Izzy Kiver teaches charisma as a learnable leadership quality built on service and presence, not charm or innate talent. It's the feeling someone carries after talking to you. Ask yourself after each conversation: was the other person better off?

My dear child, now we enter into the fifth teaching: charisma. Charisma is the glue that holds relationships together. Charisma is the secret weapon you will use to bring people together towards your vision. Charisma is what allows you to actualize your vision, to feel the energy and vibration of those around you and allow them to feel you. Charisma is not something you're born with. Charisma is something that you will continuously develop for the rest of your life. The greater The sense of leadership you feel inside you, the greater your charisma. Charisma is the magnet that attracts others to your way of thinking. Charisma is the way you react when things don't go your way. Charisma is that feeling you leave behind after speaking with someone. Ask yourself each time you speak with someone, did that person benefit from the conversation? Are they better off because you crossed paths with them? Charisma is not selfish. Charisma is giving. It's constantly thinking about others and how you can serve. That is true leadership. That is true charisma. And so the fourth teaching is understanding this: if you want to have the greatest level of success in your vision, if you want to go far, you must not go alone. You must bring others along for the ride with you and give them the opportunity to shine through your light. And so, my dear child, please guard this teaching close, because charisma will make or break you.
