Izzy Kiver teaches that fear blocks your potential and leads to regret. Courage paired with tenacity lets you act relentlessly toward your vision, confront depression and anxiety, and become your best self. Courage isn't just an idea but the foundation of any real plan.

My dear child, the fourth teaching: Courage through Tenacity. Great men have failed because they allowed fear to get the best of them. It is actually only courage which acts as the greatest antidote to fear. Fear is what holds people back from everything they want to do in their lives, who they say they should have become, who they could have been, the things they could have done, and the regrets they have on their deathbed. Don't let that be you. By having courage, you're able to avoid all of that. You're able to live in harmony with the fear and fight through it. Courage gives you a recipe for success in your vision. Courage enables you to get out of bed and work through the depression, work through the fear, work through all of the things that feel like they're holding you back. It is only through courage that we can become the greatest version of ourselves. That we can shape the minds of others, that we can learn to love ourselves and believe in ourselves the way no one else can or may. Courage through tenacity allows you to be the driving force that works together with nature in rhythm and make your vision into absolute reality. This is why, my child, courage is not simply a set of words or wishful thinking. Courage is the foundation for your plan and exactly what you need in order to take relentless action towards your vision. With that, I part with the gift of courage for you.
