A IA vai nos substituir?

Izzy Kiver argues AI won't replace you, but people who use it will replace people who don't. He compares it to calculators and iPhones: the technology reshapes work, not eliminates it. Learn which AI tools matter at kyber.org.

Everyone is freaking out. They're like, AI is going to take my job or some other thing like that. Calm down, guys. AI isn't going to take your job. Well, what is potentially going to replace many people in the workforce are people who know how to use AI tools to do their work faster and better. You know that one kid in the class that just had all of the answers to all of the quizzes and assignments throughout the year? He got an A. Yeah, that's what AI is sort of like people who have knowledge of how to use the right AI tools in the right situation. And I emphasize the right AI tools in the right situation are the ones who are going to be getting ahead of their competition. So think of this like using a calculator and in order to do calculations versus doing this on pen and pencil. Yeah, sure, there are people who are math geniuses and they can do pen and pencil faster than others can do with a calculator. But the average person with a calculator, with a machine is going to be able to be much more productive in doing, counting, counting numbers, or any other sort of arithmetic. So with that analogy in place, think of AI as something that will enhance and enable humans. As we're going into this era of human augmentation, whether that is with physical augmentations, where you're trying to actually fly from your home country or from your state to another, that's actually also an AI, right? You're using an airplane machine that is helping you fly thousands or hundreds of miles per hour in order to get to another destination. Can a human alone fly on their own that fast? I don't think so. But it's not like we're replacing people with airplanes, right? We're just helping people get to where they need to go with a plane. So think of AI and AI tools the same way. And there are a couple that you really should pay attention to. With the latest updates to ChatGPT and the ability to create your own apps within that ecosystem, this essentially is going to bring in a new era to something similar of the iPhone and all the apps inside. And don't forget you, just because the iPhone was launched doesn't mean that the next day we had Uber. It took, you know, about anywhere from eight to 10 years before we saw technologies that came in and started giving heavy competition to the taxi, restaurant industry, the delivery business, and everything in between. So since Uber came along, do people not use cars anymore? No, but the way we use cars and the way we travel in society is definitely has changed a lot and made things much more convenient. So with all that said, AI does not take jobs anymore than. Now, this might be controversial one. People say guns kill people. Okay, well, it's kind of the same thing. AI won't take your job, but people with AI very well might take your job. I've been. Izzy.
