Endorsement Dr. Sunny Singh

Dr. Sunny Singh thought dentistry was the path to money and cars. Through coaching, he realizes his real purpose is helping other dentists escape burnout and find work-life balance, not chasing profit.
Let's start from the beginning. What is it that you really want? What were the things that you told me that you really want and they really wanted for a long time?
About myself?
Yeah, your life, you. That's what we're here for. We're here for you, man.
Well, I'm a petrolhead. When I was younger, I was always looking, how can I get to a place where I'm able to have the nice cars that I can't have right now, or my family couldn't get. When I was younger, I wanted to be in a position where I could do that. I took a pretty common pathway, which is trying to get into a profession where you hypothetically earn a lot of money. And obviously that led me down into a solid profession, but one that has negatives that I wasn't previously aware of. But what we got clear on was the fact that I need to actually be able to relate with my potential clients. And I can because my potential client is a dentist who's struggling with their profession in the same way that I'm a dentist who has at times struggled with the negatives that come with the job. And it's about connecting with those people and helping them get to a place where they have a better work-life balance and ultimately gonna be happier. That's what I'm looking for. And that's what I want for them. As opposed to originally just kind of marketing for dentists so they make more money. I don't think it's just about that. I think it's deeper than that and getting clear on what those reasons are, obviously what we've worked on.
And it really starts with finding yourself. And then once you find yourself, you get clearer on building your identity. And as you build your identity, you're like, okay, this is who I am. Who do I relate to? Who's my social circle? Who am I helping? Where are their hopes and dreams? Right? The best way to get what you want is to find someone that you can give something to, that you can really help them achieve their dreams. Once you're in it, once you start doing it, you get it.
People always talk about the importance of finding your purpose, and there are obviously different levels of purpose that people can find. Some are really deep, but I think what what we did today is, um, get back to the core of who I am as an individual and, and really go from there. And I never really looked at finding my purpose in the same, in, in just such a simplistic way as that, but that is what, what we did. And honestly, that's who I am really. So, and I guess that's been the ultimate reason why I've taken the decisions that I have in my life. And Some of the times without realizing it. Part of my frustrations in the recent past is not being able to fulfill on those sort of dreams that I've, that are basically from my core. So it obviously is really important to get clear on that and then use that as a starting point to move forward and build some momentum. So yeah, you're not the only one that's very satisfied right now.
