Izzy Kiver presents rhythm as the seventh teaching, the force that activates the previous six. Constructive rhythms like love and gratitude create a melody of success, while destructive ones breed defeat and loneliness. Build positive habits until they flow automatically, and you unlock a life of purpose and harmony.

My dear child, I now conclude with the 7th teaching, the grand finale, the most important teaching of all of the teachings. Once you have mastered the first 6, it is rhythm. Rhythm, like a song, like a dance, like the dance of life that we all live, allows you to bring forth all the Six Teachings and activate them and make them work for you. Rhythm is a force, a force of nature, a force of habit that when you get into this rhythm of things, everything begins to just flow like, like a river, like all of nature works in rhythm, in perfect harmony with each other. So too, your life will feel like this harmonious flow, like an orchestra, like a melody that plays itself out in perfection to serve you. There are many people who also live with a negative rhythm. They are not playing jazz, they're not playing classical, they're playing the melody of self-destruction. The melody of defeat. These people also function on a rhythm, on a wavelength that is destructive to their lives. What I'm asking of you is to build the habits and the automatic rhythm of success. It is in your power to choose whether you will go down the path of emptiness of loneliness, of despair, or choose a rhythm of success, to choose a rhythm of a life of happiness, of good deeds, of true purpose, love, and understanding. These are the only two real emotions, my child: love and gratitude. The more you dig, the more you understand the more you will see this. Establish a rhythm to do good, to do good for yourself, and so that others may benefit from it. This is rhythm. This is success and happiness. These are the Seven Teachings.
