Fire ALMOST all of your employees!

A speaker argues AI makes many traditional roles redundant and advises hiring one motivated person trained on AI tools instead. He shows how ChatGPT, RenderForest, and Descript can produce a professional 2-minute video in hours, work that once took a full team a week.

Here's why you should fire almost all of your employees. Okay, hold up. Okay. We're not going to be firing everyone in your company, but you really should think twice about the people you're going to be hiring next and just the entire job market in general, as I am sure you already are. With AI technologies on the rise, it's really important to understand what are the things that AI can do really well with a single employee they no longer need entire marketing or development team for. So things that AI can do really well are anything which is text based. So if we're doing anything with content, creating blogs, posts, assignments, anything to do with words and content, AI does it really, really well. Okay, so if you're thinking about summarizing, brainstorming ideas, AI does that already. So. So what I recommend you to do is find that youngest employee that is hardworking. Hard to find, I know, but that's hardworking. And then wants to actually learn new technologies and train them on all the newest AI tools you can actually find. The best ones we recommend on kyber.org where we go detail line by line, what the tool is, what the business use cases are, and exactly how to use them. So once you figure out what those latest and greatest AI tools are, which we feature and give you the full scoop on, then you can go and hire people to go learn those tools or practice business use cases with those tools and then apply them in your business to make more money, to reduce costs, operations, optimization, you name it. But AI can do that. Here's an example, just from the other day, we had an assignment where we had to produce a professional video with animation, with voiceover, etc. We actually used two AIs to get this done. One was RenderForest and the other one was Descript. So we were actually able to generate AI voice for the video which sounded just like a human. And then we're able to take a script which we were able to prompt with Chad GPT and then drop that into Render Forest, which is essentially an AI that produces animated videos. And what did we get? Within two hours of work, we had a ready to go video. Simple. Step one, create the script ChatGPT. Step two, grab that script, throw it into RenderForest. Two minutes later, two minute animated video with your words on screen captions and all steps. Step three, we exported that video from RenderForest into descript and descript transcribed the whole video for us, cleaned up everything. We took out any filler words and then we were able to actually produce the music right there and then in the app, and we're also able to produce the voiceover without me having to actually go and record myself in a quiet place. So just like that, it was a matter of convenience to produce this 2 1/2 minutes minute video that normally costs either about 600 bucks even on Fiverr, or it can take you about a week of your time. So just like that, we were able to stack a couple of AIs together with a little bit of human intervention, and we did way better work than we can get from a week's worth of video production from a team. And just like that, AI augmented with a human replaced an entire team of humans. Thank you guys. Check out for the best AIs and news that we recommend on kyber.org you will not regret checking it out. We'll see you there.
