieved if the leader openly discloses with their team the amount of profit that they're actually going to earn if they fulfill their goals. This in return motivates the team to work more towards the goals and thereby helps the company increase their profit every day. So leaders discuss your goals and profitability openly with your teams. So these were some of the amazing benefits of accountability that can skyrocket your business in a very short time. It's true that following all of these tips altogether can be a tough task at the beginning, but as you start applying them into your business one by one, soon you will realize the true value of accountability.
