In this motivational monologue, Izzy Kiver urges listeners to adopt a growth mindset toward AI and technological change. She argues that fear of being replaced by AI is misplaced; instead, individuals should become the creators of the next generation of systems that will supplant outdated tools. By likening the evolution from typewriters to laptops, she illustrates how new technologies consolidate and expand capabilities, and she encourages viewers to see AI as an opportunity to innovate rather than a threat to employment.

It fosters both creativity and innovation. It fosters a growth mindset in you, so you never remain stagnant. You stop being scared about the future. You stop being scared about being replaced when you are the one that is creating the replacement. You are the one that is creating the systems that will replace the old systems. So instead of thinking of yourself as such a victim, AI is going to replace me. I'll have no job. I'll have no prospect. No, you are going to create the systems that will take the typewriter and make it into a laptop. And all of the other skills and systems are available on that laptop for the world to use.
